Her speech has come on impeccably and she absolutely loved the team in the investigator’s room. She has moved into the preschool room this past January a couple of months early and whilst she seems a bit sceptical she still seems to delight in it and has lots of enjoyable whilst discovering loads. All of the team are lovely and are so great with her. The only slight issue I have is that I wish updates was better. I’m not very great at asking for information (which I know is a fault of mine) but I wish they were more forthcoming with information and would communicate changes and development more regularly. For example, my daughter moved to preschool room in January and I still haven’t been told who her new key person is. When she was moved to preschool room I was told it would be communicated beforehand and explained but I picked her up one day and she had just been moved. Overall, it’s a fab childcare centre My daughter has been going to Tops Havant since January 2022 and has come such a long way under their care.

He’s now starting to come out of his shell and doing more imagination playtime on his own, with singing and humming. Helping him with his speech and they are the only people to listen to me when I said he needed help. Thank you ladies, you are incredible. Helped my little boy settle in, really understanding of his needs and are incredible at reassuring him.

Tops Day Childcare centre has really helped for my son to be a bit more independent.
He’s intolerant to cows’ milk protein, but we never had any problems in the childcare centre because of this, they are very mindful and understanding.
When we had a difficult time because of teething and he was really fussy, they recommended options to help him get through it.
They are consistently compassionate and supportive.

She enjoys going into Childcare centre every day and we know she is cared for well and eats well when there. I would suggest The childcare centre highly to other parents.

Our son has been going since February and he has progressed so much since attending. He is a lot more confident, will playtime with other kids and is discovering so many new words. The girls are excellent with keeping us up to date on what they have been doing each day via the app. Very great food options are also offered as our son attends for lunch and snacks, which are varied with a menu sent out beforehand. They have all been very accommodating to my son who has really struggled to settle in as he has consistently been with me. They have catered to all his needs and have consistently kept me in the loop with what they are going to do to help settle him. They have not only put my son ease, but me too. The team have taken the time to talk to me about how he has is getting on and made suggestions for us to make the transition a little easier for him. My son comes out smiling, and although he still finds the drop offs difficult, I know as soon as I leave he is in secure hands and is going to have an enjoyable day. I cannot fault this childcare centre and team at all.

My son absolutely loves his time at childcare centre, and he has developed so much in the few short months he has been going. He has gone from not talking at all to enjoying trying to learn new words and picking up new ones each day.
The childcare centre has been especially exceptional lately as we have had quite a difficult time as a family with a lot going on. They have given my son stability and a cheerful place when things at home have been more difficult. I can not thank the team at Tops enough for this. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them. My son has some additional needs but they cater for him perfectly and his keyworker is incredible and supportive! All the team are really care for the kids and assistance all there needs. I generally can not express how great this childcare centre is.
