Currently sending our second kid here and planning to send our youngest in the near future.
They provide remarkable care and take the time to know each kid individually and understand their needs and strengths.
Kids delight in lots of time outdoors in the fabulous garden, in all weathers and benefit from a variety of different activities, which are not only enjoyable but educational.
Everyone at the childcare centre is dedicated and I cannot praise them highly enough.

The team are welcoming, enjoyable and approachable and give it their all.

They manage to take groups of kids on outdoor activities on a highly regular basis come rain or shine. They encourage healthy eating and teach the kids in an interesting and engaging way! This is a remarkable childcare centre who I trust look after my son exceptionally well when he is there.

Our grandchildren have flourished and grown to become young independent kids and that’s all down to Step by Step Private Childcare centre. Step by Step has been a part of our family for over 11 years and don’t know where we would be without it.

The discovering experiences come in such varieties and team are consistently going the extra mile, for example holding parents days at weekends and keeping us updated through Facebook. We truly couldn’t ask for more. I am so cheerful with the service we get from Step by Step.

Frequent and quality feedback is consistently appreciated, and team seem genuinely cheerful at their work and take a excellent pride in what they do. My kid was a little upset at having to leave the snow to go to childcare centre. When we arrived, her key worker took the time to go outside and bring in a basin full of snow and went on to teach a lesson about the snow. I was delighted with the fluidity, relevance and care that went into this.
The management team have cultivated and nurtured an outstanding team, setting clear standards and expectations.
Team are consistently eager to involve parents and assist us in continuing the kid’s education at home with a excellent sense of continuity. Couldn’t be happier with SBS Cumbernauld. Step by Step Cumbernauld are able to integrate the CFE experiences and outcomes in a way which is seamless and natural.

The work that goes into making the kids sense secure, loved and nurtured is second to none. So highly glad we found this childcare centre and adore to watch the developments in my daughters discovering.Highly high standard with outstanding, regular updates using discovering journals to group photos on the closed Facebook site. Team take responsibility seriously and lead on projects such as forest schools. The use of the outdoor space is creative and used daily which is outstanding. Team are so committed to exploring different and exciting activities, resources and thoughtful touches to the childcare centre setting.

As a parent, I sense my opinion is valued and they are consistently keen to consult with both kids and their grown-ups to deliver the best care possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to suggest. My kid has attended Step by Step for 2.5 years and loves it.
