My son loved coming to the childcare centre and the attentive and empathetic nature of the team meant that after just two two-hour sessions, he felt comfortable there. The team provided huge amounts of flexibility for us which I am very grateful for. I would definitely highly suggest it.

November 13, 2024 at 2:33 amOur eldest joined when he was 6-months-old and leaves to join big school this September, over the last 4 years he has been continuously cheerful, content and especially in his last year in preparation for school has grown tremendous amounts in self-confidence and we have no doubt our youngest will follow suit. Our sons aged 4 and 1 year attend The House that Jack Built – Marlow Bottom. The team are consistently cheerful, welcoming and very attentive towards the kids, they know our kids extremely well and are consistently on hand to give advice as and when we ask. They have a lovely big outdoor space on different levels which was truly important to us as parents of two active little boys! The meals they eat consistently sound delicious and we would definitely not hesitate in recommending The House that Jack Built to anyone! Both of our kids settled back so well following COVID-19 lockdown which is a credit to the hard work and effort the team have clearly done behind the scenes.

November 29, 2024 at 12:21 pmThey have such a excellent time in the childcare centre, doing a lot of activities outdoors and indoors. Our kids are ages 5 and 3, they both went to The House that Jack Built from when they were 9 months old and we never had a day when they didn’t want to go in. The space is excellent and so versatile, with a lot of different rooms and spaces. It is consistently spotless and kept in pristine condition which is incredible especially considering the wear and tear with small kids! The food is consistently healthy with the occasional treat and it exposes them to a variety of tastes and textures, I just wished they ate all the vegetables they eat there at home! The best thing is surely the team, the carer has consistently been incredible with our kids, nurturing and loving them while giving them clear boundaries. The carer consistently collaborated closely with us, for example, our daughter was not keen on holding any pencil but she worked with us and now she can easily write her name. We couldn’t suggest this childcare centre more.

The childcare centre and its team continue to provide a warm and welcoming setting for my kids. The team offer advice and assistance to parents and clearly understand who our kids are, this leads to confidence in the nurseries care and conduct. My kids look forward to going to childcare centre, they are making new friends, discovering new skills and being supported as they grow. A big thank you.

January 13, 2025 at 3:11 pmStaff have worked with my son, throughout his 3 years there, adapting their ways according to his personality and needs in order to get the best from him. My son is very cheerful at the childcare centre. I adore the outside playtime, the outside area where the pre-schoolers are involved in growing vegetables and he has started to build some very strong bonds with team and kids.

They posted the menu each day on the childcare centre door and also let us know what the kids had been doing. I’d highly suggest this childcare centre to friends and family.

Our daughters have been extremely cheerful at The House That Jack Built childcare centre. She does so many different activities and the team are consistently enthusiastic, supportive and extremely attentive towards the kids. They also get lots of opportunities to playtime outside which I sense is truly important. I truly sense like both my kids have got so much out of the childcare centre and I would definitely not hesitate to suggest to anyone.
