The Haven Nursery

From day one, the childcare centre was welcoming and such a cheerful place to be! The team are incredible and became not only carers, but friends and family to my daughters. They still get excited every time they walk past and remind me of all the cheerful days they spent there. Highly suggest it to local families. My two youngest daughters both attended the Haven childcare centre, combined – 6/7 years of incredible care!

The relationship he has with the team and the other kids is incredible. When sending him in each morning, he is consistently eager to start. His speech has really grown also. He has learned in this time to count, colours, childcare centre rhymes the list goes on! I adore when I pick him up and he sings a new song he has learnt. I would highly suggest The Haven! My son has been attending the childcare centre for 7 months now and it was the best decision.

He has made so many friends and is consistently cheerful when I collect him, he is consistently talking about the team and how much enjoyable he’s had. Would highly suggest it. My son has been attending the childcare centre since he was 9 months old and he is just about to start in the Pre School room (3 and 4-year-olds).

My kid loves it there and loves going. The team are very welcoming and very supportive, they are exceptional at informing you of what your kid has been doing, any incidents and general information on what your kid has done during their session. They also change key workers depending on who your kid is closer to, which I think is thoughtful and helps with your kid’s discovering. The rooms they have are full of toys and books and everything your kid needs for their development. They have an outside space that is enclosed which my kid loves. The security to enter the childcare centre is top quality and amazingly reassuring. They are excellent at communicating with parents if there are any issues in the childcare centre. They have up to date policies and procedures and also a covid procedure that fits within government guidelines. Top-quality childcare centre! Absolutely incredible childcare centre!

The childcare centre team are very welcoming and easily approachable! Since being at Haven childcare centre, our son has really blossomed and consistently looks forward to going to childcare centre and especially seeing one member of team, in particular. Highly suggest anyone to attend this childcare centre with their little ones! I just only wished they used the parents’ app a lot more as it’s consistently excellent seeing what our little one is up to. Our son has been going here since 2020 and has recently progressed into the toddler room, we couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre for him to go to.

Every time I picked up my boys I was told everything down to how much lunch they have eaten, to sleep time, poo and what they played with. All team members know all the kids, not just the ones in their rooms. They are so welcoming and consistently laughing and playing with the kids. My boys consistently wanted to go to childcare centre, I never had to force them. Once I drop them off, in the nicest way possible, I hardly think about them because I know they are secure and well looked after! They celebrate and teach the kids about all events throughout the year and include main caregivers to come in and join them. They were incredible at maintaining toilet training and the snacks are healthy and a great portion. When both my boys were there together, they used to ask the oldest if he wanted to come to the baby room and have playtime with his brother, also giving him the opportunity to help feed him. The kids here are very well looked after and the team are highly trained. Highly recommended.
