Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery

They were a excellent help with building relationships and potty training. My son has since been visiting November, he had trouble weaning due to allergies and eczema. A excellent continuity of care. Since starting, the team have been excellent at supporting dietary needs and attentive for my sons skin. His weaning has improved hugely thanks to the team at Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Childcare centre. My daughter went here previously from age two to four.

The only things I would say are that it seems slightly disorganised ie – they send him home without his things or with another kid’s belongings in his bag. A couple of times he’s come out of childcare centre without shoes on, or with dirt all over him or a full nappy. I’m assuming this is just bad timing for when he happened to be collected or just team stretched for time, but overall a great journey in general. Could do with fewer emails and the parents’ app is updated highly rarely with few photos so would be nice to get more info and pictures. Overall, we have had a truly great journey with Tops Childcare centre, my son loves it and consistently looks forward to going and the team all seem highly nice.

It is exceptionally convenient and flexible. Booking hours are straightforward and admin team are prompt with replies and invoices. We have had a couple of issues that have been dealt with straight away and then no further repeat. My kid is highly cheerful attending the childcare centre. My only wish is that the outdoor space was larger. My kid has attended for over a year and we are pleased with this childcare centre.

The team are all incredible and so attentive. The hours are exceptionally flexible and there is never any problem accommodating changes. My son is highly cheerful there. I appreciate the updates on the app. I am highly, highly cheerful with Tops.

Our eldest has now moved on to school but is looking forward to going back for high 5’s our youngest is still there and he absolutely adores the team and looks forward to going. I would trust nobody else with our kids. A huge thank you to the manager and all of the team. You do an incredible job! Since moving our kids to Tops Childcare centre at Musgrove they have flourished.

Being a parent, I appreciate the apprehension in trusting anyone with your precious kid, however, I consistently sense reassured when my kids are at childcare centre as the team are fantastic with the kids. They have also been expert and approachable and provide an outstanding standard of care in my view. A big thank you from me for the fantastic job you do, with the fantastic little terrors. I have used this childcare centre at different periods over the past three years, currently both my kids use the childcare centre.

She goes in cheerful and excited to see the team and is cheerful and excited when collected. The team consistently appear cheerful, positive and enthusiastic with their roles. The handovers are thorough and comprehensive. Nothing is too much trouble if I ask for extra information, as she has a food sensitivity to cows milk and soya or giving antibiotics. We receive photos via the app of her playing so we can understand what she has been doing and the information received via the app, regarding schemes and schema, help us as her parents, to continue discovering consistently. My daughter had been taught sign language to aid updates when starting, despite being a hearing kid and team requested information to know what signs she could do so they could better engage with her until she was speaking. I consistently have my hours accommodated when submitted before the deadline. I have been nothing but thrilled and impressed with the care my daughter receives at Tops.

My daughter attended from 2 years until she left to start school. The team are outstanding, so loving and nothing is ever too much. My daughter came out of her shell so much and loved every minute she spent with them. My son now attends and runs in the door with a smile on his face. The outdoor space is excellent and the kids are able to do so much! The days and times are excellent as they accommodate to all needs and unlike most nurseries, where you can only choose a morning or afternoon time slot, here at Tops, you can choose many different times to work around yourself. My kids adore Tops Musgrove!

My kid is secure and cheerful. He’s well looked after and has made excellent connections with all the team and kids. I don’t trust anyone with my kid and sending him to childcare centre was truly hard for me but he’s thriving and the team are consistently cheerful to hear any concerns and keep me well informed about what he’s been up to and take lovely photos to show this. I sense truly calm and know every time I take my son there he’s going to have a lovely day. The childcare centre is spotless, the team are welcoming, they work well together and security to get into the childcare centre is outstanding so no way a kid can accidentally get out or anyone can sneak in. Keep up the hard work Musgrove going above and beyond for all the kids in your care. I have nothing negative to say.

My son truly enjoyed his time here, since he started at 12 months old. They truly did a great job of preparing him for school. All the team are welcoming and highly accommodating and they have consistently addressed any concerns promptly and to our satisfaction. I highly suggest this childcare centre! We had a fantastic journey at Tops Musgrove.
