The assistance from the team is outstanding – they are highly expert, attentive and highly approachable. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. I have found Tender Years to be an setting where my daughter has truly thrived from when she started at toddlers through to pre school.

Our daughter has a number of complex medical conditions which require specific care regimes and monitoring. Needless to say leaving her in anybody’s hands is a highly daunting and scary thought. Here at Tender Years their commitment and hands on approach eradicated those fears, they went above and beyond to meet the needs of our daughter and spent valuable time with myself and other professionals to coordinate her care.
They are so flexible and accommodating, our daughter would be off for medical reasons for months on end and they would consistently fit her right back in, nothing is ever too much for them.
They have encouraged our daughters self‑assurance and personal development with such adore and care, watching this brings a sense of warmth and fulfilment that is priceless.
We sense that Tender Years are an integral part of the community for little people, and those words alone could never articulate how excellent they are and all the gratitude we sense towards them for all they have done. Stellar!

My kids have settled in and blossomed since starting. The team are all lovely and accommodate to my kids’s needs. Having used the childcare centre for over 4 years now I can honestly say that I’ve had no problems whatsoever.

It was only the second childcare centre we visited but we immediately got a positive vibe from the team and, most importantly, all the kids who were playing, smiling and in excellent spirits. We haven’t been disappointed since. All the team are attentive and clearly care for the kids. They undertake a range of activities, regularly doing special events and dress up days. They offer flexibility when needing to change days and offer a common sense approach regarding attentive for kids with mild colds and coughs. Equally, they notify parents immediately when more serious infections (i.e.chicken pox) are doing the rounds. Overall the level of care is remarkable. I have never once considered seeking alternative care and its excellent to be able to go to work and have self‑assurance that your kid is in loving and attentive hands. Thank you to all the team at Tender Years. My daughter has been going to the childcare centre for over one year now.

The team are highly attentive and attend to your kid’s specific needs. My kid has multiple food allergies and they have been highly accommodating to his dietary requirements. Tender Years is a fantastic childcare centre with a family sense, the team are super welcoming and attentive, their knowledge and expertise helped my eldest son and I navigate some behavioural issues we were experiencing as well as supporting me through post natal depression.

I consistently felt that we were well cared for and much valued, my son was well prepared for school and the transition to reception was seamless. I will trust the manager and her team implicitly with my youngest when he starts preschool in September and any subsequent kids we have in the future. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone considering childcare options for their little one.

Both girls have attended with a smile on their face and have built sound relationships with the team. The team are attentive and I have never felt that they do not care or are too busy to give the kids comfort when it is required. Updates has been excellent, even throughout the pandemic. So glad we chose tender years to begin our girls educational journey. I have had two kids attend Tender Years since babies.
