Treetops Day Nursery

We made the decision to move her to Treetops and it’s the best decision we have made.
She loves it there, the team are super welcoming.
The handovers are highly detailed, it’s consistently lovely hearing what she’s been up to during the day.
There’s lots of things for all of the kids to do too, there’s lots of rooms for playtime and a huge variety of toys.
My little girl loves the outdoor area and as soon as we arrive at childcare centre she asks to go and playtime on the climbing frames!
I’d suggest this childcare centre to anyone. A fab childcare centre and fab team Treetops Day Childcare centre have been incredible at accommodating for my little girls needs.

My eldest daughter has the most incredible teacher and she loves her. My daughters have both been using Treetops Day Childcare centre services and they are both cheerful and have been discovering a lot of things every single day.

The room team and team are so welcoming, attentive and consistently so supportive. They all have fabulous childcare and safeguarding knowledge.
He’s consistently had a busy day exploring and discovering! Enjoys all his meals, which are made fresh daily. Plenty of outdoor areas for all ages as well as indoor, just a lovely atmosphere! My son just started and has settled in excellent!

He’s now in pre-school and asks me if he can go to childcare centre even on the days he doesn’t usually go! He clearly has a fantastic time there, has made loads of friends, is highly cheerful and well cared for. The outside space is fantastic, particularly the forest garden and he has a excellent time in the mud kitchen! Team seem highly attentive and approachable and management is highly responsive and accommodating. I’m not sure about equipment as we’ve only recently been allowed back in since Covid but there seems to be a wide array of toys and games. In terms of school preparation, I think this programme is developing and some more phonics activities are starting soon. The decor overall may be tiring a little but the most important thing for me is how cheerful and well cared for he is. My little boy has been so cheerful here, ever since he started in toddlers in June 2020.

She was highly little at that time but I could tell she was cheerful and learnt a lot of new things, team were incredible too, consistently smiling and engaging with kids. Most of young years practitioners moved to Treetops, but unfortunately I haven’t seen their faces as cheerful as before, neither my daughter’s. From week one she showed me that she didn’t want to go to childcare centre but I was dismissive as I thought she needed some time to adapt. Time passed, but she still was refusing to go in the mornings, her behaviour changed to worse with throwing things, and kicking, I haven’t noticed new developments either. Managerial side wasn’t highly approachable, it was difficult to get swap days, had lack of updates in regards to illnesses and attendances, emails were not answered until I spoke to them personally. It felt more that it was not a childcare centre, but a strict bureaucratic estate. My daughter used to go to a smaller branch of Cornerstone before it closed down and was highly cheerful there.

Everyone has been both welcoming and supportive and we would highly suggest it! After a bad journey somewhere else, we were pretty nervous about our little one starting but he’s settled in brilliantly thanks to the incredible team and nurturing setting.

The team’s dedication, the stimulating setting, and individualized attention have created a nurturing and educational journey for our kid. Leaving is bittersweet, but we are grateful for the exceptional foundation provided here. Highly recommended Our time at Treetops Day Childcare centre has been truly incredible.

He took a long time to settle into childcare centre and therefore we were a bit concerned about how he would cope with this transition, however, he has been truly cheerful since moving up and consistently has a story to tell when he gets home about what enjoyable activities he has been doing and what he’s learnt. His keyworker has been remarkable with the transition, consistently taking the time to hand things over, and most importantly truly taking an interest in my son and his ways, telling me daily all the funny things he has been up to. He also tells me daily how much he likes his keyworker! Thanks for all the hard work you do, no matter how hard things have got over covid, you have consistently been so flexible and I have no concerns at all about the care my son gets at Treetops. I just wanted to write a review to thank all the team who have made my son’s transition up to pre-school so smooth.

Our kids adore going to Treetops Day Childcare centre and both settled in truly quickly. I have consistently found the team and management to be approachable, inviting, supportive and responsive. I know that my kids are in secure hands and that the team seem to genuinely care about them.
I never hesitate in recommending Treetops to other parents, a remarkable childcare centre. We have a kid in pre-school and baby room.

I adore how many activities she is involved in, even though she only attends for a few mornings per week. Regular parents evenings are also supportive to have a more formal check-in. My kid runs into childcare centre in the mornings, eats well there, plays happily (apparently she has a group who chatter together) and then comes home ready for more enjoyable. The team are highly welcoming and communicative about the needs and development of my kid.
