Tower Tots

The team are incredible, consistently so welcoming and truly get to know each individual kid. They are so accommodating if you need to change dates and we have loved being part of their family events. Overall I can not suggest Tower Tots enough. My son has thrived and I have seen him develop into a cheerful, confident, social little boy thanks to their care and attention. My son has been at Tower Tots for 22 months now.

I adore seeing how cheerful our little one is here, the friendships she has made and the relationships she has with everyone especially her key worker. It’s excellent to be able to see what’s she been up to throughout the day on the app and get notifications of milestones she has reached. She loves going to childcare centre and comes home tired from all the activities, both indoor and outdoor, they have done throughout the week. It makes going to work that much easier knowing she is secure, cheerful and thriving. I suggest Tower Tots at every opportunity I get.

Settling in sessions are excellent and all the team were supportive especially when you’re leaving your baby for the first time.

My son has multiple allergies and they are taken highly seriously which gives us a lot of reassurance.

Oliver loves childcare centre and I could not imagine him being anywhere else, now he begs to go to childcare centre to see his friends and team.

The daily diary, observations, information and pictures is truly beneficial. It also has an app for ease of access.

It has been truly a positive journey and I would highly suggest Tower Tots to anyone who is looking for a nursey. Our son has been attending Tower Tots since he was 10 months old and he is now nearly two.

From when we first made contact with the team about the childcare centre, to looking around, the team were highly informative and put me entirely at ease.

Initially, we found the thought of finding the right childcare centre quite daunting, we viewed lots of nurseries within St.Helens. From the first initial phone call with Tower Tots I had a great feeling! We went to view the childcare centre and had a highly thorough show around, all our questions were answered and the setting was lovely. The outdoor space is remarkable, large playtime areas, large playing fields and tennis courts.
My daughter is in the 2-3’s room, the other kids are so welcoming and welcoming, team are highly expert and built a great relationship with us from the start. All team and management are highly approachable and can’t do enough to help.
I adore that we can see our daughter’s daily activities and development through the app, they have a live feed so I can check any time of the day to see what she is up to. The weekly French lessons and football classes are a firm favourite with my daughter. We could not suggest Tower Tots enough! My Daughter attends Tower Tots 4 days per week.

The app is excellent too because even grandparents can log in so I can see all the photographs of what he gets upto!

It’s a credit to all the girls! Consistently adore coming to pick my grandson up and seeing him playing outside with his friends.

We chose Tower Tots after a recommendation from a friend and we were so pleased that our Son settled in highly quickly. The whole of the childcare centre team are so welcoming and the care provided has been so genuine and compassionate. Team are highly well‑informed, attentive and loving and a huge effort is made to make each day enjoyable, exciting and an opportunity to learn lots! Thank you Tower Tots you are all incredible. From day one we have been delighted with the standard of care and education that our son has received since joining Tower Tots 6 months ago.

I was unsure of making a change but those doubts have definitely gone. Since my little one joined in April 2018 he has become more confident, less frustrated, his updates has improved incredibly. He enjoys “Tots” is excited to go on his days in. The team have all been remarkable they are approachable and engaging to encourage a strong bond between Tots and Home.
I would definitely suggest Tower Tots as they have numerous discovering strategies. Covering all sorts from French to Football skills. Discovering all skills a toddler needs and more! The Baby Days app keeps you informed and up to date on everything with Daily Diaries, Photos and Infomation. This app is excellent to keep the discovering at home consistent with that in Tots.

The team are attentive, attentive and the relationships our granddaughter has built with her key workers throughout her time here have helped make her the cheerful, confident little girl she is. I can’t sing the praises of the childcare centre enough and suggest at every opportunity I get. It’s a pleasure to see the pictures of her so cheerful at childcare centre on the diary photos her mum shows us. We couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre for our granddaughter.

It’s a lovely setting and my daughter consistently comes home cheerful and content. The team are exceptional and are so attentive and enthusiastic (There is also no moving team around rooms which was highly unsettling for my kid in a previous childcare centre). I sense they truly know my kid. They consistently keep me well informed and the daily diary is remarkable. I adore reading about what she’s done each day (consistently varied and interesting) and looking at the photos. My daughter has come on so much since attending. I adore the activities they do with her (including having a French teacher and football coach come in each week). There is a real focus on discovering but in a enjoyable age-appropriate way. My daughter has additional needs and is delayed – they have been outstanding at liaising with outside services and have received outstanding feedback from these services at how supportive and thorough the childcare centre was. The food is consistently lovely. Tower Tots is a fantastic childcare centre and has been outstanding for my kid.
