My daughter loves going to Tiny Toez – she consistently comes out of the childcare centre with a smile on her face. My two kids have both attended Tiny Toez, my youngest attending now.

My kid consistently comes home from childcare centre cheerful and tells me what he has learned. My kid started in June 2020 and loves going to childcare centre.

I would suggest this childcare centre and am pleased my daughter attends – she loves going on a weekly basis, and the team couldn’t be more attentive! Tiny Toez is a fantastic, secure and nurturing childcare centre!

I sense that it is kept spotless and the team are highly welcoming and treat my kid like their own, providing cuddles when needed etc. The activities seem enjoyable and they are truly helping with my kid’s needs. 10/10 – we adore it. He is consistently excited to see the lovely ladies in his room, and we are so grateful for everything Tiny Toez does for us. Since my son has started at Tiny Toez, his development as a whole has come on leaps and bounds.

They are consistently willing to answer any questions you have, and they are great at keeping you informed of your kid’s development. My son has developed so much since being there. I would definitely suggest them to my friends and family. Tiny Toez is a fantastic childcare centre.

December 8, 2024 at 9:20 amThe activities (daily and seasonal) (indoor and outdoor) are remarkable, and we have a wall at home for all the artwork my kid brings home. The care and attention provided to my kid has consistently been exceptional, and updates to us as parents, outstanding. The team are so welcoming and approachable. Meals nutritious and varied. Kids are consistently cheerful, and the setting is exceptionally secure. Couldn’t choose a better childcare centre! My kid absolutely loves going to Tiny Toez Cannock Chase.

The team in the acorns room are lovely and highly supportive, and my little boy has bonded with them highly well. The team give excellent feedback after every session and couldn’t be more supportive. I have already signed my other little boy to start in September. I have no complaints, and I am highly cheerful and content with my little boy going to this childcare centre. Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase is a remarkable childcare centre.

January 17, 2025 at 3:47 pmOverall it is lovely. The food is tasty and varied. It is spotless and organised. I do sense over the last few months the team look exhausted, possibly understaffed? My son seems to delight in himself but I don’t sense the team have the time to educate him. It is more playtime-based. My first son used to come back with lots of crafts and evidence of things he’d done but my second son rarely comes back with anything. Hopefully, this will improve. I don’t like to moan. I know they do their best. I have had 2 kids under the care of this childcare centre.

Never completed any updates on the app and the team was unaware of what my kid had to eat that day – so unsure if my kid had anything to eat at all.
Didn’t ever see a piece of art drawing or information about what they were doing during childcare centre time.
Team changing constantly, told me my kid’s key worker no longer worked there and they couldn’t talk about it, only to see her three weeks later.
My kid started having night terrors after childcare centre days only. And since joining a new childcare centre these have stopped. Terrible care.

I’m truly pleased with how the team have helped my daughter settle into childcare centre, especially as I was quite anxious about leaving her, to return to work after maternity leave.

April 1, 2025 at 6:15 pmHad a virtual tour due to restrictions. The settling in sessions put us at ease, and the team were highly understanding. Our now 16-month-old daughter absolutely loves her days at Tiny Toez (she’s been full time for 8-months), and we will be enrolling my son once I end maternity leave next year. Fantastic team who go the extra mile to get to know you as well as your kid. The meals are nutritious and varied as well as the activities. They also have a huge outside space, which is excellent. You can truly see that the team care and are passionate about their job. We enrolled my daughter in the middle of the first lockdown.

The team at Tiny Toez have been nothing but supportive, compassionate and nurturing to my little boy since he started coming to childcare centre here.

April 14, 2025 at 2:14 pmThe childcare centre team have been outstanding from when he was 12 months old to now 3 years old in developing his life skills, vocabulary, discovering ability etc.
The classrooms are large with plenty of things for the kids to do and the playgrounds are also highly great.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tiny Toez. My son has been at Tiny Toez @ Cannock Chase for two years now and entering his final year there.
Overall a remarkable childcare centre, he skips into the childcare centre and looks forward to every day he goes there, which as a parent is the most important thing.

They have handled the pandemic well, changed procedures accordingly, and I have felt secure when taking and picking up my kid from there. Can’t fault the service they provide! All team are highly welcoming and expert.

July 6, 2025 at 8:36 pmDue to joining in the middle of a pandemic, we only viewed the childcare centre online, however, after only the trial sessions I felt highly reassured by the management and team that my daughter would find childcare centre an enjoyable and rewarding journey.
The team treat every kid as an individual and are highly flexible to a young kid’s ever-changing needs.
They show an interest in the kids’s outside life and hobbies and my daughter already feels highly ‘at home’, especially with her key worker.
The childcare centre provides so many different opportunities and engages the kids in a range of tasks to help their developing skills too. What I find particularly excellent is that the childcare centre acknowledges every religious, cultural, and national holiday and encourages the kids and parents to engage and celebrate as well.
The manager is highly responsive and what I find fantastic is that she also takes the time to get to know each kid by name My daughter has only been attending Tiny Toez for a few months.
