The team have been highly supportive throughout. They consistently listen to any concerns we might have and are consistently supportive. My little girl has been going to this childcare centre since she was 1.5 years old.

She is discovering so much which she is consistently telling me about when we are on the way home. The team are lovely and are consistently willing to talk to you about your kid’s development, whether it be a brief chat at the door or a phone call. My little girl has been attending here for a little while now.

My younger daughter has been attending since she was 2 years old and is now 4+, her speech and self‑assurance has grown. She has made a lot of friends and has a great relationship with the educators. They learn something new every day and I adore that they playtime outside in the fresh air every day (unless of extreme weather condition) which I think is highly important. The team are outstanding, down-to-earth, lovely and above all, exceptionally capable. My daughter runs in every morning and as a mum, I sense relaxed leaving her there because I sense so reassured that she is going to be well looked after and have a lot of enjoyable. A huge bonus is that they provide snacks and properly cooked meals included in the fee, making it much easier for any super busy, working mum. There are several great nurseries in East London and several poor ones, but we have found Tic Toc Childcare centre Ilford to be one of the best.

November 13, 2024 at 7:16 pmI am pleased to say that they have absolutely surpassed expectations. We started our baby here at 9 months due to my early return to work. They made her settling in so smooth and welcoming. She is so cheerful each day she attends and it means less stress for us, knowing she is so well cared for. I cannot suggest Tic Toc enough. They have recently undergone a renovation to the highest standard, the childcare centre is spotless and bright and just truly lovely. All the team are fantastic, a special recommendation for the team in the baby room, our little one adores them. We came to discover Tic Toc childcare centre due to its convenient location.

My daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre and she consistently has a great day! I cannot fault them in any way. My daughter has been attending Tic Toc childcare centre since December last year and I don’t have any regrets.

February 8, 2025 at 5:44 amThe manager was exceptionally supportive and flexible with settling him in, the whole team team was so welcoming and I cannot believe how much he has flourished in a short period of time! He talks highly fondly of the team and absolutely loved his time at the childcare centre, we hope to return highly soon and my son cannot wait to go back! My little one attended this childcare centre for a short period when I was in need of immediate emergency care.

February 27, 2025 at 9:47 amI visited Tic Toc childcare centre and met with the manager and did a tour. I was gobsmacked at the exceptional improvements that the new management had made – it was now cleaner, organised, structured and the new team and the old team just seemed happier and content. My kid ran in and started to playtime with the cars and was straight away joined by a room teacher who started to build a bond straight away. I did the whole tour with my husband and elder kid (who attended the same childcare centre but under a highly different management) and my baby played and was cheerful. Settling in was excellent, he was cheerful and took part in the activities, the childcare centre teacher made my kid sense so welcome and loved. I am so grateful to her and the whole team. Since joining, he’s sleeping better and talking more – thanks. After having a kid who was born so close to the first lockdown, I was exceptionally anxious about how my baby boy (2 year old) would take to new faces and a new setting.

Thanks to all the incredible team, the manager is so lovely and welcoming she makes you sense at ease straight away. I am so glad my son got a place in this childcare centre! My little boy has been going here just over a month now and all I can say is wow!

March 11, 2025 at 5:10 amHe has been forever telling me what activities and food (he loves food!) they have been doing/eating every day. Members of team are expert and attentive to every question we raised. We, as parents, sense he is also under the best care too. So because of this, we decided to keep him there until he starts reception! My youngest has been with this place for a long time since he was 9 months old, but with new management from last year, he is still loving it.

March 12, 2025 at 3:54 amThe best thing is that it’s a pure vegetarian childcare centre. As kids generally hate eating fruit and vegetables this truly promotes great healthy eating too. Will be sad to have my son transfer to another school in September, as we’re moving out of the area. But thank you to all the team for doing everything they do. Sending my first born to a new pre-school childcare centre was highly scary at first but the educators are so comforting, passionate and attentive, my son actually truly enjoys going every day.

Can’t thank them all enough! My little boy has been attending Tic Toc Childcare centre Ilford since September, it is definitely home from home for us.

April 8, 2025 at 12:17 amMy son has a nut allergy and all the team have the relevant training – the team go above and beyond to keep my son secure and away from all triggers. The team are truly inviting, welcoming and highly experienced. The building has been recently renovated and all the rooms are well equipped and the outside space is exceptional. After looking at numerous childcare options Tic Toc Childcare centre was the only one that met all my specific needs.

April 8, 2025 at 10:00 amThe team have consistently been fantastic and highly attentive/attentive to the kids’s needs. There were further improvements made when the new management took over in January 2022, with updated facilities and online updates tools. If you’re looking for a welcoming and community-based childcare centre, I would highly suggest Tic Toc. My son has been attending Tic Toc since he was a year old.
