Wee Gems - Livingston

My little boy has been attending Wee Gems since he was 11 months old and he loves it. The staff are fantastic with him; he’s a stubborn and demanding little lad who requires lots of cuddles and everyone is always patient with him. I’m also grateful for all the teaching and encouragement they give him, as a working mum it is a relief to know that he is being so well looked after. The food is always healthy and great tasting (he usually has extra!), the nursery is very clean and the facilities are excellent. I’m so glad we chose Wee Gems and would definitely recommend it.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough! My son has been going since he was nine months old and it was the best decision we made. He was going one day a week then he loved it that much we have put it up to three. He does so much when he is at nursery and always runs in and can’t wait to go in. I love the great observations we receive to let us know how he is getting on. He has the best time and the staff are the nicest people.
My son has been in the baby room and the 1-2 room and will be going up to the 2-3 room which I was very nervous about but the staff have been taking him up throughout his days in nursery to help him adjust which he has loved anyway. I cannot thank the nursery enough. I feel that my son is in a happy and safe place.

Our Daughter has been attending Wee Gems – Livingston since she was 1 year old. She has been in the babies room, 1-2’s room and is currently in the 2-3’s room. She loves nursery and it has been great to see our Daughter develop her skills so much, which Wee Gems has been a great contributor. Children are involved in so many activities on a daily basis and the staff are always so welcoming and have a lovely relationship with our Daughter. They post online observations of your child via a secure system which is lovely to receive, especially when you are at work. The meals and drinks provided are a good varied diet and is freshly made by the nursery chef; our Daughter always asks for more because it is so tasty! The opening hours are also accommodating for working parent(s).

My daughter has been attending Wee Gems Nursery from 2019. From day one, I was so impressed with this nursery and how devoted the staff are to caring for the children. My daughter always looks forward to going every day. It is so comforting that she is somewhere where she is happy. The staff are friendly and approachable, always there for any queries or advice. My daughter has came on leaps and bounds with her learning and is more than ready for school this year, thanks to Wee Gems. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son started this nursery in August at age 18 months. He settled in extremely fast and all members of staff constantly gave updates on how his days were going, which for me as a first-time mum, was a massive relief. Since then, they have faced many challenges due to Covid 19 and I can ‘hand on heart’ say I feel that, as a key worker, my child is safe while there.

I could not fault this establishment, my son has thrived since attending Wee Gems – Livingston. The staff are passionate, treat every child as an individual, are accommodating to my needs as a parent and so much more. The standard of care is optimum, they have all worked amazingly throughout the pandemic and they deserve an award.

Very happy with this nursery. My daughter loves to go there. Staff are always helpful, very friendly but professional at the same time. Variety of lunches and snacks is very good. Lots of healthy options. I would definitely recommend Wee Gems – Livingston to my friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the nursery. My child seems very content with the staff and engaged with the activities. I have noticed a big difference in his social and motor skills, since attending. My child joined during the pandemic, their key worker and the nursery were very respectful and helpful with regards to settling him into his new routine while adhering to the strict rules.

Good care of the child, even in the tough times. They provide activities and help the children learn within their interests. My child shows interest to go to nursery, as he is comfortable and confident. Excellent staff. Highly recommended.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at Wee Gems. After moving back to the UK in the summer, my daughter settled in right away. She was then diagnosed with a dairy intolerance and the staff were amazing at keeping my mind at ease during this transition. They provided alternative food options at a drop of a hat and ensured my daughter was safe, happy and healthy.
