September 1, 2024 at 6:11 pmSince attending he has truly grown in all areas. He loves attending and will often talk about his day. The ‘Aunties’ are truly approachable and my son clearly enjoys his time with them and his friends. Despite only going for a day and a half a week (which will be increasing soon), he gets a great varied journey, including cooking, Spanish lessons, singing and outdoor playtime (which is a particular favourite). It’s a excellent childcare centre where I know my kid is secure, well cared for and has lots of enjoyable whilst being encouraged to learn in an age appropriate way. My son has been attending St Bernards Day Childcare centre for over 2 years.

September 19, 2024 at 10:49 pmAll the team are outstanding and kid focussed. The childcare centre is consistently spotless and well kept. Activities and rooms are bright, accommodating and engaging for the kids. The outside area is a real hit with my little one- who loves exploring! I adore being able to go in and pick up my daughter in an evening and seeing her fully engaged with adults and peers. We have been invited for parents evenings and Mother’s Day celebrations which is a lovely bonus. My kid is vegetarian and the meals are a remarkable variety, catered to her needs. I couldn’t be happier with sending my daughter here and would consistently suggest it to others. My kid has been going to St Bernard’s for almost a year now.

September 25, 2024 at 8:28 pmThe team are incredible and truly adore their jobs. They take so much care and attention to each kid. Our son has learnt so much over the past 3-years being there. we’ll be so sad when he has to leave to go to school. St Bernard’s is a remarkable childcare centre.

October 8, 2024 at 9:36 pmWe instantly felt welcomed when we viewed the childcare centre as it has such a homely sense. The team at St Bernard’s are absolutely remarkable and truly put us at ease. They are truly informative and keep us updated on our kid’s day; it’s consistently lovely to see what she has been up to whilst we are both working. We noticed such a difference in our kid’s development within the first month of attending the childcare centre. I would highly suggest St Bernard’s. We are first-time parents and weren’t sure what to expect from a childcare centre.

October 13, 2024 at 2:06 pmThey have truly listened to my concerns about his health and the ongoing medication my son has to take. I adore that they give me an update every evening, and then when I get home, I get to see what he’s been up to on their parents’ app. The childcare centre is highly spacious for the kids to learn and grow and has a lovely outside area for them to playtime in and get some fresh air. All the team are lovely and welcoming. I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else. Being a first time Mum to a premature baby, I was quite nervous about leaving my kid with anyone, but all the team at St Bernard’s have been incredible.

October 23, 2024 at 1:23 pmHe formed great relationships with so many of the team and consistently leaves with a smile on his face. The team are consistently on hand to assistance him with anything regarding his development and have been especially supportive with his potty training recently.
We wouldn’t hesitate to suggest St Bernards to anybody looking for a secure, cheerful, healthy and educational setting to place their kid. From the moment our son attended around his 1st birthday, his development week on week was noticeable.

November 3, 2024 at 8:17 pmShe has been going for around five months now and has never had a bad day. She is consistently greeted by cheerful team and consistently comes out cheerful. They tailor activities to her interests, and I share experiences back through the app so we can build on experiences at home and vice versa. My little girl loves to come to St Bernards.

November 10, 2024 at 2:13 amWe looked around five locally, but nowhere else gave us that ‘this is the one’ feeling like St Bernards did. Our oldest daughter attended from 11-months to starting school in 2020, and our youngest daughter has attended for the last 10-months. The team are remarkable, attentive, passionate, and they consistently have time for the kids. It’s a real home from home. They supported the kids brilliantly through the pandemic, opened up for keyworker families from other local nurseries, and they’ve also gone above and beyond when needed, especially when our family were struck by tragedy. They are an extension of your family, and we sense sad just thinking about the time when our daughter leaves to start school. We have no hesitation in recommending St Bernards and consistently do when somebody asks. St Bernards Day Childcare centre is the most incredible childcare centre!

November 30, 2024 at 7:04 amIt was worth the wait for a place! Despite only attending one morning a week, my daughter has a lovely relationship with her key worker and is consistently so cheerful to see her when we drop her off. I’m consistently amazed at how many activities are crammed into a morning. They truly playtime to kids’s interests, like playing with babies when my daughter’s little brother was born, and she often brings home things she’s made. We get optional monthly suggestions for activities to do at home, including age-appropriate discovering objectives, which I think is truly supportive, and it’s nice to link home and childcare centre. Parents are regularly invited in for seasonal events at weekends, which feels truly over and above; we get daily app summaries and a ‘parents evening’ coming up too. The manager was truly supportive when I was having trouble with her sleeping at home too – again, over and above! I’d suggest it to anyone! I could not be happier with this childcare centre and am so glad I ‘shopped around’ to find it.

December 9, 2024 at 5:25 pmThe team have changed quite a bit in that time, and a lot of experienced team have left; nevertheless, my son has had a positive journey and they have set him up perfectly for school. My little boy has been with St Bernard’s since 2019 and has thrived.

