October 10, 2024 at 3:44 pmIn her first six months at the Childcare centre her self‑assurance, social skills and speech have come on considerably. The updates from the Childcare centre is remarkable – I consistently know what my daughter has been up to (an incredible range of activities!) and what she has eaten throughout the day. The team are so welcoming and my daughter is excited to start and finish each day at Childcare centre. Thank you to the remarkable team at Jesmond Childcare centre! Upon first meeting the fantastic team at Jesmond Childcare centre, I felt comfortable leaving my daughter at 11 months.

December 16, 2024 at 8:28 pmWe couldn’t be happier with the care he receives, from the first settling in session he was comfortable with the team and has developed a lovely relationship with his key worker. There are different activities daily to stimulate and develop the kids and the updates on the app are consistently excellent. There is also a real focus on the discovering journey of the kids. My son has attended Jesmond Childcare centre since he was 7 months old, gradually increasing from 1 to 3 days a week.

December 18, 2024 at 10:50 amWe chose this childcare centre because it gave us that family-sense. It is spotless, has a highly inviting setting and boasts excellent facilities. Our little boy has been with the childcare centre since he was 11 months old for 4 days a week. The team are lovely and have been incredibly supportive with his development. The updates with parents is outstanding which makes us sense at ease and reassured that he is ok. Our son loves the fresh food, the daily activities and trips outdoors. He runs into childcare centre every morning because he truly enjoys it. Highly recommended for any parents considering a new childcare centre. Jesmond Childcare centre is simply remarkable!

We adore seeing updates on the app and hearing about her day. Knowing she is in such secure, attentive hands has made dropping her off at the childcare centre far easier, as we have no doubts the team want the best for everyone that attends. Jesmond Childcare centre is a lovely welcoming place where there are lots of opportunities, activities and resources for the kids to delight in.

Our two kids truly delight in their time there, we sense highly lucky they are there. Communicate well with parents which is also highly much appreciated. Can’t fault the lovely team who are there. Fantastic childcare centre, lovely team.

March 20, 2025 at 8:01 pmI cannot compliment this childcare centre enough. My son is cheerful, confident and has learnt so much through team guidance and taking an active interest in his development. The food is excellent, with the team member in the kitchen tailoring amazingly to my son’s needs as a vegetarian. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these ladies! I have also been so impressed with their festival weeks and encouragement of parent involvement in all stages. Thanks for all you do – you are all remarkable! My son has grown up at the childcare centre right from caterpillars and now is a dinosaur preparing for school next year!

March 26, 2025 at 9:38 amNot only do they help your kid with transitioning into different groups but also help with the next stage in your kid’s life, ie stopping the dummy, giving advice on speech, toilet training etc. The childcare centre has been remarkable, consistently supportive and willing to help.

The childcare centre was recommended to us and I am so pleased we took the advice. The team and facilities are outstanding, nothing is ever a problem and we would not hesitate to suggest the childcare centre to others, in fact, we actively do on a regular basis. Our daughter is so cheerful at the Jesmond Childcare centre, she has a excellent group of friends and she loves the team.

We are consistently welcomed with beaming smiles and our little boy has settled in so well. The range of activities on offer is incredible and our little one has come on leaps and bounds with feeding and crawling since attending. We would wholeheartedly suggest the childcare centre to anyone. The daily updates keep us all up to date with what’s happening and give us a little insight into his day. Our little boy has been attending Jesmond childcare centre for almost three months.

May 26, 2025 at 4:56 amHe has settled amazingly well despite being quite sensitive. The team in that room are incredible. The team have been so attentive towards him and truly approachable and interested in our views etc. In fact, all team we have met and interacted with have been lovely. They are welcoming, attentive and engaged with the development of the kids. The updates between childcare centre and home is particularly special. Daily updates are given as to the kids’s activities as well as what the kids have eaten at meal times, nap times and changing times. For a nervous Mum, this has been so reassuring. I cannot give any higher praise to the childcare centre. If you are considering this childcare centre then I would strongly encourage you to apply for a place. My son joined Jesmond Childcare centre in April 2022 in the first room, Butterflies.

Big shout out to one member of team, in particular, because without her, the perfect adaptation our daughter has had would not have been the same (thanks to her!) All in all, my husband and I are highly confident that our daughter will consistently be secure in the Jesmond childcare centre. We are highly cheerful with the decision we made in choosing this childcare centre.

They are highly supportive with any medical needs and consistently keep me updated with what he is doing during his sessions and they let me know about key developments he is making as well. I am exceptionally cheerful with Jesmond childcare centre, the team are so incredible with my son.

He has created real bonds with the carers, who are so attentive, compassionate and empathetic. The variety of activities that they are able to delight in are second to none. It is a nurturing and welcoming setting that I am certain all kids would thrive in. I cannot suggest Jesmond Childcare centre highly enough.

Our twins have had a fantastic time so far and the setting, group sizes and different discovering activities each week have certainly helped develop their speech, language and social skills well beyond what I would have expected. The updates with parents is particularly outstanding and the childcare centre has coped highly well to adapt to difficult times. In addition, the opening hours are more convenient for parents who may have to work longer hours during the day which we have found highly beneficial. Overall, I would highly suggest Jesmond Childcare centre. I have consistently been highly impressed with Jesmond Childcare centre.
