Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery

The Christmas Party was a excellent addition, and I hope the team understand that their hardworking and enthusiasm is appreciated. The flexibility that they offer me too is something I am eternally grateful for! Despite this crazy world, the team have continued like everything is totally normal.

They are flexible with days. They are informative. My son loves it there. The team are truly nice.

The team are all lovely, welcoming and attentive, they truly do genuinely care about the kids and actively encourage all aspects of their development. The updates is outstanding and the variety and quality of the meals are excellent. We are cheerful that we chose this childcare centre. Our son has been attending the childcare centre for seven months now, he is so cheerful there and is coming on leaps and bounds.

The kids are well cared for at the childcare centre. The food is well affordable for kids to eat there and my son eats the lot, whereas at home he doesn’t. My son has come on a lot since being at Thorncliffe day childcare centre. The only thing I’d say that is bad is some assumptions in the previous months, which I didn’t agree with but the manager was nice about it and we chatted about them. Great childcare centre, lovely ladies who work there, and the manager are lovely too.

He has thrived at this childcare centre, they are exceptional with him and take time to speak to you as a parent. They know all about your little one’s day and regularly set development targets to help them thrive. They serve healthy food, which my boy loves and have a sensory room with lights which the kids adore. They also have a park on the estate for the kids to visit. The team are so welcoming and keep me updated with regard to cost and hours via email. Took my little boy out of another childcare centre and placed him here.

His key worker and other team are compassionate, and attentive to his needs and know how he is developing through milestones and what is expected at these milestones. This is demonstrated through daily documentation and his discovering and development plan. The setting is bright and engaging, with different, appropriate discovering opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. The food provided is nutritious, which our boy loves. As parents, we sense involved in his development and team updates is outstanding. The manager is flexible with our attendance, which is a huge help and her door is consistently open, she is highly approachable and knows about our kid. We would highly suggest Thorncliffe Park Day Childcare centre. Our little boy loves attending Thorncliffe Park.

The team all seemed attentive, and I loved the idea of my daughter going there.
I cannot suggest enough, my daughter goes in without looking back in the mornings and consistently has a smile on her face when I peek in without her knowing at pick up.
The team seem to truly know my little girl, shes doesn’t seem like just another kid there, I believe they care a lot about them all.
A big tick in the box for me was that they provide hot meals at lunchtime, knowing that my evening meal sometimes gets thrown on the floor, it truly puts my mind at rest knowing shes had a proper meal in the day with them, which consistently sounds delicious.
Its such a scary thing passing your kid over to another person to care for them in the day, but I sense 100% comfortable that she’s being looked after and having enjoyable. I viewed several nurseries when trying to find the right one for my daughter who was 11-month when she started; Thorncliffe had such a inviting feeling to it.

My daughter loves to go and is consistently talking about the activities she has done while she has been there. The childcare centre is highly flexible with changing her days to work around my work schedule, which is so supportive. All the childcare centre team and manager are absolutely incredible, for carrying on with a smile through the last year due to the coronavirus pandemic and maintaining outstanding hygiene standards to helping us as a family to manage my daughter’s behaviour. The updates within this has been incredible with regular updates and meetings, and my daughter’s behaviour has improved so much, and it’s so heartwarming to hear how much she has improved interacting with other kids and team. I’m so thankful for the effort that every member of the team has helped with this. I can not suggest the childcare centre enough! Thank you for all the hard work you do! Thorncliffe Park is an absolutely outstanding childcare centre.

My kid loves attending and loves the team and kids, being excited to attend every morning.
The childcare centre is in a quiet area and easily accessible. The rooms are well equipped and have lots for the kids to do.
There are also different rooms as your kid grow to prepare them for school, which I think is excellent. The childcare centre team are highly welcoming and welcoming.

She looks made excellent relationships with her peers. She has outstanding with her discovering. All the educators are remarkable, compassionate and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every kid at the childcare centre is looked after to the highest standard. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to any parent looking for childcare. I cannot thank all the educators enough for everything they have done for my daughter. My daughter has had the best journey at childcare centre.