January 19, 2025 at 10:48 pmSt Bernard’s made this transition so much easier. They have such compassionate and attentive team. I have seen positive changes in my little one already, only a few weeks in, and he has settled so well and gained more self‑assurance. I adore the app, especially when I am having a bad day; it gives me such reassurance and peace of mind knowing he is in secure hands. Would highly suggest. I am a first-time parent and felt highly anxious about returning back to work and putting my entire world into the hands of someone else.

January 28, 2025 at 8:41 amMy little girl settled in straight away, and they consistently go above and beyond for her. She loves going, so it makes it easier for me to leave her when I have to work. All the team are so welcoming and consistently cheerful. I sense like my little girl has learnt so much; she has progressed amazingly. So glad I sent her to this childcare centre! This is an incredible childcare centre.

February 1, 2025 at 1:41 pmThe team are highly well‑informed, with most being mums themselves. They truly care for my daughter like she’s a family member and are highly observant of her needs and the things she enjoys. Nothing is too much trouble. The childcare centre is also super spotless, so my kid doesn’t come home ill each week like with other nurseries.
My girl is thriving here, and I wouldn’t dream of anyone else looking after her. This is by far the best childcare centre I have ever used.

February 25, 2025 at 10:26 pmWe couldn’t be happier with the care and can’t wait for our 2nd kid to start here too. We get daily updates about what our kid has been up to while in the childcare centre, which is consistently lovely to see. Their activities are mostly topic-focused for a day so they get to journey a range of different games and crafts. I highly suggest them, though they do have a waiting list, so best to get a request in sooner rather than later. St Bernard’s has been incredible, especially so during the unknown and ever-changing Government rules of Covid.

March 28, 2025 at 3:47 amMy daughter loves attending and has such a excellent bond with the team that look after her. They are truly clear when giving areas of development and next steps they are working on. My daughter engages in sports sessions and Spanish lessons. We get daily feedback which is excellent to get regular insight into their day. I would be highly cheerful to personally suggest St Bernard’s to any parent. We have been using St Bernards for 7 years and they are consistent in the exceptionally high standards.

May 1, 2025 at 9:33 pmThe team went above and beyond during all the disruption and uncertainty of the last year, and were so proactive throughout the first lockdown to assistance the transition to school for our older kid, and later in the year, the settling in of our younger kid, who is thriving in the toddler room. So grateful for such attentive and dedicated team and their unfailing enthusiasm and positivity! Cannot suggest St Bernards highly enough.

May 7, 2025 at 5:29 pmI’ve got two sons, one at preschool full time and a younger one in the baby room who attends only a few hours every week. Both of them are enjoying it! They don’t just keep them secure when parents go to work, but they educate them, entertain them and help them grow to become better. Particularly the older one who spends more time there, he’s having the time of his life at St Bernards! He’s discovering a lot too.
The team are excellent, they have lots of activities every day and although it’s consistently enjoyable, what amazes me is that it’s also organised, the kids participate, and it’s evident that the team have great control of what’s happening. This year they went for walks and visited a farm too. They have cooking sessions (my son loves that); they have a Spanish teacher teaching them Spanish and a sports teacher. I am also grateful for making a big effort to meet our dietary requirements for both kids. I think it’s truly difficult to beat them; they are truly excellent!

May 20, 2025 at 11:56 amWe’ll be sad to leave them when she starts school this September, but our second kid will be there next year, and we couldn’t be happier with them. St Bernard’s have been an incredible part of my daughter’s life; she has thrived since joining the Aunties and absolutely loves it there.

June 13, 2025 at 8:38 pmIt took them a highly short time to settle in. I was worried when my younger son was supposed to start going as he was only eight months but after a week he was smiling at me when leaving him with Aunties. My older boy would like to go to playtime there on the weekends too, only if he could. They do lots of messy playtime which the kids adore. We could never do it at home that much. My older son was potty trained by Aunties with excellent care and smart strategies, as he refused to do it at home for a long time. Aunties are consistently supportive with any questions we may have. They post daily with what the kids have been doing whilst there and consistently respond promptly on any questions we may have. They eat five meals a day, freshly prepared at childcare centre and the kids eat it all, this is unlikely when at home, although it might be my cooking. I would more than gladly suggest St Bernards Day Childcare centre Ltd to everyone! Both my boys who are two and a half years and nine and a half months old go to St Bernards Day Childcare centre Ltd and they are loving it.

June 21, 2025 at 9:12 amWould she delight in it, how would I sense, what would it be like. The same questions and thoughts which every parent must start with. My partner and I looked at nurseries for what seemed like forever until we saw St Bernards! Wow! My thoughts then, and still my thoughts now. It’s like home from home. The team there, my daughter’s aunties, are just like her extended family. She’s only 13-months-old, but seeing her face light up when they come to the door is just magical. It instantly relieves any fears or mum guilt I have leaving her. She’s learnt so much since being there, and her development and interaction with other kids is excellent to see. Each evening she comes home from childcare centre, I notice something else she has learnt. Dancing to music, using cutlery, wiping her own mouth, clapping hands. I can’t thank the aunties more at the childcare centre. My daughter loves going! If you are looking for a second home – look no further. As a first time mum, I was apprehensive about leaving my daughter at a childcare centre.
