The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Stoke

I had to collect him earlier than planned for the first 2 weeks as he was unsettled and they were unable to cope with him, which was truly frustrating and caused me a lot of anxiety. Later on, after he settled, he was a highly cheerful kid and enjoyed going there. He might go there again, as he overcame the settling phase. The childcare centre itself is highly spotless, follow strict no shoes policy in babies room, which is fab. They also do lots of activities in fresh air. It would have been highly supportive if the childcare centre offered a settle in week instead of just 2 sessions for 1 hour or even advised me to book half days initially until my little one settled.

They engage in activities each day and are committed to delivering a developmental plan for each kid. We sense secure and cheerful knowing that our kid is in such great hands when we drop him off each day. All the team at The Orange Tree are doing an incredible job looking after our kid.

The team are incredible and so welcoming and compassionate. My daughter loves childcare centre (even at age 1) you can just tell. She is full of smiles and is cheerful on both drop-off and pick-up. We get full feedback from the day and the activities and things she is discovering are exceptional. Team assisted us with our weaning journey and are consistently positive with everything they do. There have been small changes with team members but this has consistently been communicated well with parents and I have full self‑assurance in how the childcare centre is run. I would highly suggest it. My first kid attended this childcare centre until she went to school so when I was looking for a childcare centre for my second kid, I knew that we had to go back to the Orange Tree.

She truly enjoys her days with the team in Blossoms and consistently comes home smiling. We consistently get a full update of what she has been doing each day as well as a diary of what she has eaten, when she has napped and how many nappy changes there have been. The time that is spent here is invaluable as it gives her much more than we could give at home both in discovering and interaction with other kids. Although most of the meals are healthy and nutritious, there are, on occasions, meals that are a little less healthy but that doesn’t worry us as we make up for it with a healthier meal at home. I don’t know what we would have done without the team at The Orange Tree, thank you. Our little girl has been attending here for almost 11months now and has excelled so much in her social and personal development.

They also put so much effort into truly getting to know the kids. They have consistently got a wide range of activities for them to do each day with lots of messy/creative playtime. Our little girl loves going into childcare centre! The team here are so supportive and welcoming.

I cannot think of any better place for my daughter as she grows and learns. The team are outstanding and as attentive as you would wish. The activities all seem geared towards enjoyable and discovering in equal measure and the enthusiasm they show and impart is ideal. Fantastic.

There have been a lot of changes in that time but he has been so well cared for during his time there. He has been taught outstanding manners and has been helped and encouraged to grow and develop in such creative ways. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest The Orange Tree Day Childcare centre, I am so grateful for all that they have done for us. My little boy has been at The Orange Tree Day Childcare centre @ Stoke since he was a few months old.

He has developed into such a clever and lovely little boy and his childcare centre deserves a lot of credit for that. Nothing is too much trouble and the childcare centre nurses do everything they can to assistance his development and wellbeing. He loves going to childcare centre and seeing everybody and the team know him so well. There are so many incredible team and he doesn’t stop talking about them. We sense so grateful to have childcare centre team who adore our son like we do. Thank you, especially to the caterpillar room. I want to thank the Orange Tree for everything that they have done for my son in the past 2 years.

Every single team member are so so welcoming and I don’t have any doubt in trusting them with my little boy. Handover is highly detailed and makes me comfortable and confident that he’s had an incredible day. His daily activities are different every single day and he loves to get involved in all of them. The team’s hard work shines through the childcare centre as they beam when they welcome him in the morning. If your after a childcare centre you will not be disappointed! Absolutely incredible childcare centre I cannot suggest it enough!

Their outdoor space is excellent and all kids have a balance of experiences both indoors and outdoors. The childcare centre have consistently been responsive to any of our questions or expectations and the team are inviting and focused on the best for our daughter and other kids. A genuinely lovely childcare centre with care at the heart of the provision.
