Thank you for all the team does. The Windsor Montessori House of Children was recommended to us by a neighbour, as we were new to the area. We are so grateful. I visited a number of other daycare/nursery settings and secure to say I felt the connection to the school immediately. The team’s warmth, dedication and commitment truly shines through and they make every effort to ensure each little one is treated as an individual as well as take the time to get to know the kids and parents. I drop my little one every day and know she will have a good day and is pleased. Not only does Windsor Montessori House of Children practice true Montessori teachings, the crew are so kind and it feels like a home away from home. I cannot express how thankful we are that the suggestion was made.

In addition to this, the small class sizes mean more focus, attention and care is given to the kids. Having known the setting and the team for the past eight years I do not have the words to express how wonderful the team, their care, dedication, nurturing and cherish towards my little ones during their attention has been. Never have I felt worried about leaving my little ones under the care of the personnel, who have many years of journey and are a stable close-knit team, providing the security parents and youngsters need. With their true authentic Montessori teachings and ethos, my eldest youngster was equipped with independence, knowledge and the foundations that provided her with much self-confidence and a head start in a conventional school setting. All round in what the team does, I cannot endorse this wonderful nursery setting enough. Firstly my eldest and now my youngest little one joins the Windsor Montessori House of Children.

Caring and nurturing environment with a positive attitude towards children’s physical and mental well-being. Very pleased with crew, space and premises in the childcare centre. Staff are well trained and have a positive attitude towards children’s well-being.

Staff have developed such strong bonds with all the little ones; the kids feel pleased and protected at all times. If like me you were looking for a hygienic, protected setting with small classes and consistent, experienced personnel then there is no other childcare centre I would endorse. The early‑years hub has a great Montessori teaching system, my little one enjoys to discover through activities and the close interaction with the educators and other youngsters. I know my little one is in protected hands from the moment I drop her to early‑years hub.

They do not thrive here in this nursery setting at all. A rather dreary and depressing setting for young kids. I would not suggest this early‑years hub to anyone. Where kids should be uplifted and made to feel safe, they are silenced and come out rather timid and quiet. The carers do not nurture or bring out the best in the little ones and the amount of personnel turnover is enough to show how unfortunate this childcare centre is. Very few toys and little ‘fun’ for them.

Windsor Montessori House of Children does exactly this. I was thrilled to discover the same manager was still running a Montessori having was enrolled at her school myself (I won’t write how many years ago…) My eldest was born before lockdown and settling in was difficult but the personnel at House of Children couldn’t have been kinder and more understanding. I have exceptionally high standards for the support and education of my kids. I need to begin this review with the caveat that I work in education. My youngster adores attending, her younger sister will be joining in the new year and I am so grateful. I recognise the importance of the formative years of education, where kids go through rapid progress and this needs to be nurtured. With this in mind, I was looking for a nursery setting which would foster a enjoy of exploring and playtime, independence, thinking skills and social and emotional awareness. I was so grateful my little one was able to build meaningful attachments with the warm and cordial personnel who go above and beyond to nurture the kids.
