Treetops Nursery

Our son has been at Treetops for nearly a year now and we have not had a single problem, the staff are fantastic; always happy to help and support in any way possible. They genuinely care about our son and make a huge effort with him in and out of nursery. When I collect him, the atmosphere is relaxed and children are always playing happily with peers or an adult, the nursery shows evidence of a fun-filled day and time spent with the children (and not cleaning!) It’s fantastic. Very happy mummy and would highly recommend.

We have had an excellent experience at Treetops – it is a cheerful and relaxed nursery with a homelike atmosphere and a real sense of community, where the staff have been hugely kind, patient and good-humoured with our daughter. Treetops is her second nursery, following an awful experience with her first where she was not able to settle, and so we are all the more aware of the great common sense, sensitivity and skill that the staff have demonstrated in making her feel comfortable and confident there very quickly.
From our first meeting with the manager, everything has gone very well. The staff in the toddler room are absolutely fantastic. They are happy to give our daughter a cuddle whenever she needs it and as a result, she has a good relationship with them. Also, the staff are hugely reassuring in their communication by phone, in person and via the Famly app. Our daughter has learnt so much in the last six months, has been eating and sleeping really well, and is having lots of fun.

My 2 children have been at Treetops for 19 months and I’m delighted with their progress. The staff are amazing, always going the extra mile to ensure my children are happy. Providing them with lots of energy, cuddles, encouragement and most of all care. For me, the staff have made mine and my children’s experience so positive.

Treetops is lovely, friendly and welcoming. Both our girls have thrived there and always enjoyed their time there. Food seems good and the staff are excellent with the kids. Testament is that the girls were always keen to go in and never desperate to leave. Maybe a little light on learning but such a lovely, fun, playful atmosphere which is so important at the younger ages.

Our son started going to Treetops Nursery at 10 months. He absolutely loves his time in the Baby Room. As parents, we have been very impressed with the caring and loving nature of the staff and also the learning and development that our son has shown in the past year. Courtesy of the Famly app, the staff are able to keep parents updated in real-time with meals, nappy changes and sleep times. The Famly app also enables staff to share photos of the children playing and trying out new and varied activities.

Our son’s daily interaction with the staff and other children has allowed him to express his character at such a young age and we are looking forward to seeing him progress over the next few years at Treetops.

It is a privilege to take our son to Treetops Nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent, especially for a child entering Nursery at a very young age. Our son has a real bond with the staff that care for him and we are very grateful for their dedication.

All staff are very friendly and give parents the chance to ask if there is anything they would like their child to work on. All activities are funfilled along with educating. Very happy with the nursery as a whole.

I would like to thank my sons Key Worker for working tremendously hard with my son by developing his speech and controlling his behaviour with the “1,2,3 magic”. You will always have a special place in our hearts.

I brought my little girl to the nursery after moving to the area. They have been fantastic with her and she loves it here and enjoys time spent with the other children and the staff. The staff here couldn’t be more supportive and already have taken the time to get to know her so well. My little boy is due to be starting nursery soon and I can think of nowhere better to take him.

My little has been attending treetops since he was 2 he is now turning 4 this month he absolutely loves going to nursery. All the staff are fantastic have no faults what so ever. My son has great fun and is learning new things all the time

My son started Treetops a few months back and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really put me at ease at the beginning when my son first started. I have seen a massive difference in him since he started. He was too keen at the beginning now he loves nursery and can’t wait to go. I would definitely recommend Treetops to anyone it’s a brilliant nursery.

My Son has attended Treetops from last January. Sadly due to lockdown, everything shut and he started in August 2020. Since then, my son has came on so much, and I have the nursery to thank for that. I have watched my shy little boy, become more confident and out going. He is excited each morning to attend each session, and I think that shows just how safe he must feel with his key workers. He gets a variety each day, and I can see what he has got upto in his daily journal. I would recommend Treetops to anyone looking for a nursery.

I don’t even know where to begin in reviewing Treetops Nursery, the difference it has made to my daughter’s life is tenfold. It’s been a rocky year, yet the team have never wavered in their quality of care and attention to the children attending Treetops. They have followed all safety measures to the letter and continue to do so to keep themselves and the little ones safe. My daughter had a speech delay, which disappeared what felt like overnight thanks to the continued support of her teachers. She absolutely adores the staff, her friends, the never-ending cycle of activities, the excellent menu selection and the freedom to choose what she wants to do. She is encouraged daily to try new things, she is nurtured, and I don’t think that there is a better nursery she could be suited to right now – she is so well taken care of there. The team are kind, approachable, attentive, and everything we didn’t realise we needed in a nursery as first-time parents. Thank you so much.

My 2-year-old has been coming to Treetops since he was 8 months old. It was a daunting experience sending him to the nursery during a pandemic but the girls at Treetops made us feel reassured and he settled very quickly. He now attends 2 full days per week and absolutely loves it. He is offered a variety of meal choices and is learning so much ahead of him starting pre-school next year.

Treetops Nursery have been absolutely brilliant with my wee boy. From the varied meals to the different stimulating activities every day my wee one gets so excited to go in and have fun with his friends and his ladies every day! All the staff are very attentive and the communication between them and the parents are second to none. My little one has been in the nursery starting from the baby room which really brought on his communication and understanding, to him now being in the tweeny room and still coming on leaps and bounds! I look forward to seeing what his day consisted of with daily diary entries and photographs in the online journals every day.

I’ve had a great experience with this nursery and both my girls love it. They have been very helpful and caring towards my girls and my oldest settled very well and looks forward to going and the nursery have helped with her confidence massively and her development also. She’s so comfortable with everyone there and she’s been there since 8 months old and now I’ve put my 5-month-old in and they have been great with her also and they have been great with communicating with me on how she’s been getting on.
