November 27, 2024 at 9:14 pmI have been extremely pleased with all the care and assistance all team have shown him. He has flourished and is a cheerful confident little boy. All the team are welcoming and show excellent care to the kids- they go the extra mile for all kids. The childcare centre is spotless and tidy, my son loves all the food which is all cooked fresh on site. The updates from the childcare centre is excellent and the team consistently ensure we are kept up to date with development and development. The activities have been varied and interesting and have definitely helped develop my son’s adore of reading and creative skills
My son has loved every minute at Sylvan and we will be sorry to say goodbye. I would definitely suggest this lovely childcare centre. My son has been at Sylvan for the past 3 years.

February 17, 2025 at 11:10 pmThey are nine years apart, so l have journey across 12-years with Sylvan House and the team. They really care for the individual kid and its very genuine/ heartfelt. The team take on board any wishes you have in relation to your kid whilst they are there and will feedback to you daily as needed. The kids are consistently beaming with smiles when you collect them and have excellent little friendships together. Would highly suggest Sylvan House, the team team and the facilities Both my kids have attended Sylvan House Childcare centre and have loved it!

I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone because of the close bond my daughter has with all the team. They are very welcoming and welcoming and they will do anything to help and advise. My daughter really enjoyed the family story night arranged by the childcare centre.

March 6, 2025 at 8:05 pmI am really pleased with her development and I believe it is down to the assistance she and I both receive from the lovely childcare centre team. I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough for providing me with the self‑assurance in knowing my kid is not only looked after but also nurtured by the team and she really enjoys her time at childcare centre which says a lot when you drop off and collect her, she is a very cheerful little girl. My daughter has been at the childcare centre full time since October and 4 days ranging from March to August this year (due to covid and work commitments changing) and I have really noticed a difference in my kid’s self‑assurance, discovering ability, development and her eating.

The team are incredible, committed and exceptional with the kids, they really know them as individuals and tailor things to them.

March 20, 2025 at 6:48 amI am so delighted I chose Sylvan House. My daughter has been coming three days a week since she was 9 months, and the development I’ve seen in her is remarkable. The girls in the baby room treat my daughter like their own; they are compassionate, affectionate, attentive and outstanding at what they do. The food variety is excellent, and she is really well fed and cared for, with a detailed report at the end of the day showing food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, mood description etc. The app that the childcare centre use is A-star, and I look forward to numerous updates, photos, videos and notes about what she’s up to. Updates is outstanding throughout the day and at handover. Well done, Sylvan House, you’ve made returning to work so much easier! A really outstanding childcare centre.

March 24, 2025 at 9:14 pmOne of the biggest reasons to choose this place when I researched lots in the area was the people who work there. The manager is phenomenal with such a attentive nature, as are all other members of team. My daughter has had the pleasure of being here for the last three years; she absolutely loves it. Her self‑assurance has come on massively, along with her independence. They continually surprise me with their ideas and go the extra mile. My daughter was off with chicken pox during her birthday; the teacher and kids sang cheerful birthday to her on the online account and posted the video. There are so many things I could mention about this childcare centre, but overall, in my opinion, it’s the best in the area. Adore this childcare centre in so many ways.

I couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre.
You will all be missed greatly. Sylvan is a fantastic childcare centre, and my son has loved every minute of the last 18-months.

May 22, 2025 at 7:46 amI couldn’t suggest it enough. Every aspect of care, cleanliness, assistance and development is second to none. He absolutely adores all the team in the room and can’t wait to return each morning, greeting his key worker with open arms. He loves it so much when we go to collect him, quite often he doesn’t want to leave. We receive online updates, pictures, videos and daily summary sheets, so we know what he has been discovering during his time there. It is excellent that we can update it ourselves to ensure we are all on the same page in his development. We viewed several nurseries in the area and just knew this was the one when we walked through the door. We’ve had our son in Sylvan House since he was 9-months-old.

My daughter consistently comes home cheerful and cheerful and tells me about her day with excitement in her voice, which tells me she has had another excellent day. My daughter has been coming to this childcare centre since she was one, and her development has come on leaps and bounds.

May 29, 2025 at 2:28 pmHe starts when he was 12 months and I loved how the baby room was set out and how the team were with the little ones. He’s now in the next class op and he absolutely loves it. The team are excellent. The childcare centre is spotless and well looked after. Their covid regulations are effective and clear. I saw a few nurseries before looking at Sylvan House and none of them measured up. I would highly suggest it to all parents. My son has been going to this childcare centre for 12 months now and I’m so pleased with it.

We now sense our little girl is well equipped and ready to start reception.
Our little boy started at Sylvan House at 9 months old, and his development has been incredible. The team have helped bring his character out.
We, as a family, could not fault the team at Sylvan House, and we will consistently suggest the childcare centre to others.
If you want your kid to succeed and flourish – this is the childcare centre for you and your kid. Our 4-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy attend Sylvan House Day Childcare centre.
When our 4-year-old little girl started at Sylvan House, she was very shy and quiet, and her speaking wasn’t the best.

Since returning to the childcare centre after lockdown, we are really cheerful with how the childcare centre and team have put everything in place.
I would suggest the childcare centre to friends and family. We have been using the childcare centre for 2-years, and my daughter has enjoyed it since day one.

June 15, 2025 at 1:43 amThe team are all outstanding, very attentive and treats the kids like one of their own which is reassuring. The childcare centre is spotless and tidy. My girls have consistently spoken fondly of the team upon coming home and even till this date, my eldest gets a inviting welcome whenever she sees the team. Food provided is varied and healthy throughout the week. Management has been flexible and tries to accommodate whenever possible which is an added bonus. Lots of new improvements have been introduced over the last couple of months such as parents forum, online updates which are further improving the childcare centre standards. Both my daughters have attended Sylvan House over the last 4 years with my youngest still currently attending.
