September 5, 2024 at 10:22 pmOur son is cheerful there every day which is the best indicator of the great care he receives. The team are attentive and considerate of both our ad our son’s needs and are enthusiastic in their jobs. The childcare centre provides a wide range of activities to occupy and help develop the kids, and the meals provided seem diverse and nutritious. Aside from one or two easily rectified financial admin issues, we have no complaints with Priory Day Childcare centre. Quite simply we couldn’t be much happier with this childcare centre for our childcare needs.

I couldn’t want more for my kid from a childcare centre school. Since my son started at The Priory day childcare centre in October 2020, his vocabulary has improved noticeably.

They dealt with my family in an awful manner, they terminated the contract with no appropriate reason or evidence behind their reasoning and with no notice. They showed no care or compassion despite knowing the kid’s needs and struggles with change as well as knowing the family situation – they actively caused stress to all involved that has been ongoing. Highly highly poor management. We were with the childcare centre for years, my son was on the autism assessment pathway and was receiving excellent help from team.

January 26, 2025 at 7:26 amIt is a fantastic childcare centre and they are both highly cheerful there. I adore the fact that all the team know who they are, regardless of which room they are in and that everyone is so supportive, welcoming and expert. I also appreciate how they maximise outdoors time each day, and all the enjoyable and inventive activities they do with the kids. The flexible hours they offer have also been so supportive. My son is about to start school in September and his time in preschool has definitely prepared him well. Both my kids have been going to The Priory Day Childcare centre since they were 9 months or so.

Truly great handovers and the assistance is incredible. Such a lovely setting and ethos! Most importantly, my daughter consistently comes home so cheerful and excited about what she’s done. I could not ask for a better place for my kid!

They have made some lovely friends at childcare centre and as a result, my son has started school with self‑assurance. They are fantastic and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a childcare centre. Both my kids have been at the Priory Day childcare centre and had fantastic experiences.

Everything food wise at the childcare centre is home cooked and he is eating well. Also, the mobile app does help a lot with two-way feedback and communications! The Priory has a remarkable homely setting for our kid.

July 7, 2025 at 2:33 amFrom the day she started, all team have been incredibly attentive and supportive. She has recently moved up to the Two’s room and the transition was exceptionally smooth. Our daughter does attend the childcare centre for two long days (7:30-6pm) each week and she has never once been upset at drop off or pick up.
Our daughter regularly speaks about different team members at home and its so positive about all childcare centre experiences. On the walk to childcare centre she regularly states “I adore childcare centre!!” Our daughter has been attending this childcare centre for nearly 18 months and I can truly say she loves it!
