Tiggywigs Childrens Day Nursery

My son has been enjoying going to Tiggywigs for over a year now and we will soon be sending his little sister. The staff have always gone above and beyond in ensuring that my child feels safe, supported and encouraged to have fun. He loves the activities both planned and spontaneous. It has been fantastic to see him develop strong bonds and relationships with the staff and his class mates.

I am beyond impressed with TiggyWigs Nursery. When we first chose the nursery, I had some reservations, as I probably would have done with any choice, but the setting and the staff have surpassed all expectations I had, and I couldn’t be happier. My child attends 3 days a week and has done since she was 10 months old. The care she gets here is phenomenal – There is rarely a day goes by when she doesn’t come home with a painting, or a cake or something they have made. I’ve never once had any reason to worry about her whilst she is there, and she is always so happy at both drop off and pick up, I know the choice was the correct one. Since she has been at nursery, her social skills have come on leaps and bounds and her development is incredible. Her key worker is fantastic (as are all the staff) and there is a real home from home attitude about the establishment, she gets just as much love and care as she would at home with me. I cannot recommend TiggyWigs highly enough.

Enthusiastic and attentive staff filled me with confidence leaving my son. Genuinely care for my child, he was always delighted to arrive and sad to leave. Fantastic array of activities, he was always covered in paint, glitter or else something else fun. Good menu with lots of variety. Always had great communication between parents and staff. I knew everything about my son’s day. Overall an incredible experience where I felt happy and secure leaving my child in such a stimulating, encouraging, interactive yet personal environment. 10/10!

My son has started attending TiggyWigs full time over a year ago and we could not be happier with the choice we made. I find the staff extremely friendly, professional and always smiling. The atmosphere throughout the nursery is very homely.
The range of children’s activities on offer in the under 2yrs class is varied and comprises of painting, collaging, sensory playing (ice, shaving foam), singing, French lessons, baking, animal visits to name a few. Additionally, children play outside at least once a day.
The food (two-course lunch and tea) is cooked on site and judging by the daily report “eaten all”, I assume it must be good. Breakfast and healthy snacks are also provided.
I have a regular update about my son’s development and activities via Tapestry and I get a brief update every day when I pick him up.
Overall, I feel that this is an outstanding nursery with staff that is motivated and loyal and clearly cares about the children’s wellbeing and development.

Tiggwigs had taken care of my son during his toddler age and pre-school days. He was very happy to be at the nursery. He was involved in all the fun and learning activities. I appreciate all the efforts taken by all the staff to take care of my son during his days at the nursery. My son will definitely miss the wonderful he has spent in Tiggywigs. Thank you all.
