September 12, 2024 at 10:40 amIt feels like a home to my daughter, and the team are all exceptionally maternal and attentive. It puts my mind at ease knowing she is in secure hands and having such fantastic days at Elmfield. The updates via the app is exceptionally great throughout the day. The activities created each day are extensive, and my daughter has learnt a lot from her time there. I would suggest the childcare centre to anyone wishing to find a secure, cheerful, attentive and loving childcare centre for their kid. It has exceeded my expectations. The whole team at Elmfield are remarkable.

Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, the team have remained calm and nurturing with the kids. The parent app allows you to see what your kid has done during the day, including photos, which is excellent! I honestly cannot fault this childcare centre! Elmfield Childcare centre is remarkable!

October 3, 2024 at 4:09 pmMy 2-year-old daughter absolutely loves being there and consistently comes out chattering away about her day. The team are all lovely, and all seem to know every kid in the childcare centre.
The app they use is especially excellent – it’s highly reassuring to be able to see how she’s doing as the day goes on, in particular, how much and what she has eaten and how long she has slept for. But it’s also lovely just hearing what she’s been up to in some detail – and seeing photos – so that I can ask her about it when I pick her up.
The management is also highly welcoming, approachable and efficient – I consistently get a highly quick response to any queries, and they are highly sensitive to any concerns. In short, I’m exceptionally cheerful that we chose Elmfield! Elmfield is a lovely childcare centre – the word I have repeatedly heard other people use is nurturing, and my personal journey certainly reflects that.

October 14, 2024 at 5:06 pmThe team are so inviting and welcoming, they clearly care about the kids highly much and have such a loving bond with them. Excellent relationships with parents are nurtured from day one, and because the team turnover is so low, you truly do get to know everyone in the setting highly quickly.
The days are enjoyable-filled, imaginative, highly stimulating, with lots of time spent outdoors. The food menus are thoughtful and highly balanced. The office team are so supportive and excellent at accommodating changes to schedules days if we need to. We can ring them with any queries or requests, and they are consistently a pleasure to speak to.
Our son was so cheerful to return after lockdown, and we sense highly confident in the changes that have been made to ensure safety – but crucially for us, the inviting and loving atmosphere remains exactly the same. We sense highly lucky to have found Elmfield; it is such a special place. Elmfield is a fantastic, cheerful and highly loving childcare centre.

October 16, 2024 at 1:08 pmWe can honestly say there will be a lump in our throats on his last day as he has loved it so much. It is like a little family as all the team know the kids so well even if they aren’t in their group. The attention to detail is exceptional and both the educational and playtime elements are combined truly well. My son surprises me often with the things he has learned. I would more than suggest this childcare centre to those thinking about a new setting for their little one. My son has been attending Elmfield since he was 12 months old and will be leaving the end of August to start reception.

November 4, 2024 at 2:02 pmKids are almost never taken outdoors. In addition to that, they keep on losing private equipment or just do not return it. Overpaid fees for unusable sessions aren’t refunded. Childcare centre workers are highly unprofessional.

The setting is stimulating, secure and enjoyable. Classes are split by age group which places kids with suitably aged peers.
I certainly wouldn’t take my two kids anywhere else. Elmfield Childcare centre is such a nourishing, welcoming, expert and attentive setting.
The team are so compassionate and try their highly best for each and every kid in their care.

November 25, 2024 at 9:00 amMy son has been highly cheerful here. The team are incredible. They are enthusiastic and engaging with the kids. They are supportive and understanding with the parents. They have been absolutely fabulous during the Covid crisis.
They have been calm and expert and allowed us to keep going to work when we have needed to; even opening their doors on bank holidays for key workers. Elmfield is an incredible childcare centre.

