April 9, 2019 at 12:00 amWe have been absolutely delighted with Little Westbourne. Our son settled in so quickly thanks to their enthusiasm and the nurturing nature of the nursery. It is like a second home to our little man. The charm of LW is that it is small and personal, and he also feels part of the junior school too. I can’t recommend LW and the wonderful staff highly enough.

April 9, 2019 at 12:00 amI cannot recommend Westbourne Nursery highly enough. In fact, I have and 5 of my friends’ children now go there! My daughter absolutely loves it there and looks forward to going each day. She had been at other nurseries previously and had cried each morning, not wanting to go in. The staff are fantastic, really warm, caring and incredibly supportive. It is small, incredibly friendly and really home from home! In addition to having fun at Westbourne her language skills continue to improve with her recognising letters, able to say the sounds that words start with as well as being able to count etc. She also enjoys the food and always eats everything or so she tells me! Overall an absolutely brilliant nursery.

April 26, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has been attending Westbourne nursery since January for a couple of mornings a week and thoroughly enjoys his time there. I was initially worried to leave him in the care of anyone, but feel confident in this setting and the experienced and caring staff. From the start, they have been brilliant and communicated well with us as parents, listening to our needs and responding to these flexibly. My son had a couple of settling in visits and was then happy to stay for full mornings, with no tears!
The setting is well resourced, homely and relaxed, with a lovely indoor and outdoor play area. There is a good mix of free play and adult-directed activities, which are well planned and varied, tapping into lots of key early skills. There are also lots of opportunities for social interaction and the building of children’s independent and self-care skills. Staff provide parents with regular progress reports. All in all an excellent nursery which we would highly recommend.

May 9, 2019 at 12:00 amWe have been entirely satisfied by the nursery since our child started there. We approached it originally after a recommendation and we liked what we saw from our very first visit. Our child has really benefited by the small group sizes and the friendly atmosphere. The staff have been very accommodating and flexible and we feel that there is a great combination of play and early education. We could not really wish for any more from a nursery.
