Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery

Both of my daughters have been to the nursery, and both have loved it there.
My youngest daughter is there currently, and I can see how interacting with other children her age, as well as the guidance from the staff, has improved her developmental skills massively.
She enjoys going and is learning about building relationships with others outside of our family circle.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, including the manager.
I am so glad we chose this nursery for our girls!

The nursery staff are very welcoming and friendly. My child loves attending and loves the staff and children, being excited to attend every morning.
The nursery is in a quiet area and easily accessible. The rooms are well equipped and have lots for the children to do.
There are also different rooms as your child grow to prepare them for school, which I think is great.

My granddaughter has recently started at nursery and has settled in well. All the staff are lovely and take good care of her. My grandsons also attended previously. Such a good nursery, highly recommend.

Both my sons attend Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery, and they both thoroughly enjoy their time there. The staff and friendly and welcoming. Regular updates are providing in terms of keeping you up to date with what they have eaten through the day and activities they have been doing. Regular updates are also provided in terms of their progression and targets are given for the children to work towards. Both my boys love going to nursery, and this is a nursery I would highly recommend.

Thorncliffe Park is an absolutely outstanding nursery. My daughter loves to go and is always talking about the activities she has done while she has been there. The nursery is very flexible with changing her days to work around my work schedule, which is so helpful. All the nursery staff and manager are absolutely amazing, for carrying on with a smile through the last year due to the coronavirus pandemic and maintaining excellent hygiene standards to helping us as a family to manage my daughter’s behaviour. The communication within this has been amazing with regular updates and meetings, and my daughter’s behaviour has improved so much, and it’s so heartwarming to hear how much she has improved interacting with other children and staff. I’m so thankful for the effort that every member of the staff has helped with this. I can not recommend the nursery enough! Thank you for all the hard work you do!

Took my little boy out of another nursery and placed him here. He has thrived at this nursery, they are brilliant with him and take time to speak to you as a parent. They know all about your little one’s day and regularly set development targets to help them thrive. They serve healthy food, which my boy loves and have a sensory room with lights which the kids love. They also have a park on the estate for the children to visit. The staff are so friendly and keep me updated with regard to cost and hours via email.

Our little boy loves attending Thorncliffe Park. His key worker and other staff are kind, and attentive to his needs and know how he is developing through milestones and what is expected at these milestones. This is demonstrated through daily documentation and his learning and development plan. The environment is bright and engaging, with different, appropriate learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. The food provided is nutritious, which our boy loves. As parents, we feel involved in his development and staff communication is excellent. The manager is flexible with our attendance, which is a huge help and her door is always open, she is very approachable and knows about our child. We would highly recommend Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery.

Both my children have been or are at Thorncliffe Day Nursery. I have always found the staff to be caring and understanding to my children and put them at the centre. My son particularly struggled to settle back into nursery after Covid-19 and they made sure he was looked after and supported.

Our son has been attending the nursery for seven months now, he is so happy there and is coming on leaps and bounds. The staff are all lovely, friendly and caring, they really do genuinely care about the children and actively encourage all aspects of their development. The communication is excellent and the variety and quality of the meals are great. We are happy that we chose this nursery.

My daughter has had the best experience at nursery. She looks made great relationships with her peers. She has excellent with her learning. All the teachers are fantastic, kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every child at the nursery is looked after to the highest standard. I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent looking for childcare. I cannot thank all the teachers enough for everything they have done for my daughter.
