September 3, 2024 at 8:23 pmChildcare centre opened recently, facilities are brand new, excellent management. Lily/Pre-school team are exceptional, welcoming, attentive, entertaining. Highly recommended. My 3 year old is highly cheerful there.

October 23, 2024 at 8:50 pmBoth my son and my daughter have been privileged to attend the setting and the care and attention showered on them has been nothing short of fantastic. They truly make my kid sense loved, so much that they run to start the day at childcare centre and cry whenever they have to leave. It’s an absolute pleasure to see the cheerful faces whenever I pick up. Handovers are excellent and I am consistently informed of changes to routines and anything of interest. The team seem cheerful and supported and genuinely seem to care for my daughter and my son when he attended. I can’t suggest them enough! St Gabriels Childcare centre Gosforth is a excellent childcare centre with an outstanding approach to childcare.

November 3, 2024 at 4:48 amAs a parent looking for a suitable childcare centre during the crazy time of the pandemic, we knew immediately St Gabriels was the right one for us, as the warmth of the team and transparency of daily routines gave us instant reassurance. He has enjoyed moving up through the rooms and we have enjoyed getting to know all of the team as they have helped him grow and develop. Making strong connections with his key workers as they have played a big role in his time there. We look forward to sending our youngest there in January and I know this will help to ease me with the transition of going back to work. My son has been at St Gabriels for just over 2 years and we have consistently been impressed with the level of care and service that he receives.

December 30, 2024 at 4:36 pmThey are attentive, attentive and keep us well informed of all she has done that day. They prepare incredible sensory, crafts and music activities for the kids. The facilities are exceptionally well designed to encourage enjoyable and discovering. Our little girl settled in so quickly and is excited to go there. We are thrilled with the care our daughter is receiving at St Gabriels.

January 12, 2025 at 4:15 pmFrom the moment she started I have felt confident that she is being well cared for and as her needs have changed so has what has been provided. She now attends full time and we consistently pick up a cheerful, confident, satisfied, albeit slightly tired, girl.
Her weaning has gone exceptionally smoothly thanks to the outstanding interaction and relationship I am able to have with the team and her days are filled with appropriate and stimulating activities. The team are all well‑informed, welcoming and approachable and the facilities are remarkable. She has already changed so much since she started and I truly look forward to seeing her grow up with the team and facilities at St Gabriel’s. My daughter started at St Gabriel’s two days a week when it first opened in September; she was five months old at the time.

February 17, 2025 at 10:35 pmHaving moved from the sister childcare centre we were worried it wouldn’t live up to our high expectations, but we are truly cheerful with it. The facilities are stunning and the team welcoming and welcoming. The management team have been exceptional at addressing queries promptly. Above all our daughter is cheerful and has come on leaps and bounds in her discovering since starting. Her individual needs are also met highly effectively. We are so pleased that we chose St Gabriel’s Gosforth for our kids.

March 30, 2025 at 12:21 pmSo first impressions are outstanding. However, the management are not the best in communicating with parents.
And if you have a complaint they consistently have an excuse. And make you sense like you are complaining over nothing. They are not highly accommodating if you urgently need help (we have no family here).
You provide nappies and wipes even though they are the most expensive childcare centre setting in the area. Again mentioned many times but never acknowledged.
A number of parents have made valid suggestions in the past and nothing has been done. The desserts were changed from high sugar items to fruits for a short time.
A number of times my kid’s bum wasn’t wiped properly/checked.
No aprons when painting and numerous clothes are stained.
Everything is talked about in front of other parents, sometimes sensitive issues.
No air con, highly highly hot in the summer months. St Gabriel’s has a prefect location and is purpose built.

May 12, 2025 at 11:05 pmMy daughter skips into the childcare centre, and the tired kid I get back every evening has tales of wonder and laughter and happiness – it truly is her favourite place. I can’t thank the team enough for what they have done for my little girl- she truly loves her cheerful place. The manager and deputy manager are fantastic and highly supportive – nothing is too much bother – they go above and beyond with me and my daughter. The girls, likewise, they too do more than I expect. Yes, there are some gripes, but considering what we get back, they are highly, highly minor! My three-year-old daughter has attended the setting since she was three months old, and I can’t say enough about the care and attention St Gabriel’s provides her.
