Having the knowledge that my daughter is cheerful and in a secure and spotless setting, helps me relax whilst at work. We definitely chose the right establishment, 100% top marks from us. Our journey so far with The Old Vicarage Childcare centre is outstanding “all” the team there are expert, compassionate, attentive and attentive.

September 18, 2024 at 5:25 amWith both of them, I have seen a vast improvement in self-self‑assurance, speech and their ability to interact with other kids and the childcare centre educators. I have found that team and management are highly focused, welcoming and most importantly approachable. The location is peaceful, secure and provides a secure setting. It has the provision of home cooked, delicious and healthy food. The internal and external facilities are outstanding, with a wide range of well-structured age appropriate activities. Would suggest to any parent. Thank you. Both my sons have attended this childcare centre since they were 9 months old.

October 19, 2024 at 7:49 pmMy daughter has enjoyed every second of it. She has come on in leaps and bounds, made lots of friends and I’ll be truly sad to see her leave here to go to school. The educators are so welcoming and incredible with the kids, there’s not one negative thing for me to say – absolutely incredible. What a remarkable childcare centre this is, I can’t stress it enough.

We were worried about our young son settling in – team in baby room are fantastic with him and reassured us and our son opens his arms out willingly to go to a member of the childcare centre team, particularly two members of team in the baby dept. Which to us speaks volumes. Home reports are a excellent idea. Supportive, welcoming team.

Team are consistently welcoming and welcoming and absolutely remarkable with all the kids(and parents), nothing is ever to much trouble and the kids do something new every day! I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone I know it’s exceptional! Remarkable childcare centre!!!

The childcare centre is highly receptive of parent’s needs as well as the kids’s and they have catered to my every need and question. Initially, I had visited 2 other nurseries before I visited this one. The Old Vicarage Childcare centre, let me visit without an appointment and when I turned up, it was comforting to see one of the childcare centre nurses cleaning and wiping down all the toys and equipment in one of the rooms.
The team work closely with patents to develop your kid – they recognised my son was bright in maths and sort advice from the early years team to help his leaning. The remarkable team, exceptional kid development, a food hygiene rating of 5 and parking never being a problem are all reasons I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My son has been attending for nearly a year now and is truly cheerful here.

November 2, 2024 at 11:36 pmMy little girl went there and thrived through the assistance and knowledge the team bring to the childcare centre. She is now in school and they comment on how well my daughter has done in all areas and I believe this is completely due to the head start childcare centre gave her. My daughter went through a tough time a few years ago and the assistance she got from childcare centre was outstanding and not only did they assistance my daughter, they extended their assistance to me also.
My little boy now attends the childcare centre and he again is thriving and discovering new things all the time, the childcare centre give regular updates and also welcome parent updates and ideas. The team are highly welcoming and approachable and the childcare centre also provides a remarkable variety of meals for the kids.
I have spoken with the owner many of times and she is highly welcoming and supportive. I suggest the childcare centre to all my friends that have kids and one of them now also sends her kid there. I have used The Old Vicarage Childcare centre for 4 years now.

He has developed so much since starting at The Old Vicarage and I am highly thankful to all the fantastic team. They offer an early start of 7am which is a godsend if you work shifts like me. I would 100% suggest The Old Vicarage Childcare centre.

I can’t wait to see how my son progresses and what he gets up to week on week. My son has just started this childcare centre and the level of care is exceptional.

December 28, 2024 at 5:34 amHe is settling well. All of the team have gone above and beyond in helping him to settle and he is now back to his normal cheerful self after childcare centre visits. This childcare centre was recommended to us and we will too be recommending to anybody that asks. A spotless, cheerful, welcoming and calm setting. Thank you for restoring our faith in nurseries! I recently moved my 17 month old to this childcare centre after a bad journey at his previous one.

January 19, 2025 at 9:21 pmRemarkable team who put so much effort into planning and making the kids’s days enjoyable yet educational. A pleasant and warming arrival every morning from team. My little girl loves going to the childcare centre which makes the drop offs a lot easier in the morning. Never had any issues in the last 5 years. Relevant documents of procedures are clearly displayed in the entrance as well as the home cooked menu for each day. The childcare centre provides plenty of opportunities for parents to stay and playtime/have lunch with kids which is excellent as I adore seeing what my kid is like at childcare centre. Team are consistently willing to discuss your kid’s development and have kids’s files on hand for you to look through. An all round outstanding childcare centre to which I consistently suggest family and friends. Could not have asked for a better journey for my kids and myself. Both my kids have attended and I cannot say a bad word about either journey.

The meals are different every day and my daughter isn’t the biggest of eaters but she manages to eat all her dinner and dessert every single day! My daughter is super settled and enjoys every day.

I find all the team are hands on in getting to know the kids, including the Manager. I sense highly included in my kid’s development at the childcare centre through daily sheets and parents evenings. I adore this childcare centre and have recommended it to all my friends and family.

Will be sad when my youngest leaves August 2017 as this childcare centre has played a special part in my kids’s start of life in discovering. Both my kids have attended Old Vicarage Childcare centre and both have been highly cheerful.

The team were highly approachable and on the few occasions that I had to raise concerns, I felt comfortable to do so. The team were highly attentive to him and activities were varied and interesting. My son attended this childcare centre from aged 7.5 months til age 4.

I sense blessed to have my kids at a childcare centre with such a lovely set of people who are cheerful to help with things both inside the childcare centre and at home, weaning is a excellent example for us recently.
Having already has one kid travel throughout the childcare centre from baby to preschool and number 2 now starting the same journey I can honestly say it’s remarkable. The setting is outstanding and the atmosphere is excellent. So nice to be met every day with a inviting smile. My older kid loves coming back to childcare centre to say hello to everyone, and again everyone is so welcoming to her. All round remarkable childcare centre. I cannot praise The Old Vicarage childcare centre enough.
