Twisty Tails Nursery (Pinner)

The manager is a very great person. My kid now is getting involved in the English language and he is speaking very much with me about his day at childcare centre. I like this childcare centre because I think they focus on every kid’s necessities.

The team working there are lovely and my daughter consistently comes home cheerful. Would suggest this childcare centre, it’s excellent. My kid loves going to Twisty Tails childcare centre.

The centre manager and team at Twisty Tails Childcare centre made this transition easy for all of us. My kid has become more social and confident and looks forward to going to the childcare centre every day. My daughter could not attend any childcare centre earlier due to the pandemic and this was the first time she would be away from us.

Every time we leave, he is so excited to go back the next day. He is usually a shy kid but since attending this childcare centre, he has come into his own and I cannot thank the team enough. Twist Tails Childcare centre (Pinner) has gone above and beyond to provide stellar care for my kid.

The Management team are very informative and are consistently available to help and assistance me with anything I need. My daughter who is based in the toddler room has an incredible bond and connection with her key worker and also her secondary key person. The team are so lovely and welcoming. They consistently take my childs interest and development into consideration as there is verbal updates as well as updates via their apps. My daughter has just started the childcare centre in December, she has settled in so well and I couldn’t have asked for any more assistance from the practitioners.

The manager and her team are stellar! They are consistently expert, supportive and patient. Being a first-time mum, they have helped my daughter and me through important milestones like potty training, eating different foods and teaching her how to share. The manager and her team consistently provide supportive feedback and are open and receptive to parent input. They treat each kid as an individual and show a very attentive, attentive and compassionate nature towards the kids. It will be close to a year since my daughter joined Twisty Tails Pinner, and I have not regretted sending her there.

She consistently has a smile on her face when I drop her off and pick her up. The team are incredible and consistently take an interest in what my daughter has been up to in the hours she is not there. They are encouraging and show they have a genuine interest in my kid’s development.
Management is consistently there to address and queries or concerns I may have. I am very cheerful with the care my daughter receives at the childcare centre. She started at the childcare centre at 6 months of age and will be turning 2 soon so had been there quite sometime now. My daughter loves going to Twisty Tails Pinner.

My son is a very active 18-month-old who needs a lot more variety in his day and Twisty Tails has been the perfect place for him. Since starting the childcare centre last summer, he’s found interest in so many new things and generally loves being at the childcare centre. The team are very attentive, consistently cheerful and absolutely fantastic to talk to. Being a first-time mum, they have helped and worked with me through my son’s development through his first stages of life. I would highly suggest Twisty Tails to anyone. A big thank you to all the team for their hard work, dedication and patience and above all making it a cheerful and enjoyable place for my son to go to every day. We visited many nurseries but nothing compared to the inviting and welcoming setting that Twisty Tails provide and encourage. Although the childcare centre is out of our way and does add additional time to our commute, none of the other nurseries compared to the incredible team and most importantly the care that they provide to our daughter. Our settling in period was remarkable, everything was talked through in detail, well structured and most importantly at a pace that suited both our daughter and my wife and I. She settled in much faster than we expected and by the end of it, she went to all team as if they were family members. We would highly suggest this childcare centre to all parents who want a homely atmosphere where their kid would sense secure and a team that provides an outstanding service. As first-time parents you are more cautious about anything and everything to do with your kid, especially who you leave them with whilst at work.

I viewed several nurseries before being easily made more comfortable with Twisty Tails. My son has developed so well in the few months he has been attending and has made special bonds with lots of the team and kids there. I couldn’t suggest them enough. Thank you. As a first-time parent and needing to put my son in a childcare centre in the midst of a pandemic, the team at Twisty Tails Pinner couldn’t have made me sense more relaxed.
