September 5, 2024 at 4:59 amTigers Nursery look after my girl. They go beyond to make sure she has the best time and follow her attention plan for her extra needs. The team in the little cubs are super and exceptionally attentive with the babies.

September 15, 2024 at 1:17 amLovely setting with great personnel who keep you well informed and listen to any concerns. Always found them fair and accommodating. Good variety of food for all to try.

September 26, 2024 at 4:20 amI travel 3 hours a day to get him to this early‑years hub, I would only do this for the extremely best and that they are! There is always genuine attention and excitement in sharing his achievements, we couldn’t ask for more. Every member of crew is a credit to them. Tigers Day Nursery are the most incredible, supportive and professional early‑years hub. Every member of personnel supports him and celebrates all of his successes. I was repeatedly recommended Tigers due to their care and expertise and was delighted that they could offer us a space. Our little one is autistic and even mentioning any Sen needs when trying to find a new early‑years hub I have immediately felt reluctance which in turn is an immediate no from us. Any correspondence from the moment of my original phone call to the day our little one started was fabulous (and continues to be). All of the team made sure he felt secure and thrilled and that he enjoyed every transition session. He used to have severe meltdowns going into childcare centre and now the only upset I have is that he doesn’t want to go home.

September 27, 2024 at 4:26 amOverall, extremely pleased and would absolutely suggest Tigers. Our young lad absolutely adores Tigers. He talks to us about all the fun he gets up to with his friends, and he really adores all of the personnel too. Now that restrictions are easing up, it has been really nice to be invited to parent’s activities, so I can see for myself the lovely premises on site (especially all of the outdoor space). He has settled in so well after having to change early‑years hub during lockdown.

October 7, 2024 at 2:35 amIf ever one of our little ones goes in upset for any reason, team will always prioritise their happiness and provide them with what they need to feel better, always with warmth and a smile. We feel so lucky to have such a wonderful nursery setting just up the road which provides the best support for our youngsters. I cannot rate Tigers (Henwick site) enough. Tigers is in a beautiful setting and offers lots of outside activities and all the team are absolutely fantastic at their job and really support about the kids. Both our kids have joined there from around 18 months (they are now 4 and just over 2) and they are so delighted there. I genuinely feel it’s the best early‑years hub we could have ever hoped to send our kids to.

October 13, 2024 at 7:29 pmThey are extremely knowledgeable about little one health and advancement and have always been thrilled to offer extra advice and reassurance if I’ve had any concerns about my son’s progress. Thank you, you have made returning to work much easier now that I know he’s being well looked after and that I can phone just to see how he is. The personnel are remarkable. He is all smiles at drop off and when collecting him. He enjoys the team and it is obvious to see that they attention for him as well. Most importantly, my young lad enjoys it there. I worry about my son’s nappies as he has had issues with constipation and they are exceptionally good at providing me with the extra details I requested.

November 22, 2024 at 4:49 pmAs a first time mum, I was anxious about sending my girl to childcare centre, I hadn’t let her out of my sight for the first year of her life! I wish I could send her for more days than her current two but the childcare centre is truly popular. Her speech is coming on too. Also due to lockdown, my young lady had had limited time around other youngsters, therefore I knew going to early‑years hub would be hugely beneficial for her (and to me.) I feel so comfortable leaving her at Tigers, she can’t wait to go and enjoys two carers, in particular. Since being in childcare centre, she quickly learnt to feed herself with a spoon and is now walking confidently. The settling in sessions were a fantastic way of getting us both used to childcare centre and she adapted extremely quickly. I treasure receiving updates throughout the day and it helps keep me involved in her day.

November 25, 2024 at 7:59 pmAbsolutely advocate! Excellent crew who put us at ease straight away. We really appreciate the time personnel take to send photos and observations about his day. Our boy has busy fun filled days, in a lovely setting, and is always truly well cared for.

December 1, 2024 at 6:22 amI would get regular updates on the parents’ app, that would put my mind at ease! I was a little worried at first to leave him on his own but he settled in so well and enjoys it there. My little one really warmed to his first key person and she was incredible with him. My young lad has been going to Tigers day early‑years hub since he was 9 months old. I was a little upset when she had to move rooms and not be his key person anymore because he got on so well with her but all the team are remarkable and great with him.

December 16, 2024 at 1:11 amThe team are lovely and super knowledgeable, helping him discover and grow! He especially enjoys getting out in the garden, where they are most days (weather dependent) and is a firm favourite of the cooks, eating everything on offer! My boy has been full time since 9 months old. What an absolutely fantastic nursery setting. He is such a sociable and assured boy now and I truly feel this is in part, due to the attention he receives at Tigers – every day is different.

