The Garden House Nursery

The team are welcoming and approachable and our boys have consistently loved going. Throughout lockdown, they managed the logistics truly well and made it easy and simple to drop off and pick up. The online system is useful as you can see how much the kids have eaten for lunch each day. The team are consistently available for a chat, if you need to talk to them and when my youngest was struggling with settling back in after the first lockdown, they were keen to work together and find ideas to help him. I couldn’t fault the care at all. They have a variety of different activities each day as well as extra tennis coaching and language classes, which are a real bonus. The preschool room truly helped to get my eldest son ready for school and he moved quite seamlessly into his first year of school, with self‑assurance. I would highly suggest it. We are so pleased with the care at Garden House Childcare centre.

They have all loved every day at childcare centre, they all run in through the door in the morning and can’t wait for their days. I can’t fault the team, they care so well for the kids and listen to any requests you have such as sleep limits. My older two kids who have left still want to come and see their old educators at childcare centre! There is a wide range of activities for them to do, and they have external companies to enhance the discovering and experiences. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to anyone. All three of my kids have attended The Garden House childcare centre, with my youngest being in Piglets now.

Highly welcoming team who have time to talk and explain what the kid has been up to (but are equally cheerful to handover the kid and let you go if you’re in a hurry). Take excellent care of our kid, provide great updates on all elements of their day (nappies/ meals/ naps). Remarkable childcare centre.

Lovely facilities and truly inviting, attentive team. We chose the Garden House again for our youngest, against competition from nurseries that are closer to home and a bit cheaper – think that says it all. Suggest the Garden House, wholeheartedly. Our eldest loved his time at the Garden House and we found it a exceptional preparation for school.

My son started when he was almost 1 and he’s now 2 and a half and thriving in Piglets. We are so grateful to The Garden House team for providing such consistently high-quality individual care for both our kids. The team are what make this childcare centre such an exceptional place: dedicated, attentive, imaginative and diligent. The care you have continued to provide, throughout the pandemic, has been stellar. Thank you so much for all that you do. The fees continue to go up (and up!) and I would ask again that parents are made more aware of how and where additional investments are being made in the childcare centre, its resources and the team. Thank you. My daughter has been at The Garden house since she was 11 months old and she is 4 and a half now and soon to leave for school.

We have consistently been pleased with the care our kids have received and the team genuinely seem to care about the kids they look after. Our son has thrived in the 3 years he has been there. He currently loves the ‘big boy class’ and we have been impressed with the outstanding preparation for school. The childcare centre gave him valuable stability during the chaos of Covid times and we were grateful that he could continue attending. Our daughter has only been at childcare centre for a few months but she has settled in well and has formed a great bond with some of the team. We have particularly valued the app used for the daily report with personalised updates and photographs from the day. Overall we would suggest the childcare centre to others. The downside is that it is relatively expensive compared to others, and food and nappies are not included in the price. We currently have two kids at the Garden House Childcare centre – one in his final term before school and one in her first term at childcare centre.

My two-year-old son has come on leaps and bounds since attending The Garden House Childcare centre. He is so well cared for and loved. His days there are packed full of enjoyable activities and I have the highest of self‑assurance in the care provided by the fab team there. They go above and beyond. Thank you. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

The manager and her team are well organised, cheerful and expert teams of attentive, nurturing professionals. Our daughter has flourished at the Garden House. She’s made some excellent friends, gained self‑assurance and learnt so much. She’s also now got a adore of tennis, which I’m sure will continue on into adulthood. I can’t suggest The Garden Childcare centre highly enough.

All three of our sons have attended over the last 7+ years (they are currently 8, 5 and 2) and we’ve consistently been highly cheerful with the care they have received. Many of the same team have cared for all three of them over the years and it is lovely to know they are in such a stable setting (plus I believe team continuity speaks volumes in terms of the quality of the set-up). My two older sons made the transition to school without any trouble, and I credit The Garden House with preparing them so well. The team are fantastic, they genuinely care about the kids and know them truly well. Granted it is not the cheapest childcare centre available, but I believe quality childcare is worth every penny for the peace of mind it brings. Highly recommended! We adore The Garden House Childcare centre!

The team are all so lovely and she runs in everyday without looking back. She has consistently enjoyed herself and is clearly discovering lots of things, doing loads of truly varied activities and making many friends. I don’t worry about her at all when I leave her as I know she is so loved and cared for. My daughter who is 2 has attended since she turned 1.
