Wolverton Day Nursery & Preschool

The team at Wolverton have always made my son feel adored and welcomed from the moment he started over a year ago. I am always kept well informed of what my son is eating, what activities he participates in and all behavioural/educational developments he is making. My son sees the preschool team as a second family and is always comfortable around them.

Kid’s Playtime do a remarkable job of providing a secure, stimulating and nurturing setting for my twins. As first-time parents, the team at Little ones Playtime were truly supportive with transitioning the girls into their new routine and it’s been remarkable seeing them thrive. I’m always impressed by the variety of activities that they get up to and adore hearing how they’ve been getting on at pick-up time. They have a fantastic bond with their key carers and the rest of the team and I truly appreciate how they have all got to know the girls as individuals, supporting and developing their individual strengths.

My daughter enjoys all the activities held by little ones playtime. She has made some delightful new friends, which she doesn’t stop talking about. The only thing I would suggest is having the kids’s diaries again as you are aware of what your youngster has been doing etc. My daughter always comes out of nursery content. The team are approachable and keep me informed of any accidents.

They also do fantastic things such as forest centre so they can get out of their usual setting and experience a different type of development. They have offered us as family assistance when our son was having some struggles and I feel that they go over and beyond what was expected. Highly recommended for a pleasant, smallish nursery with a pleasant vibe. The team there are a delightful group of people and I truly do hope our son gets to go back after lockdown before he starts centre. This nursery has been fantastic for my son, they are supportive and kind and most importantly he is excited to go there every day.

Secure arrival and departure procedure. Little ones seemed content and free to choose what they wanted to do. Excellent facilities for all kids. Enjoyable and encouraging PE educator – all kids followed his instruction which tells me they were enjoying the session. Pleasant team, nurturing and aware of health and safety.

I cannot possibly begin to describe the positive effect this nursery has had on my daughter. We are considering a move from the immediate area but we will absolutely continue to use Wolverton Day Nursery as we couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else. Speech, sharing, updates, interaction, playtime, forming bonds and friendship have all improved wildly since she has been going here. Within a week she was eager to come, rushing us out of the house so she could get to nursery as soon as possible. As a youngster raised during Covid, my daughter was apprehensive about going to nursery and had truly struggled being with anyone other than me or my wife and she cried uncontrollably when we left her at nursery. All team members are nurturing, approachable and supportive. Their assistance and caregiving has nurtured all of her best qualities and helped her develop in all areas.

The fact that my kids say ‘yay nursery today’ and run straight into their keyworkers and friends say it all. I have two kids that go to Wolverton, one now in preschool and 1 at the nursery. This is a delightful setting and my kids adore it there and all the team. They have provided outstanding caregiving for my kids and daily feedback is given which I truly appreciate and they go above and beyond every session. I am so glad my kids are now at a nursery that they adore.

The team are delightful and are always content to talk to you. Our little boy has been at this nursery since he was one. Our son has come on leaps and bounds over the last year and that’s partly because he’s been at this nursery. They were truly reassuring and positive when I was anxious (first baby!). They went above and beyond to help him settle in by offering extra settle sessions for him (being a lockdown born baby). Our little boy is always content on pickup and he eats well, sleeps well and has lots of enjoyable there. Thank you Wolverton Day Nursery!

I was so nervous about my little one starting nursery but I can see he is genuinely cared about and adored. All team are inviting and approachable and it truly does feel such as he is with family. They got to know him so quickly and provide remarkable playtime opportunities. I cannot thank all of the remarkable team enough. My eight-month-old loves nursery and I am so confident in his caregiving.

My daughter says he truly enjoys nursery. There were lots of activities and active playtime as well as a cosy reading corner and mini basketball tuition. It was much bigger than I expected with more rooms and facilities as well as outdoor space. My grandson seemed confident and content and I was extremely impressed. I visited the nursery with my 18-month-old grandson on the ‘special person’ open day. The team were extremely approachable and all seemed to know my grandson by name.
