September 7, 2024 at 8:56 pmThe team are exceptional and my son loves attending. The childcare centre went through a bit of a bad spell when it initially got took over however in the last 6-12 months it has improved again and is back to a exceptional childcare centre.

October 10, 2024 at 4:36 pmOur son started in 2019 in Babies and went through to pre-school and my daughter is now there, starting in 2022.
The team are incredible and really hard working. They consistently put on excellent activities for the kids. My kids have consistently been really cheerful to go and cheerful at drop off and pick up.
My daughter has just started to speak and talks a lot about the team at childcare centre which is lovely to hear.
The food is lovely and a excellent mix for the kids to try.
The only negative would be the increase in fees this year, which was above the cost of living increase and above any other childcare centre that I know of. However, this is all to do with the head office management and not the actual childcare centre itself. I just hope the increase reaches the team working hard at the childcare centre to make it a lovely place and not just the head office profit pot. We are really cheerful with The Village Day Childcare centre.

October 30, 2024 at 3:31 pmHe has developed so much since going and this is credit to the team, they are all incredible and can’t do enough for him. They take part in lots of different activities and they have such a excellent variety of meals and I am informed everyday of what he has done, eaten and how he has slept which is a excellent comfort.
I would highly suggest The Village Day Childcare centre to anyone! My little boy started at Village Day Childcare centre in October 2022 when he had just turned one, I was so nervous about sending him to childcare centre for three days a week when returning to work but I had no need to be, he settled in so well and loves going as he has so much enjoyable.

November 14, 2024 at 5:38 amShe is clearly very cheerful and comfortable in their care. I am consistently kept informed of what my daughter has been doing that day and how she is progressing and developing. My daughter has settled in so well here, and the team are absolutely incredible.

The team are exceptional, so inviting and welcoming and make it easy leaving him with them, I know he is in secure hands and will be well looked after as well as discovering and exploring. The childcare centre has a real homely sense to it, it has a nice and relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming.
He does lots of lovely activities with his educators and enjoys playing outside.
It would be nice to have a little more updates home during the day, photographs of what the kids have been doing etc but the team are excellent at documenting the day at pick up. The Village Day Childcare centre is a remarkable childcare centre.

January 14, 2025 at 5:33 amI was dreading sending her to childcare centre and returning to work full time. After our first settling-in days, I fell in adore with the childcare centre and the team. Our little girl’s Key Worker is fantastic with her, you can see how much they care for the kids and the interest/dedication they take in attentive for the babies. Our little girl has developed so much since joining, she has pretty much bypassed crawling and gone to walking. We have noticed her self‑assurance has increased and her desire for independence has grown. The childcare centre are incredibly supportive in any decisions you make, they will work with you to help your little one develop. I really do suggest this childcare centre. Our little girl started going to Crooke Village Day childcare centre in August 2022 following 12 months of maternity leave.

The classes are a nice size and each kid gets the compassionate of assistance they need. In addition, the meals, experiences and activities are really varied. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone looking. Every member of the childcare centre team show genuine care towards all of the kids.

February 20, 2025 at 1:22 pmMy little girl is cheerful to go to childcare centre and is consistently full of beans when she comes home. I am kept up to date on her day-to-day activities, what she has eaten and her development. All the members of team are welcoming and welcoming. When potty training my little girl they did everything they could for her and really helped her. They checked in with me on her development at home and what could be done at childcare centre to keep things consistent. Lovely childcare centre! This is my second daughter to attend The Village day childcare centre, and I cannot praise the team enough.

February 23, 2025 at 1:59 pmHe has come on leaps and bounds since he started at 11 months old, nearly 1 year ago. For all those worrying mums sending their kids to childcare centre, the team at The Village day childcare centre took notes on how my son slept/needed comforting and how many bottles he needed to ensure that I had peace of mind. They send home lots of arts and crafts and update us with pictures throughout the day. They have lots of themed weeks also. They just provide a fabulous journey for my son to delight in! My son absolutely loves childcare centre which he attends 3 days a week!

April 16, 2025 at 10:19 amMy journey as a mum has been lovely; his transitions moving up through the childcare centre have consistently flowed with no upset, his needs are consistently met, and they go above and beyond. My little one is consistently cheerful to be left for the day, and that speaks for itself. Thank you for being so incredible! My son has attended this childcare centre since being a baby (he’s now in pre-school there).
I would highly suggest this childcare centre, the warming setting, reassurance and comfort, the updates, the team, everything!

May 6, 2025 at 4:21 amThey consistently put on activities and make use of the remarkable outdoor space. Food is fab, and a lot of thought and care goes into it. Consistently feedback on how your kid is doing and really care for them. Excellent childcare centre and team.

May 7, 2025 at 9:16 pmThe educators are not only attentive, but also make the time to get to know the kids and their interests and tailor activities for them. Every week there are different themes and activities. There are multiple outdoor spaces and they sometimes go for a walk around the village. The chef makes sure all the kids have a nutritious menu each day and food is varied. Our daughter loves The Village Day Childcare centre, she runs in every morning.

June 6, 2025 at 6:59 pmThe team and key workers have all been outstanding and shown a real personal care and interest in her and her development. She’s come on so much in this time and developed such independence and self‑assurance. She’s got a really strong group of friends and loves to come home and tell me all about the enjoyable activities and games she has been playing that day. All the team are attentive and so welcoming and seem to get so much out of her. My little boy has been at Village Day Childcare centre since June 2022 and seems to be following the exact same pattern as she has – the team are so great with him and he really enjoys going and he has developed so much since being there. The food options are really varied and there seems to be a excellent choice for them to eat and try new things. All the team and management are outstanding and there is a real personal touch and interest when communicating about the kids. My daughter has been attending The Village Day Childcare centre since Oct 2020 and has loved it since day 1.

June 15, 2025 at 4:39 pmTeam are welcoming, welcoming and easy to talk to. Team ask for daily updates from home and ask if there are any issues they need to be aware of. At the end of the day, we get a comprehensive handover including all meals and how much they’ve eaten, sleep and nappies. We are regularly asked to fill in sheets about our kid’s interests so that discovering is catered for each kid to engage them. As we are in the early stages of potty training, team have been on board with us helping our kid through this. The app and Facebook are updated to show pictures of the kids’s discovering and regularly shows the kids cooking. The childcare centre have many outdoor areas including a field which has room to explore. We are very cheerful with the standard of care and discovering our kid receives. Whilst our kid has only been at this childcare centre for a short time, we have noticed a massive improvement in his development when compared to his previous childcare centre.
