Tiny Toez @ Biddulph

It’s a lovely, spotless childcare centre with lots of enjoyable to be had and lovely outdoor areas for the kids to all playtime. My daughter loves going every day which says it all truly. A lot can be said about the lovely team, who are all highly inviting and welcoming to the kids and parents alike.

I was assured that I could ring up at any time to see how he was getting on (which I took full advantage of) and soon I felt confident that I didn’t need to do this anymore. Fast forward a year and he’s had every single ounce of assistance that we could dream of from a childcare centre, concerning SEN needs I.e. 1-1 assistance, speech and language, assistance in choosing his next setting etc. He absolutely loves going in a morning and we adore seeing his updates throughout his hours there on the parents’ app. He is a completely different boy and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Tiny Toez Biddulph! Choosing a childcare centre was a highly daunting thing for me as my little boy has many challenging behaviours, we were fresh out of lockdown and every second of his life we spent together but the ladies and gents welcomed him with open arms and made me sense confident leaving him for a few hours a day, twice a week.

I loved that they provided inviting meals and consistently encouraged my little one to try new foods.
They gave updates highly regularly and even after my son has moved on to a new school he often says he wants to go back to Tiny Toez. My son was highly well taken care of and the team are lovely.

Our son just loves his days there! The team are outstanding, so welcoming and attentive. The assistance and structure around his discovering and development are excellent. We adore receiving regular updates through the app and the photos of all the lovely different activities he is doing. It is a excellent comfort for us to see how cheerful he is during his days at Tiny Toez. I would highly suggest Tiny Toez at Biddulph.

My son needed lots of help settling in last year after being at home with me for two years. The team were so patient and attentive helping him to settle, he loves going in now and consistently enjoys the activities. I like the pictures and videos we get on the app about his day and I appreciate how flexible they’ve been in changing hours when needed. The team are well‑informed and have advised me when I’ve asked for guidance. A lovely set of team who make mums sense reassured about leaving their bundles of joy. All the team have been attentive, welcoming and expert.

Excellent variety of activities and balanced food for the kids. Team are welcoming and supportive with detailed updates throughout the week. The best place we could’ve sent our kid. Remarkable team who work so hard to give the kids enjoyable and enjoyable time whilst making sure they learn and develop with the full assistance of the parents.

I adore all the pictures they put onto the app they make my day knowing that my daughter is cheerful and having a great day. My eldest daughter also attended many years ago and it’s still if not better. My daughter started here in January and she absolutely loves going.

He is now nearly 2, and he has flourished since being in their care. Entering and leaving the childcare centre, he consistently has a smile on his face. He has excellent bonds with the team looking after him, and it’s clear from the conversations I have with them that they know my kid as well as I do. His speech, motor development and social skills have come on leaps and bounds. Team consistently cheerful to focus on any areas of concern me or his father might have. Would not hesitate to suggest the childcare centre to others. I know that when I drop my son off, he is secure, cheerful and cared for, which as a parent, is priceless. My son has been going to Tiny Toez since he was 9-months-old.

However, we knew instantly after visiting Tiny Toez @ Biddulph that it was the right choice for us. All team are so welcoming and approachable, two in particular, are absolutely outstanding and know our son inside-out. The facilities are remarkable and I consistently sense reassured knowing that our kid is in secure and attentive hands when I hand him over in the morning with a beaming smile on his face. The app is also an outstanding platform and we look forward to receiving updates and photographs throughout the day of the activities. Finding a childcare centre for our son was such a daunting task.

The rooms are comfortable, spotless and decorated with kids’s various projects. There are various boards of information for parents dotted around and a monthly newsletter and an app ensuring as a parent I’m easily consistently up to date with what is going on with my kid and what topics my kid is covering i.e. book or food focus. They supported me with my kid’s food allergy, with ease and self‑assurance in turn helping me deal with it too. I personally find the activities they have designed have been immensely smart, creative and engaging for my kid. All team are so personable and clearly cherish working with kids. My kid has never cried being dropped at Tiny Toez and truly loves to go, and for me, this tells me everything that she feels secure and comfortable going there. From the day we visited an open day, I was impressed with Tiny Toez, the childcare centre manager identified kids as we passed from room to room leaving me the sense that kids truly were the centre of this childcare centre.
