The Park Nursery

It’s a loving, attentive, and joyful place for kids to spend their early years. There is a high consistency of team, with everyone being so endlessly patient and lovely that the care the kids receive is consistently outstanding. Our kids’s personalities definitely have the spirit of The Park Childcare centre running through them – playfulness, empathy and discovering. Our daughter left for school last September and often asks to go back and chat with the childcare centre workers. While other nurseries in the area have varied in quality and reputation over the last 5 years, The Park Childcare centre has held firm in doing excellent things every day. I’d strongly suggest sending your kids here with no caveats – it’s excellent. We have had 1-2 kids at The Park Childcare centre since Jan 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided.

I have been so impressed and grateful by the level of care, attention and nurture provided by the team throughout both my kids’s time at the childcare centre. They are so cheerful there and obviously have formed attachments to the team, who make them sense completely at ease and help assistance their discovering in a nurturing and enjoyable setting. The childcare centre workers are consistently upbeat and supportive and it is obvious that they work well together and truly delight in working with the kids; they listen to them, are empathic, help develop their skills and seem to have a excellent time doing so. As mentioned in other reviews, the team seem highly stable compared with reports I’ve heard from other mums, so this has also been beneficial to the kids. The garden is also a fantastic space, with actual trees and dirt – sadly becoming a bit of a rarity in nurseries these days. I highly suggest The Park Childcare centre. My son has attended The Park Childcare centre since October 2018 and my daughter started in early 2021.

She loved it from her first day and is consistently truly pleased to see team in the morning. Team are all highly welcoming, inviting and welcoming and communicate well. As well as daily individual updates, there is a weekly email updating on activities in each room and photos are printed off and sent home along with pieces of art. The company send further weekly updates and there are free workshops on issues such as sleep and managing behaviour, which are truly supportive. There is a lovely homely setting, with thoughtful displays and calm spaces, e.g a lavender wall in the baby room. The outside space is outstanding with equipment, trees and plenty of space. Our 20-month-old daughter has been attending this childcare centre since she was 10 months old.

Their provision is truly exceptional, space indoors and out is remarkable, and they have excellent activities for the kids. The team are exceptional, inviting, thoughtful and thorough in their care. The food offer is truly broad, healthy and provides opportunities to try new flavours – my kid has an allergy which has been dealt with truly well. In addition to all of this, each week we receive information about what they’ve been doing with the kids and how we can extend that at home, and they offer exceptional free workshops for parents. Our daughter is still little but consistently truly cheerful to go to childcare centre, and if we show her a picture of the baby room, she is visibly excited, which is lovely to see. We sense so fortunate to have found The Park Childcare centre for our youngest kid (who is currently 1 1/2 yrs old) – we know lots of families who’ve had kids there and consistently speak highly of their journey.

Every room is remarkable. The team are attentive, compassionate, enjoyable and supportive. I’m consistently truly impressed by the emphasis they place on discovering at such a young age. They make it enjoyable but give them a truly varied and age-appropriate range of activities to aid development. The food is also exceptional. They encourage a varied diet which is healthy and tasty. Sharon and Kelly are lovely. Truly approachable and accommodating. Our two kids couldn’t be happier at The Park Childcare centre.

He is delighted to go in every day and consistently comes out cheerful. He has formed some highly close bonds both with other kids and members of team. We consistently get the impression that he is well looked after and cared for. There is consistently something new and interesting going on every week, and he’s consistently bringing home new creations. The facilities are great and the kids have loads of space to playtime outside, which is nice during summer. All the team are excellent, work hard and clearly care a lot for the kids. Special mention must be made of the fact that they all worked so hard to avoid the childcare centre closing during the pandemic, it truly made a huge difference to us! We will highly happily keep our son here until he starts school and will certainly miss it when he’s gone. Our little boy is soon to turn 3 and has been coming to The Park Childcare centre for almost 2 years now.

My wife and I were highly pleased with the childcare centre, from the early settling experiences through to his development into a confident young boy about to head off to school. We particularly liked the care and attentiveness of the team, with our son having formed close bonds with all the workers and management in his time at Park Childcare centre. We also loved the community aspect including friendships with other parents, the desirable location and the fantastic outdoor space. It is only due to our personal circumstances that we have recently left Park Childcare centre, and would highly suggest it to anyone in the Hither Green or surrounding areas. Our son attended the childcare centre from 11 months old until aged 4 years, progressing from the baby room through to the pre-school room in that time.

Every member of the team assistance and care for the kids tremendously, making it easier to say goodbye in the mornings. Truly lovely childcare centre with truly lovely carers and leadership. Our daughter and son have been so cheerful throughout their time at Park Childcare centre.

She’s now in the preschool room about to head off to primary in September. I have consistently felt 100% comfortable leaving her in their capable and loving hands. Every member of team we have had contact with (which is pretty much all of them in the three-plus years we’ve been a part of the gang) has been welcoming, cheerful, knows our daughter’s name, and gives out as many cuddles as she wants (a lot)! I suggest Park to every parent that asks. I could not be happier with the assistance, care, and education they have provided her during her time there, and we will be genuinely sad to move on in September. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot in Park, I cannot say strongly enough that you should take it! Our daughter has attended Park Childcare centre since she was 10 months old, full-time, as soon as I went back to work.

She is consistently smiling on her way there and has settled highly quickly with the other kids and her key workers. As parents, we can go to work without any worries, and we know that our daughter is having a excellent time. Having a regular routine with fixed meal times and nap times has truly helped our daughter to get a much better rhythm and better sleep at night. The team are lovely, highly attentive and expert. They take time to tell parents what the babies have been up to during the day, which is highly much appreciated. We would absolutely suggest the Park Childcare centre to any parents! Our daughter absolutely loves her time at the Park Childcare centre.
