Tiny Toez @ Biddulph

We are very pleased with Tiny Toez @ Biddulph. All staff are friendly, professional and approachable and care for the children very well. The setting is clean and tidy. We get thorough feedback on how our child is doing, what progress he is making, etc.

We would not choose another nursery.

My son has been going to Tiny Toez since he was 9-months-old. He is now nearly 2, and he has flourished since being in their care. Entering and leaving the nursery, he always has a smile on his face. He has great bonds with the staff looking after him, and it’s clear from the conversations I have with them that they know my child as well as I do. His speech, motor development and social skills have come on leaps and bounds. Staff always happy to focus on any areas of concern me or his father might have. Would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to others. I know that when I drop my son off, he is safe, happy and cared for, which as a parent, is priceless.

I would highly recommend Tiny Toez at Biddulph. Our son just loves his days there! The staff are excellent, so friendly and caring. The support and structure around his learning and development are great. We love receiving regular updates through the app and the photos of all the lovely different activities he is doing. It is a great comfort for us to see how happy he is during his days at Tiny Toez.

The gut-wrenching feeling I felt sending both of my children to Tiny Toez Nursery on their first days was instantly dissolved by the care and attention received by my children from the wonderful staff who went/go above and beyond daily to ensure all the children are happy in there care. Both of my children love nursery days. There are always new themes, festivals and creative crafts going on for my children to explore and build knowledge on. These activities are regularly shared on the Nursery ELOG System and also passed on at the gate for me to bring home. My personal favorite aspect of the nursery is the link between my children’s key workers and room staff with myself. It is never too much trouble for the staff to have a conversation with me in on how my children have been at nursery, the activities they have taken part in, what they have eaten, and if they hve slept. I find these personal touches really highlight how well the staff know my children.

Choosing a nursery was a very daunting thing for me as my little boy has many challenging behaviours, we were fresh out of lockdown and every second of his life we spent together but the ladies and gents welcomed him with open arms and made me feel confident leaving him for a few hours a day, twice a week. I was assured that I could ring up at any time to see how he was getting on (which I took full advantage of) and soon I felt confident that I didn’t need to do this anymore. Fast forward a year and he’s had every single ounce of support that we could dream of from a nursery, concerning SEN needs I.e. 1-1 support, speech and language, support in choosing his next setting etc. He absolutely loves going in a morning and we love seeing his updates throughout his hours there on the parents’ app. He is a completely different boy and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff at Tiny Toez Biddulph!

Fantastic team who work so hard to give the children fun and enjoyable time whilst making sure they learn and develop with the full support of the parents. Great variety of activities and balanced food for the children. Staff are friendly and supportive with detailed updates throughout the week. The best place we could’ve sent our child.

My child has been attending for a year or so now; I’ve never had to make a complaint, wonderful staff, friendly all the time and my kid loves them all and never can wait to get to see them each week and amazing flexibility with changing days, things about times etc.
Loves eating his food there over eating what I make so must be good food, but other than that I’d highly recommend the nursery.

A lot can be said about the lovely staff, who are all very warm and welcoming to the children and parents alike. It’s a lovely, clean nursery with lots of fun to be had and beautiful outdoor areas for the kids to all play. My daughter loves going every day which says it all really.

All the staff have been caring, friendly and professional. My son needed lots of help settling in last year after being at home with me for two years. The staff were so patient and caring helping him to settle, he loves going in now and always enjoys the activities. I like the pictures and videos we get on the app about his day and I appreciate how flexible they’ve been in changing hours when needed. The staff are knowledgeable and have advised me when I’ve asked for guidance. A lovely set of staff who make mums feel reassured about leaving their bundles of joy.
