They have both made strong connections to team and talk about what they have been doing with their friends. They are both highly cheerful here and I can’t suggest it enough. For the last two years, our daughter has attended What A Hoot and our young son also now attends.

The childcare centre itself is currently going from strength to strength and the current changes are absolutely incredible, there is so much for the kids to do. Hats off to the full team and a huge thank you to all the team. Our little boy is so confident and I’m sure it has a lot to do with his past and present key workers.
A special shout-out to the three ladies for all the incredible work they have done with our little boy.
Also, a massive shout-out to the owner/manager, the changes you are implementing are absolutely remarkable. As a family, we can not suggest What A Hoot Bedlington enough.

Their patience is incredible as it can take a bit with him. Handover, no matter the day or time, they consistently make sure you know what’s happened and any concerns or questions are consistently answered. Incredible team! The team at What A Hoot has been incredible with our son, they have ensured all needs are met.

I am highly comfortable with them and know if they have any issues they will contact me straight away. I am highly cheerful with my journey with this childcare centre.

Team are highly attentive and want to be involved in any appointments so they can provide further care and assistance us as parents. We are so cheerful we enrolled to this childcare centre. All the educators are excellent and adore the detailed handovers we get at the end of the day. My daughter absolutely loves What A Hoot Day Childcare centre, she tells us every day what she does and how much enjoyable she has.

Highly recommended. We have been at What A Hoot for two years and have two kids attending the childcare centre.

I cannot sing their praises high enough! The level of care and compassion from the team is phenomenal.
