Firstly, the team are welcoming, expert, welcoming and clearly delight in their jobs. This comes across in all they do.
My daughter settled quickly and feels secure and cheerful there. As a parent, I sense that my kid is well looked after and that all team know her well and look out for her best interests.
They provide excellent opportunities such as cooking and forest school. They constantly think of enjoyable, engaging and educational activities for the kids. I also adore receiving the updates daily so I can see what my daughter has been doing that day.
Any updates has been answered quickly and I sense they have been fantastically supportive during lockdown and the changes to my hours. We are really cheerful with Tops Parkstone.

They have treated my two boys with such care and adore. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure they are cheerful and looked after. I don’t think my boys will want to leave! From day one, Tops Day Childcare centre Parkstone has been remarkable!

He adores childcare centre and the team and has lots of enjoyable whilst discovering.
Very impressed. After my son started in January he has come on leaps and bounds.

She’s been in the Childcare centre since April and she loves it. She comes home telling us everything she’s done, the songs she’s sung and who she’s played with. She is consistently cheerful and content and has been coming home the past few days with new words in English and singing rhymes by heart.
I sense that she is really well taken care of and is discovering at the speed of light. All the app updates and info helps us know and understand her development, and makes us sense more involved in their routine.
We are very pleased with our choice, and really appreciate all the work everyone who looks after her every day does. We are new to the UK and thought it was important for our 2-year-old to be in closer contact with the language and culture of this new world she is getting to know.

He loves his key worker and asks for her all the time even at home, the eylog is incredible as I can see what my son is getting up to through out the day. My son attends Tops Day Childcare centre Parkstone and he loves it, we found that his speech and self‑assurance has come on loads since he has been there.

They are very welcoming and supportive, they go above and beyond to ensure your kid is cheerful and thriving. I’ve tried other nurseries and felt that Tops really do stand out and after having my first daughter enrolled and moved onto school when it came time for my other daughter to attend well there was no other options in our eyes but to put her in Tops. Their meals are excellent with a massive selection of different types of food for kids to try. My daughter has settled in and really enjoys attending. They keep you up to date and go out of their way to ensure you are cheerful with the care they provide. Thank you Tops Day Nurseries for being remarkable. I’ve had 2 of my daughters attend Tops Day Nurseries Parkstone and they’re absolutely incredible.

She is so excited now to go to school and see team members and her friends and when she does still have a funny few moments the team are very willing to step in and help. Very cheerful with the team in preschool with helping my daughter overcome her anxiety in new places and settle really well.

Over this time Tops have been incredible with the settling in process and transition from explorers to investigators.
The parent app is remarkable as it keeps me up to date with everything my son has done that day and if I ever have any concerns (crying when leaving him) the team will add extra photos to show that he has settled in which consistently puts my mind at rest.
The potty training scheme is also exceptional as it fully supported my efforts at home in the childcare centre setting and my son is now fully potty trained.
And best of all my son loves going and has made some great friends. My son has been attending Tops since 15mths and he is soon to be 3.

He struggled with his speech but the fantastic team have worked wonders with all aspects of teaching. My grandson currently attends twice a week, while his mummy’s at work and I pick him up. Just seeing him smile and hearing him putting little sentences together, makes my heart inviting. The team took the time to implement structured discovering for him and it’s paying dividends. He absolutely loves going to school and all his fantastic educators, especially two girls, in particular. He’s recently been introduced to the preschool and is really enjoying this too. I’d suggest Tops to any parent, looking for daycare for their kid. My grandson has shown an incredible improvement in all his motor skills since starting at Tops.

When she started at 22 months we had tears at drop off, the team worked hard with her to overcome her anxiety and now she runs in without a fuss. She comes home and loves telling me all about her day and consistently asks if she can go again. The team are exceptional and have built such a lovely connection with my daughter. She has learnt so much from Tops and I cannot thank the Tops girls enough. Keep up the great work guys. My daughter loves going to Tops Parkstone.