They meet every kid (and parents’ needs). Their understanding, compassion and genuine affection for the kids is second to none. I sense cheerful and confident when my kids are there as I know they are being looked after just like at home. It’s like a big protective inviting family. In my 6-years using the childcare centre, I have never had one thing to complain about. My kids come skipping out with smiles on their faces. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for childcare. What can I say…

Team are also highly accommodating and are only too cheerful to go that extra mile. The resources and activities offered to the kids consistently seem well thought out, and we know that the team know our son well. Our son particularly loves the outdoor area! Updates is outstanding, and we delight in seeing photos and descriptions of our son’s day via the app. Our son will soon be a big brother, and we won’t hesitate to send our other kid to Elmfield. Our son has attended Elmfield for nearly two years, and we are exceptionally cheerful with his journey.

January 4, 2025 at 10:34 amMy kid’s keyworker has been a vital part of my daughter’s development and the assistance from the childcare centre is excellent and I consistently sense comfortable leaving my daughter at Elmfield Childcare centre. She skips in to see them and consistently leaves with a smile on her face. Such a remarkable childcare centre, the educators are highly attentive and patient.

January 17, 2025 at 5:04 pmI’ll try it! We’ve been part of the Elmfield family (because that’s what it feels like) for 6-years now. I can’t speak highly enough of the care and attention our boys have received at that time.
There is something intangible about the Elmfield team that I can only explain by saying it’s clear they truly care about the kids and they provide adore and attention that kids of that age need.
Choosing Elmfield as the place to care for our two kids is the best decision we’ve made. We will truly miss sending our boys there. We suggest the childcare centre 100% and thank all the team for their efforts and assistance over the last 6-years. It is hard to put into words how incredible and exceptional Elmfield Childcare centre and team are.

February 25, 2025 at 8:28 pmMy eldest kid attended for 3-years and was consistently welcomed with a smile. They complete some creative and well thought out activities for the different age groups, and provide outstanding meals for the kids. My second kid now attends, and although struggles with attachment, the childcare centre have made both myself and my kid sense at ease. They send photos and updates throughout the day and consistently provide cuddles when needed. Could not suggest this childcare centre enough.

Returning after lockdown was a challenge for her but the team have been exceptional in working with her and us to address issues and make sure she’s cheerful at childcare centre. You can tell how much the whole team adore and care for the kids. A home from home and recommended. A lovely childcare centre.

March 9, 2025 at 3:03 amOur son started in the ‘Cygnet’ room at just 11-months-old, as I returned to work part-time.
The team in his baby room were particularly supportive of me and made my son sense highly settled within weeks.
He has returned again recently, this time into the bigger ‘Swan’ room, and seems to be truly enjoying it and settling once again!
The variety of home-cooked food is excellent for his palette, and the girls provide lots of smiles and most importantly, cuddles which he loves!

March 18, 2025 at 11:43 amIt was obviously a big adjustment for him, but everyone has made him sense highly welcome and furthermore been reassuring to my husband and I. Both my nieces went to this childcare centre, finishing over two years ago, and there is still a lot of the same team which shows what a great place it is. I adore the regular updates on the app, and they playtime a range of different games, and the garden is excellent. My son started at Elmfield Childcare centre three weeks ago, after three months of lockdown.

June 27, 2025 at 11:28 amShe absolutely loves it, she doesn’t look back at me when she goes in and is excited to see everyone. She has made so much development with her speech and discovering to playtime with others and on her own. I adore the fact they keep you updated through the parent’s link app with activities and the food they have eaten through the day. She seems to take part in a lot of varied activities, and her skills have progressed tremendously. Would suggest Elmfield to everyone; I don’t have any concerns, and all the team are lovely and incredible at their jobs. My daughter has been attending Elmfield Childcare centre a couple of days a week since just before her 1st birthday.

July 5, 2025 at 11:32 pmOur son started around 10-months ago after just turning one – the team were exceptional at easing him into the setting.
It’s incredible to see the development he’s made from that point onwards, and how much enjoyment he gets from being there – he now happily runs in and waves goodbye!
Nothing is too much to ask, and the parent app is exceptional to check-in through the day, and see how they’re getting on.
We couldn’t fault this place. The team are incredibly welcoming and welcoming.

I find the team outstanding, nothing is too much of an issue. My girls have grown and developed there and we have had such remarkable assistance from the Childcare centre over the years. It has recently been done out and is absolutely lovely. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough. This is a remarkable childcare centre.