December 23, 2024 at 6:25 pmThe premises at the nursery setting are great from the gardens, bubble room and all of the toys/activities in the room. My little boy joined Tigers Day Nursery in May 2021, as a lockdown baby it was a difficult transition into early‑years hub, however the carer’s in his room have been absolutely incredible and within a short space of time he was settled into the early‑years hub, and that is all thanks to the wonderful crew in his room. My little boy’s speech & confidence is incredible now, he absolutely treasures the nursery setting! I would wholeheartedly endorse Tigers Day Nursery.

January 2, 2025 at 7:46 amA fantastic nursery/preschool! My boy has grown in confidence so much here. Thanks to the Tigers team. My young lad adores it here and we will be dismayed to move on to school in September! Learning through playtime and making friends and memories! I would enthusiastically suggest using Tigers. The team are brilliant, kind and are always willing to help out, even at short notice.

February 27, 2025 at 7:08 amOur little one has been attending Tigers for the prior 3 years and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic time for all of us, from start to finish. From the setting, to the standard of support and exploring, the meals, to the parent interaction – everything is so well thought out and planned, with as much interaction with parents and families to make sure you have full confidence in your child’s care. We’re going to be so unhappy when the time comes for our boy to start primary school!

March 21, 2025 at 5:19 pmMy boy has been at the childcare centre for a year and a half, and the support has been incredible. I feel like the crew care and are thrilled to chat about his advancement. He is delighted, well cared for and thriving. I have never had any issues. Couldn’t fault Tigers at all.

April 21, 2025 at 5:02 amI would strongly advocate this early‑years hub. Both my daughters enrol at Tigers and they treasure it there. It is a beautiful setting with great outdoor spaces set back safely from the road. The team are so welcoming and approachable and I have no worries about leaving the girls there. The admin team are also incredibly accommodating and responsive.

April 30, 2025 at 7:26 amI would confidently endorse Tigers to any prospective parent. My boy has been attending Tigers since March 2020 and has moved through 3 different ages rooms in his time there. His growth and speech have come along so well, and additionally, his picky eating doesn’t seem to be too much of an issue at the early‑years hub! He has absolutely cherished his time in each room and formed lovely relationships with all of the personnel members, even though he goes to part-time. The childcare centre have been exceptionally accommodating for us, as a family, when we have needed to adjust his hours/days, and were just superb during lockdown – keeping in touch, sending postcards to the youngsters and regularly updating us on the app.

May 26, 2025 at 12:25 pmThey also partake in different activities every day, (including French and dance) and are always excited to tell me what they got up to at the end of each day. They both enjoy it there and the team are great. They have a variety of meals with a balanced and nutritious menu, all cooked on site. We get regular updates via the app and a handover at the end of the day. Both my youngsters join Tigers Day Nursery, having done so since they were just over 1 year old (now 4 and 2). I 100% suggest Tigers. The little ones both cherish the personnel in each room and I have every confidence when leaving my kids in their hands for the day.

May 31, 2025 at 8:41 amTigers is a home away from home, the team who care for my little one possess so many competences, they are caring, welcoming, and just so knowledgeable about her age range. She goes into nursery setting thrilled and comes out not wanting to go home. Their facilities are fantastic and we are so impressed with what they have to offer. Each day, they do brand new activities and she is so excited to see what she will be doing that day. If she gets upset at all, they are on hand with the compassion and apparently the best cuddles, which is so reassuring for parents. We could not fault the support from the team at Tigers. We found Tigers, phoned them up and they were more than welcoming. Our young lady strolled in and hasn’t looked back since. We had to change nurseries at the start of lockdown as our nursery setting shut and left us struggling with kid support.

June 25, 2025 at 11:43 pmWe can not advocate them enough! Everything I have come across, they have helped me with in the best way. I was nervous because it had just been her and me during the day since birth and every single personnel member has been encouraging for our little one and her parents. It is so reassuring and wonderful to see their commitment to having thriving kids and help the parents too. Our young lady started at Tigers in September 2022, changed room in January as she turned 3. We cherish Tigers Day Nursery Thatcham. Same when she changed class. Things went so smoothly. Our young lad will be going there too, he is registered already. Our little one has so much fun and treasures it there so much and so do we! All the requests I have made have been taken support of in a good time frame.

July 2, 2025 at 9:13 amHer social skills are fantastic and she is just an all-round confident, pleased youngster and this is all thanks to the attention Tigers have given her. They offer truly in-depth observations and pictures each day about what my kid has been up to, and now restrictions have eased, are offering parents to activities finally giving us the chance to meet each other and see what our little ones get up to! She is now 21 months and is absolutely thriving they are continuously providing educational activities and opportunities for my kid to explore and develop and she is already fluently talking and signing and demonstrating actions to childcare centre rhymes. My little girl started a year ago when she was only 8 months old, I had to return to uni full time and they just made this transition so easy for me as my little one bonded with the personnel so quickly and we both felt so comfortable with the personnel and it made my journey so much easier being able to confidently leave my youngster delighted at early‑years hub. Their sensory room is fantastic.
