September 15, 2024 at 9:06 pmAbsolutely fantastic journey. I would strongly suggest St Joseph’s for any young mind. The nursery setting crew are lovely, and the advancement of our youngster is a joy to watch. The grounds are a lovely, safe space, and the food is to die for!

September 29, 2024 at 12:04 pmI think it preps the youngsters well for the move into primary school at age 4-5 and gets them used to timetables, sitting in groups and school work from an early age whilst allowing them to games freely and enjoy being little! The outside space and school premises are brilliant. The team are great – daily correspondence and updates are always available, and so many extracurricular opportunities for the little ones, like trips to animal parks. Highly advocate St Josephs’s Prep school for anyone looking to start their 3-year-old at nursery/preschool – my little one has thrived here. The early years centre at this school is wonderful- a truly nurturing and helpful space.

January 17, 2025 at 7:01 amBoth my kids have the went to the centre and they both absolutely cherished it there. Children have access to a exceptionally wide range of activities which in my opinion would far exceed what you would normally expect a early‑years hub to offer. The centre is a modern site with an excellent range of indoor and outdoor activities. The personnel are enthusiastically attentive and know all the kids extremely well; my little ones always excited to go and the crew made them feel exceptionally welcome and secure. I would enthusiastically advocate the Early Years Centre at St Joseph’s College.

February 13, 2025 at 10:26 amThey adored each day, and always spoke exceptionally wholeheartedly of the team. Staff were always kind, approachable and attentive. When you see the facilities and meet the personnel, you can understand why. This is a great early year setting in which my two kids absolutely thrived.

February 25, 2025 at 2:12 amThe school has also played an important role in teaching them to consider others and at the heart of it ‘being kind’ to everyone is taught throughout their daily experiences. We are extremely pleased with our time at St Joseph’s College. Both our little ones are doing well and the school has exposed them to so much more than just academics – sports, arts, cooking, STEM just to call out a few.

April 25, 2025 at 6:47 amI always felt that my boy was being so well cared for, in a warm, welcoming and cordial setting. They have a warm lunch every day with lots of yummy and healthy options at break time also. The Early Years Teachers are wonderful, taking great support of the youngsters, and making absorbing so fun. The sites are excellent, with modern equipment including interactive whiteboards, as well as traditional discovering resources. He made incredible improvement with his discovering and confidence whilst in Early Years which helped him transition seamlessly into Reception. Children have access to a huge garden and activities area with plenty of toys and a range of outdoor equipment to use. He has now moved into the Prep School and I would advocate the childcare centre to anyone. The center is spotlessly hygienic, and really well managed by team. A fantastic Early Years Centre, that really did provide my young lad with the best possible start to his school education.

May 31, 2025 at 7:20 amThe youngsters have the choice of a wide range of activities and are able to spend a lot of time outside. The premises – both inside and outside – are extremely modern and varied. It is a more structured setting (e.g. He adores the educator and the other members of personnel and he is exploring lots. I’m so impressed with the creative activities they do and it’s a extremely warm environment. with daily assembly, a fixed 8:20 start, a weekly theme and teacher-led sessions) which will suit some kids more than others but if you are planning for your kid to join Reception and beyond at St Joseph’s, then the Early Years Centre is the best place to start as it will give them a gentle transition to full-time school. My youngest joined in autumn 2019 and is currently still at the Centre. The Early Years Centre at St Joseph’s College is a fantastic facility and both of my kids have been truly thrilled there.

June 21, 2025 at 4:59 pmThe personnel are all really lovely. He’s been well nurtured whilst there and most importantly I can tell he has really enjoyed himself. My only small gripe from a parent’s point of view is that contact can sometimes be lacking (possibly because young lad is part-time?) in a few departments but overall there’s been a great support system and network of parents. I’ve been most impressed with his growing independence, the phonics that he’s picked up, and the way he’s able to relay information. Our little one has really flourished since attending The Acorn Centre at St Joseph’s. We had a warm welcome from the beginning and he has made some great friends and the basic routine and structure have completely prepared him for reception. Highly suggest.
