Tops Day Nurseries: Havant Nursery

Tops Havant has been amazing from day one. My son absolutely loves his time at nursery, and he has developed so much in the few short months he has been going. He has gone from not talking at all to enjoying trying to learn new words and picking up new ones each day.
The nursery has been especially brilliant lately as we have had quite a difficult time as a family with a lot going on. They have given my son stability and a happy place when things at home have been more difficult. I can not thank the staff at Tops enough for this. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Helped my little boy settle in, really understanding of his needs and are amazing at reassuring him. He’s now starting to come out of his shell and doing more imagination play on his own, with singing and humming. Helping him with his speech and they are the only people to listen to me when I said he needed help. Thank you ladies, you are amazing.

Great and dedicated staff with great compassionate. Staff are very supportive and always ready to help out as much as they can. Staff are very sensitive and respectful to other people’s opinion. My child progress in his speech and language has improved significantly since attending Tops Day Nurseries: Havant Nursery. The best nursery to take your child to. I generally can not express how good this nursery is. My son has some additional needs but they cater for him perfectly and his keyworker is amazing and supportive! All the staff are really care for the children and support all there needs.

I cannot fault this nursery and staff at all. They have all been very accommodating to my son who has really struggled to settle in as he has always been with me. They have catered to all his needs and have always kept me in the loop with what they are going to do to help settle him. They have not only put my son ease, but me too. The staff have taken the time to talk to me about how he has is getting on and made suggestions for us to make the transition a little easier for him. My son comes out smiling, and although he still finds the drop offs difficult, I know as soon as I leave he is in safe hands and is going to have an enjoyable day.

My son started this nursery in April 2021 and has completely thrived in the setting. He is profoundly deaf and so I needed somewhere that could accommodate his needs. The nursery as a setting and the staff as individuals have been amazing! They have all had extra training to understand his needs and how his equipment works and his specialist teacher of the deaf said she was amazed that when she offered training to the setting, every single member of staff attended after hours as she has never had that uptake with any other setting. My son loves going there and gets excited every morning when he knows that’s where he is going, they do loads of activities with the children including cookery club and forest school. Would recommend this nursery to everyone. We love it!

Teachers are amazing, experts in children’s care and lovingly. Good hygiene, good food habits, great environment and activities. A lot of fresh air for the children.
I’m an anxious mum they always support me and reassure me. Top one!

My daughter has been going to Tops Havant since January 2022 and has come such a long way under their care. Her speech has come on impeccably and she absolutely loved the staff in the investigator’s room. She has moved into the preschool room this past January a couple of months early and whilst she seems a bit sceptical she still seems to enjoy it and has lots of fun whilst learning loads. All of the staff are lovely and are so good with her. The only slight issue I have is that I wish communication was better. I’m not very good at asking for information (which I know is a fault of mine) but I wish they were more forthcoming with information and would communicate changes and progress more regularly. For example, my daughter moved to preschool room in January and I still haven’t been told who her new key person is. When she was moved to preschool room I was told it would be communicated beforehand and explained but I picked her up one day and she had just been moved. Overall, it’s a fab nursery

My twins recently started at Tops Day Nurseries: Havant at the beginning of April, along with my eldest son who has been there since September 2022.
As always, the team at Tops Havant have provided a safe and fun environment for my children.
They have taken my eldest child on two trips recently. The first being the library, the staff read books and sang songs with my child and the second being a nature walk along the Billy trail to the shoreline.
Both of these have been outings that my son has thoroughly enjoyed.
The communication from the nursery is phenomenal and I know there is always a member of the team ready to answer any questions or worries I have. They are always supporting each and every child’s needs ensuring their learning and activities are tailored to their ability and interests.
I love the bond all three of my children have formed with each and every staff member.
I wouldn’t send my children to any other nursery in the area.

Lovely staff, always so kind and helpful, with my child always so happy to be dropped off and happy when collected. Would not send her anywhere else. They all really take care with the children and look after them great. Thank you.
