Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond

We are highly cheerful with it. It took some weeks for him to settle, but the team was above and beyond. He felt welcomed and cared for, nothing was little, so he easily felt in adore with the team (especially his keyworker, whom he still adores to the day).
The activities are so great and help kids develop self‑assurance and autonomy. Our baby boy is now a highly confident toddler, loves everyone in the childcare centre, and it’s consistently cheerful while there. I must refer that as a vegan, from day one, everything was easy and great, We have never felt any resistance with our dietary requirements, and I’m highly cheerful that my son comes home talking about what he had for lunch. Everything is excellent and I couldn’t be more cheerful with the team, the facilities and the childcare centre in general. My son attends this childcare centre since September of last year.

The team have been so supportive in helping him settle in well and they give truly detailed feedback on how he’s getting on, both through the online portal and verbally at pick-up. I adore the pictures that get sent daily, it is encouraging to see him so cheerful and to see the wide range of activities he is able to engage with. We also sense highly supported as a family, our son has a term time only place which makes it affordable for us to send him. My son recently started at Tynemouth Childcare centre at Jesmond and has had such a excellent time so far.

It is like a home-from-home for our daughter, who has been therefore three months, from the age of nine months old. The team treat the kids like their own and my daughter loves them. They arrange a remarkable range of activities. They have a lovely variety of age-appropriate toys, many of which are wooden and provide home-cooked nutritious meals. I truly can’t review it more highly. Our journey of Tynemouth Childcare centre, Jesmond has been fabulous.

She’s come on leaps and bounds and it’s thanks to the dedication from team members. The team are welcoming in a way where they are genuinely nice and want to know about “your day”. My granddaughter absolutely thrives in this childcare centre in her own little age group!

The team have been excellent at helping our son settle in and extending a inviting welcome to our family. It is excellent to receive information and pictures of what he is getting up to each day. We’d highly suggest Tynemouth Childcare centre at Jesmond to any of our friends or family. My son enjoys his time at childcare centre and consistently leaves with a smile on his face.

My daughter has been here since she was 9 months old and has been exceptionally cheerful here from day one. She is consistently enthusiastic to go on a morning and tells me all about the exciting activities she has been involved in during the day. The kids have some excellent opportunities to take part in such as piano lessons, French, tennis etc. I consistently sense relaxed while I’m at work as I know she is in excellent hands! The team are first class and the care and affection the kids are given is second to none. The parent app we have access to is excellent, we get to know the meals the kids have during the day (which are delicious I’m told!) and the amount they have eaten. There are often photos on to show snippets of what they have been up to that day and the weekly round up newsletter gives a remarkable insight into what has been happening that week. Excellent updates from the childcare centre and exceptionally well led and managed. I would highly suggest this childcare centre.

At this point the team sense like extended family, they are consistently cheerful to chat and know both kids inside and out. Even now my eldest son is at school when he comes with me to pick up his brother they are consistently interested in how his day has been and keen to ask him what he has been up to. In terms of supporting them with academic and personal development I have been impressed by the range of activities on offer and how hard they work to ensure readiness for the transition to school. Assistance with things like potty training has also been outstanding and I can be confident that they are eating healthy balanced meals as well (they eat far more variety at childcare centre than they will at home!). We have been using this childcare centre since 2017 and both of my boys have absolutely loved it here.

Highly compassionate team, lots of activities and events for kids, constant updates with the parents, we just adore our childcare centre! Our baby girl enjoys her time at the childcare centre so much, that once she arrives there, she forgets all about us.

The experienced team of team are loving, compassionate and attentive and clearly genuinely cares about the kids. The management team have been truly flexible and accommodating of our work situations and consistently try to help as much as possible. I’m so pleased I chose this childcare centre for my little boy and I’m looking forward to watching him flourish there. I visited no fewer than ten nurseries before deciding on Tynemouth Childcare centre at Jesmond for my baby and this is simply the best childcare centre in the area.

They are incredibly attentive people who consistently try their utmost to make the kids they care for have a remarkable day. They are highly in tune with parental needs. Incredibly flexible and willing to help. Both of my boys have attended this childcare centre and I have nothing but great things to say about the team and the childcare centre itself.
