Stars Day Nursery Oakdale

Oakdale nursery is a fantastic setting. All staff members and managers go above and beyond with the children in their care. They look after my daughter extremely well, and she is always happy to attend. Quite sad that my daughter leaves this year! Best nursery in the area!

I write this review for the whole time my child has been there. What an amazing group of staff at the nursery. We are so grateful for all the support, advice and care you give to both our child and us. Through challenging times, we worked as one and can see such a change and improvement in my child’s life. I just thank you all for this sincerely. My child loves to attend your nursery and talks with many friends; this is all down to the dedication and understanding of your fab team! Thanks again.

Stars Day is a fantastic nursery with excellent staff and facilities. My son absolutely loves to go to nursery, and he loves the staff there. The staff make clear communication with us and give reassurance to parents if any concerns. Staff are really kind, caring and approachable.

This nursery has been amazing with my little boy. He did find it really hard to settle to start with, but the nursery, and especially his key worker went the extra mile to make him happy and feel safe. He now comes out with a smile on his face. The staff are very supportive and always let me know how my son has been. My son has a milk protein allergy, and the staff have been very knowledgeable and understanding about his diet. I definitely would recommend sending your child here if you want a caring, supportive environment for your child.

Since my daughter started attending this setting, she has blossomed with confidence. She can’t wait to go to nursery and is always full of it when she comes home. The staff are so caring and have time not only for the children but to inform you of everything they’ve been doing. The activities the children do are lovely, the meals are yummy but healthy, and communication on all levels is excellent. The most wonderful nursery!

My child has only attended this setting since September but has been welcomed, and I am reassured that he is happy. The staff are caring and seem to be helping his development and helping him settle in, especially after he was off sick for a week and started getting distressed going in.

I do appreciate the management and the staff team. Great communication and very supportive. The nursery has an app where child pictures are uploaded; it’s great to see the activities that my child did.

I absolutely love all the free play that they offer; it’s very child-led, and the staff are absolutely incredible at getting stuck in with all children making sure their having the best day!
You can see the staff are team workers – making such a huge impact on the nursery!
The ladies are all spoken about very highly in our household by our little girl.
Attending the nursery is such a joy and a positive, happy space for our daughter – I feel at ease knowing she’s in such a child-led, calm, joyful environment.

My experience with the nursery has been overall positive. My son has additional needs, and the nursery has been very supportive. He is preverbal and has been taught to use communication tools (Mackaton). The SENCO representative is always on the ball with his needs. My son is always very eager to go to nursery as he enjoys being there. I am very happy and satisfied with the service the nursery is providing my son with.
