It was like his second home. The team were supportive and very attentive to my kid’s needs. The assistance they gave to my son was tailored to his needs, he was allowed to grow as an individual.

My grandson regularly boasts about his trips to the forest and if a dirty kid is a cheerful kid then this applies to him. My granddaughter on the other hand loves to be a princess and team use her interest in this to develop her colours and she loves the singing and dancing activities. I will be sad when both leave for school as we really have felt like part of an extended family. My grandchildren have been attending for nearly three years now and I am consistently delighted at how well the team know my grandbabies and make an effort to get to know our family.

All team are very nice, compassionate and very supportive with kids. I am so proud of Step by Step Childcare centre, my son is very cheerful there and all team are very attentive and loving with kids all the time. I am so cheerful about this childcare centre my son is cheerful to go to this childcare centre.

He (and us his parents) have been so cheerful with the care he has received. I can not praise the team there enough. They are all so lovely and attentive. When he was sick for 2 weeks and off childcare centre they sent a get well soon card with hand prints from all his friends.
He has come on so much developmentally (often comes home singing songs, or telling me stories from the day). The team come up with so many enjoyable activities for them. I adore getting the updates and photos from the day. He gets to do all sorts of messy playtime activities (he loves their mud kitchen), painting and cooking. During June they had a paddling pool to playtime in, lots of picnics outside and went exploring the garden for bugs. There have also been opportunities to visit and see my son playing in the childcare centre (stay-and-playtime sessions). Was so lovely to see him interacting with other kids and team, and to know he was genuinely cheerful there. My 2.5 year old son has been attending Step by Step since he was a year old.

My eldest daughter who is now at school also attended the childcare centre, and we couldn’t fault them. The management and practitioners are outstanding with the kids and extremely approachable. There is a large range of activities for the kids to take part in. The childcare centre has a Forrest school programme, which is incredible and out with the COVID restrictions, they offer swimming lessons as well as singing and rhyme classes. My daughter is quite shy, but since she has attended the childcare centre, her self‑assurance has soared! I put this down to the outstanding care and encouragement she receives at Step by Step. I 100% suggest the childcare centre. My daughter attends the childcare centre and absolutely loves it.

The team are excellent and very welcoming. The updates is remarkable, especially given recent times with Covid-19. Very reliable. The app that they use is really great. It’s so nice getting updates and seeing some photos. The activities and crafts that they do are excellent, such as water playtime, books, songs and painting for cards. My wee one really enjoys her time at childcare centre and is cheerful there, which is so important. Thank you to everyone at Step by Step Private Childcare centre Maryhill. Lovely childcare centre!

Our 4 and 2 year olds consistently come home cheerful with smiles on their faces. The team are all welcoming and really seem to care about the kids under their care. Our son has multiple severe allergies which the childcare centre has really done their best to navigate and improve how they manage kids with allergies. The graduation ceremony they organised was fantastic and had me in tears! Wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Step by Step. Step by Step is a remarkable childcare centre!

The team are lovely, and my little girl has taken to them very quickly, which I was not expecting. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre for your little ones. My little girl has not long started at Step by Step, and she has loved it from day one, consistently goes in not a problem and does not like to leave.

A attentive setting that I sense secure dropping her off each day. All the team know all the kids so feels like a excellent community. I get pictures and other creations my kid has made which is special and I think she eats better, more diverse foods than I eat! Very jealous. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter loves Step by Step so much.

They really helped our eldest settle in when he started childcare centre again after a long break due to Covid lockdowns. They have consistently communicated quickly and been proactive with feedback.
