The Right Track Nursery

The team here are fantastic and my daughter loves going to childcare centre. When she joined she was so little and would only ever sleep on my chest, so I was really worried about her being left to cry and getting overtired. This didn’t happen – her key worker rocked her to sleep for her naps at first, and slowly got her used to sleeping on her own. She recently moved from the baby room to the toddler room, and again I was worried about this transition as she is so attached to her key worker. We had no problems. As it’s a small setting my daughter already knew all the team so I don’t think she even noticed the move!
You get frequent updates throughout the day on what your kid is doing and eating via an app. I adore this- it keeps me connected while I’m at work.
Thank you to all the team at The Right Track Childcare centre for providing such a secure and cheerful setting. My daughter started here when she was 9 months old and I am so sad to be taking her out now at age 2 due to moving house.

Our kid enjoys going there and the team are supportive and welcoming. We like the fact that food is cooked on site and the menu is varied. Our kid enjoys the food that he is given to eat. On one occasion we picked up our son in the evening and we were disappointed to note he was eating a popsicle (which has no nutritional value). We felt that such food should not be offered to the kids. This is a minor comment on what otherwise is a great and reliable childcare centre. We are cheerful with the childcare services provided by the childcare centre.

They have also shown an interest in exploring other cultures including our families which is a excellent start. The only negative I would mention is that the online app is not consistently filled out/updated correctly and my daughters eating habits are something I like to keep on top of. I have found the team to be very compassionate and attentive for my kid.

Both of my boys have attended: from age 2 until 4.5 and from age 1until now (age 3). My eldest chose it really as it was the only childcare centre that he interacted with when we did visits – that sealed it for me! Everyone who works there is so compassionate and welcoming and go out of their way to make your kid sense at home. Both of mine struggle with change and so have needed extra settling in sessions, but the manager and the team have worked with us to make sure the boys were cheerful and have recently gone above and beyond helping my youngest to settle back in after lockdown. They have been so patient and flexible, allowing him time and space; he is now so excited to go and comes out full of chatter of what he has been up to. I adore that it is a small setting as it gives a real family atmosphere, and you sense like the team all really care for your kid as much as you do. We adore The Right Track!

I cannot praise this setting more highly. We have consistently felt so confident in all members of team. There was never a day that she didn’t want to go in and she consistently came home with news of the exciting things she’d done that day. As parents, we were kept up to date with her day through detailed daily overviews via an app, as well as team taking time to talk through her day when picking up and also parents evenings. The childcare centre is smaller than the average but this means the kids aren’t lost in a sea of other kids and the care feels so much more personal. When invited to events at the childcare centre, it was evident that the kids were all cheerful, well cared for as well as discovering lots. Our daughter attended The Right Track from just after her first birthday until the age of three and a half.

I’m so glad that we chose to send our daughter here. It has a fantastic home from home feeling, every member of team is exceptional at their job and the kids are consistently put first. The management team are extremely rigorous in their team recruitment and the team are consistently coming up with ideas to enhance the childcare centre. For example, their transformation of the garden earlier in the year, providing exciting new areas of playtime, from climbing to imaginary playtime using lots of different materials. The childcare centre communicates so well and keeps parents updated and informed, as well as providing opportunities to meet more informally as a community, such as a summer picnic. The best bit for me is that my daughter wants to go into the childcare centre, in fact, she runs in and tends to forget to say goodbye. It gives us such peace of mind that she’s being cared for so well and enjoying herself. Thanks so much guys. We are grateful for everything you do. Unbelievably exceptional childcare centre.

From the induction forward, all the team have been so welcoming and made us sense so welcome, it’s a pleasure to see everyone on a Monday morning.
The care and attention that the kids receive is outstanding and the effort that the team put into the work they do with the kids goes beyond any expectation I had of a childcare centre.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team and management for their continued assistance in making The Right Track the perfect place for all the kids to develop and playtime. After looking round a number of nurseries in the local area, The Right Track is by far the best and was the place that my little boy was happiest playing when we looked round.

Our son loves his days here. He is such a confident boy and I put this down to the childcare centre. They were exceptional through Covid and continue to be. We will be sad when our son leaves for school. The team at the childcare centre are exceptional.

When visiting local nurseries I instantly fell for the Right Track. The fact that it is slightly smaller than the others only works in its favour. I can leave my daughter feeling confident that all the team know her and will give her their time. It is easy to see the team adore what they do and put their all into making a lovely setting for the kids. I think my daughter’s development can be put partly down to the Right Tracks attentiveness and all the activities they do (that I wouldn’t be brave enough to do at home.) The parents’ app is exceptional at updating me on her day too and I look forward to the photos. The only problem is getting her to leave at the end of the day. My daughter joined the childcare centre at 10 months old and at 2 years, she is now moving into the toddler room and she still absolutely loves it.

It is a small childcare centre so all the childcare centre carers know all the kids and she doesn’t sense like just a number. I sense very cheerful when I leave her there in the mornings and she loves it too. I was recommended the childcare centre by a friend and am very pleased so far with everything they offer and mainly the level of care she receives. My daughter has only been at The Right Track for 7 weeks but I’m already very impressed by the care and attention she gets.
