Please look online for the report and see how the youngsters and parents were let down by the management team at Storal. I would be careful to check what management company is involved with any nursery setting and if it is Storal Learning I would suggest you avoid. A shocking period with Storal Learning in recent months following an inadequate Ofsted inspection. The way they then dealt with a reduction in a number of hours and youngsters was appalling and truly stressful for parents and difficult for youngsters. Ultimately it could have been avoided or rolled out much better than it was. Many parents have had to find alternatives with little to no notice.

We are really pleased with Honeytree Day Nursery & Pre-School – Bristol our young lady adores going there. The childcare centre are also extremely good at updating us on what’s going on and how our young lady is doing. Our little one might be understanding what volcanoes are, or doing yoga, all in one day! They also provide delicious sounding meals and fun, educational, and varied activities. All in all we’re really glad we made the decision to send our little one there! All the team are so kind.

She now treasures going and has fun every day she’s there. My young lady started in September 2020 and even though it was a difficult transition for her due to the pandemic, the crew have been wonderful in settling her into the space.

The team are remarkable and truly caring! They keep parents well informed with articles and emails. My little one comes home talking about the team members all the time and is unhappy to leave. She has learnt so much since being at childcare centre, we have seen a big change. My young lady absolutely enjoys this nursery setting. If I ever have enquiries or need extra sessions, the managers do everything they can to fulfil any requirements.

A great place! Our boy goes there every day and he’s incredibly thrilled and well looked after. I always know what’s going on through an app. Everyone is kind, loving and caring. He is fed, changed regularly and has someone to cuddle when he’s upset. Staff are passionate about working with kids and have high level of expertise. The food is delicious and always fresh.

A year on she is so pleased and bursting with excitement after a great day at early‑years hub. Her speech is coming on amazingly as well and that’s in part due to being at early‑years hub. In the early days going to early‑years hub really helped with her eating and socialisation. She walks confidently in every day. Our little one started at Honeytree Day Nursery & Pre-School – Bristol in February 2021 at 10 months old and she has been going there for a year now. She has already built wonderful friendships. The sites are brilliant, with lots of toys which are kept immaculate and in good condition. She enjoys going to early‑years hub. The crew create such a welcoming and supportive environment that she was thrilled and content from day 1. We couldn’t be happier with Honeytree and would strongly suggest it to anyone. She always has such fun doing all sorts of activities and enjoys the messy playtime. Born at the beginning of Covid she had barely interacted with other kids or other adults so we were worried how she would be, but we need not have worried.

This is just following a price increase and hours decrease. Absolutely terrible, we have just had our place cut with no notice. They are now only running to 5pm, also with no notice.

Never actually stepped foot in childcare centre due to Covid and still feel totally pleased with my little one being there. Staff are just so lovely and understanding. He gets so much playtime and good food. Highly suggest.

She would always want to go to preschool and come out with a smile on her face. She has always been supported by personnel. My young lady has just left to go to school and has had a brilliant period at honeytree.

The outside space is great too. My little one enjoys going and has since he was 8 months old (now 3). A wonderful nursery setting. Great childcare, contact, reliability, crew and kids activities and resources.

She adores going to nursery setting and has made great friends there. The crew have always been cordial and show a real interest and care in the children’s progress. My little one will also be attending the early‑years hub soon and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to others. My young lady has been attending the childcare centre since she was eleven months old, and has progressed through all three rooms (baby, toddler and pre-school). We are given regular feedback and photos of what she is doing and the management provides regular updates and newsletters.

The food menu is great and our young lad eats everything (even the things he refuses at home!!) Fantastic setting – remarkable personnel Our boy has been in all 3 rooms, and the one thing that had been a constant is the remarkable attitude and dedication from the team. We hear of fantastic activities every day from our boy, and there is always great updates from personnel on handovers.

My boy has went to this nursery setting since he was 21 months old and he will be four in May. I will be dismayed to say goodbye to everyone when my little one starts primary school in September and I know he will be too. Following some crew changes, in my opinion, the team now work well together and the support the early‑years hub has received from Storal has been remarkable. Everyone has supported his exploring and progression through the different stages and rooms he has been in (babies to toddlers and now pre-school).

My girl started in the toddler room a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with what I have experienced so far. The team seem exceptionally invested in the childrens growth and caring for them. Great feedback at the end of the day rather than feeling rushed out the room on collection. A real credit to the new management team who have clearly put a lot of hard work into developing this early‑years hub. She has settled so much quicker than expected, team are absolutely lovely and it’s a extremely calming atmosphere which suits her well. Loads of natural playtime and lovely toys for her to explore.

Our young lady enjoys it and has really bonded with the personnel and the other little ones. The garden is great, and it feels like youngsters spend time outside as much as possible, English weather permitting. The early‑years hub went through difficult times, and we all had to contribute/compromise in a way whilst they were getting back on track, but it seems like this is now behind us. The new manager is a lovely person, truly proactive and positive, and you can feel that every crew member has the same mindset and is willing to do his best to make this nursery setting a great place. It’s just a few minutes walk from our home, so we feel extremely privileged to have a place there. She’s developed a lot since she first started and just moved to the 2-year-old room; the transition has been extremely smooth. We don’t try the food, and our kid is not a big eater, but the food seems satisfactory; what I can tell is that the team worked on several strategies to have our young lady eat as much as possible, so well done, them!

The crew members are all attentive and nice. My young lad has been going to this early‑years hub since March 2021. When it was not a school day, my little one sometimes talked about the brothers and sisters that he missed. We had gone through a lot of changes during that period of time. We had a lot of good and practical advice on parenting and potty training. English is not our first language, and our little one is quite shy and does not speak a lot. Indeed, we found that he has settled well at the childcare centre quickly and made friends. It was a difficult and stressful time for my boy, as we migrated from Hong Kong to the UK only a few months in late December 2020. So, we were really worried that he cannot mingle with other little ones due to the language barrier. We are extremely thankful that we have chosen the right school for our young lad. We knew what had happened at school as the management email us regularly. His social abilities better. At that time, he was 3-year-old. He enjoyed exploring and playing at school.

This is my second little one to go to this early‑years hub, it’s such a welcoming, thrilled, lovely place, both my sons have and are enjoying being at the childcare centre, I would wholeheartedly endorse. It has fantastic outdoor space and lots of activities for the little ones to do.

The team are always cordial and communicate well with me and my husband. I feel my little one is flourishing at Honeytree and have recommended it to anyone who has told me they’re looking for a early‑years hub. My little one adores going, and those days when she is more unsettled the team have always given her the extra comfort she has needed.

They always provide lovely handovers when I pick him up and make me feel he is really cared for and they enjoy having him. Highly suggest it. I like how they make the food on-site and the outside space is great. He enjoys going and has such good relationships with the personnel. My boy has been going to Honeytree Day Nursery & Pre-School – Bristol since he was 9 months and is now approaching 3.
