The updates when they are there is incredible, and your sent pictures and kept updated throughout the day! It’s like a home from home! My daughter absolutely loves it; she’s been going since she was 8 months old, and she’s never looked back at any of the drop-offs and loves the girls so much!

My daughter has settled in so well and adores the ladies in her room. They have made sure she is cheerful and worked with her individual likes and needs to help her in this new unknown setting. I can not say anything but positives about the childcare centre.

I know my little girl is well looked after, which gives me such peace of mind when I’m at work. The updates is excellent, the team replies to my messages promptly, and I adore seeing the observations of my daughter having a great time!
The only negative feedback is that the ‘popular day’ is no longer available. As a working mum with another kid in school, that session was perfect! I’m sure I speak for a lot of parents when I say, bring it back! It was one of the reasons I chose the childcare centre. Lovely childcare centre and fantastic team.

They do provide outstanding care to my son. Ask for my opinion on things they aren’t sure about. Know the interest of my kid and engage him in those activities. They’re consistently available to offer help. Lovely ladies in the childcare centre.

Both kids have loved going here, and I have consistently been highly cheerful with the care and attention they’ve received. The childcare centre provides outstanding facilities and discovering opportunities. The food and snacks are consistently highly healthy and varied. I can leave my kid at Spring Shawbury knowing they are in secure hands, and it’s reassuring for me as a parent to know they are being well looked after. The team are highly welcoming, and updates is great too. I’ve had two kids attend this childcare centre, one still goes at present.

The team are attentive and hardworking and make sure to cater for every little need and want of each kid as an individual. An example of this is my daughter loves her morning routine of putting her photo on the board and hanging up her coat and bag by herself, so even on one occasion where the coat peg had fallen down, team saw her coming and held it up so she could still put it up. They consistently go above and beyond on little things like this. The team also work hard to make personal relationships with every single kid and greet them cheerful and excited to see them every morning, which means the world to parents knowing were leaving our kids with people who are cheerful to be with them and know them. I look forward to seeing what another year here can do for my daughter and truly bring her out of her shell. Thank you. Our daughter loves childcare centre, and although it took a while for her to settle in, she is cheerful to go in and tells us all about her day now.

She will be four this month. I have been so pleased with the updates with the childcare centre. I receive notifications of what is upcoming for the week, and I am sent pictures most days so that I can see what she has been doing, and the skilled workers often send detailed observations with photos to me explaining how my daughter is developing. The quality of the team is stellar, and the structured days with lots of activities and extras keep my little one active and stimulated. The bond that she has formed with her key person makes leaving her each day a little bit easier. I highly suggest this childcare centre as it has been a joy to have them help in my little one’s development. My daughter has been at this childcare centre since she was nine months.

The team are all so welcoming, and our 3-year-old loves going to childcare centre. They have brought him along so much in every way. They provide constant updates on the app regarding food, playtime, discovering, and plenty of personal observations aimed just at our kid. Incredible team and excellent facilities.

Our kid loves going to childcare centre as they do plenty of activities and consistently do different things that our kid enjoys. Also, I wouldn’t dream of taking my daughter anywhere else. The team are highly welcoming and are highly expert.
