Treetops Nursery

It was a daunting journey sending him to the childcare centre during a pandemic but the girls at Treetops made us sense reassured and he settled highly quickly. He now attends 2 full days per week and absolutely loves it. He is offered a variety of meal choices and is discovering so much ahead of him starting pre-school next year. My 2-year-old has been coming to Treetops since he was 8 months old.

They have been highly supportive and attentive towards my girls and my oldest settled highly well and looks forward to going and the childcare centre have helped with her self‑assurance massively and her development also. She’s so comfortable with everyone there and she’s been there since 8 months old and now I’ve put my 5-month-old in and they have been excellent with her also and they have been excellent with communicating with me on how she’s been getting on. I’ve had a excellent journey with this childcare centre and both my girls adore it.

Treetops is her second childcare centre, following an awful journey with her first where she was not able to settle, and so we are all the more aware of the excellent common sense, sensitivity and skill that the team have demonstrated in making her sense comfortable and confident there highly quickly.
From our first meeting with the manager, everything has gone highly well. The team in the toddler room are absolutely remarkable. They are cheerful to give our daughter a cuddle whenever she needs it and as a result, she has a great relationship with them. Also, the team are hugely reassuring in their updates by phone, in person and via the Famly app. Our daughter has learnt so much in the last six months, has been eating and sleeping truly well, and is having lots of enjoyable. We have had an outstanding journey at Treetops – it is a cheerful and relaxed childcare centre with a homelike atmosphere and a real sense of community, where the team have been hugely compassionate, patient and great-humoured with our daughter.

All the team are excellent with her. The childcare centre itself looks excellent and is well kept the team do a excellent job. My daughter loves Treetops.

The team are incredible, consistently going the extra mile to ensure my kids are cheerful. Providing them with lots of energy, cuddles, encouragement and most of all care. For me, the team have made mine and my kids’s journey so positive. My 2 kids have been at Treetops for 19 months and I’m delighted with their development.

He absolutely loves his time in the Baby Room. As parents, we have been highly impressed with the attentive and loving nature of the team and also the discovering and development that our son has shown in the past year. Courtesy of the Famly app, the team are able to keep parents updated in real-time with meals, nappy changes and sleep times. The Famly app also enables team to share photos of the kids playing and trying out new and varied activities.

Our son’s daily interaction with the team and other kids has allowed him to express his character at such a young age and we are looking forward to seeing him development over the next few years at Treetops.

It is a privilege to take our son to Treetops Childcare centre and would highly suggest it to any parent, especially for a kid entering Childcare centre at a highly young age. Our son has a real bond with the team that care for him and we are highly grateful for their dedication. Our son started going to Treetops Childcare centre at 10 months.

The team are welcoming and my son has never left my sight, so it was strange to leave him in childcare centre however his key worker is incredible with him and he calms down quite easily and settles back in, he also has a excellent care plan set in place for him. Treetops is the friendliest, and cleanest and I couldn’t suggest enough. My eldest son went here and it was a fab wee childcare centre and now my two year old has started.

The baby room has a remarkable range of sensory toys and experiences, excellent outdoor space, mud kitchen and toys. Truly great varied menu my wee one loves! He’s so cheerful to see the girls in the morning and truly enjoys his days in there. Truly cheerful to have picked Treetops, they are incredible with working with home routines to make settling a smooth transition.

Adore all the outdoor discovering experiences and real work discovering. Online diaries are a remarkable way to keep up to date with what is happening with the childcare centre. All childcare centre team go above and beyond to help kids sense cheerful and secure within the childcare centre.

I will continue to use treetops for her until school and can’t fault them on their practice. My daughter started at Treetops Childcare centre in august 2019 and at first, she was quite unsettled and upset at being here however in a short space of time she now loves going into the childcare centre and settles almost every time, I have also noticed an improvement in her development including eating and speech.

From the varied meals to the different stimulating activities every day my wee one gets so excited to go in and have enjoyable with his friends and his ladies every day! All the team are highly attentive and the updates between them and the parents are second to none. My little one has been in the childcare centre starting from the baby room which truly brought on his updates and understanding, to him now being in the tweeny room and still coming on leaps and bounds! I look forward to seeing what his day consisted of with daily diary entries and photographs in the online journals every day. Treetops Childcare centre have been absolutely exceptional with my wee boy.

Her speech was a bit behind compared to other kids her age. Treetops focused on this to help my daughter develop more. It’s now over a year on and my daughter has come on so much! I couldn’t thank the girls enough at Treetops for helping her and teaching her so much! She is sassier, and confident and chats away to anyone now and loves playing with other kids, she has come from the teenies room to the toddler room. I just want to thank her key worker who first looked after her in the teenies room moving up to the toddler room. To all the other girls in the room looking after her. They are all fab and I know my daughter loves coming in to see you all the time. Thank you again. My daughter started at Treetops back in May 2021, due to the lockdown she was shy and missing interactions with other kids, so I made the decision to put her into childcare centre while I work.

The team have been highly welcoming and she settled in straight away. At Treetops she is treated as an individual and not just a number. My granddaughter has special dietary needs and the team go out of their way to make sure that she has a healthy alternative to meals that would usually contain foods that she is intolerant to. I am highly impressed with Treetops. My granddaughter is consistently cheerful to go to Treetops.

She loves coming out and telling me what she’s done during the day and telling me what new songs she learned. The team are so lovely and the childcare centre itself is an incredible place. I would highly suggest anyone looking at a childcare centre to consider Treetops. My daughter has only been going to Treetops Childcare centre for a few weeks and I can already see a change in her, she’s so shy but slowly coming out of her shell and I can’t wait to see the difference in a few months’ time.

All the team are remarkable have no faults what so ever. My son has excellent enjoyable and is discovering new things all the time My little has been attending treetops since he was 2 he is now turning 4 this month he absolutely loves going to childcare centre.
