February 12, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little boy started in January and is doing so well. He loves coming to nursery now which I never thought he would get overseeing as he was at another nursery for 7 months and use to cry every time I took him and now it’s only taken 2/3 weeks to get him going in nursery happy as he loves it especially all the teachers there. The staff are so lovely and friendly and I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone else. He is happy and settled!

February 20, 2020 at 12:00 amI am really happy with how the nursery is run. The new manager has uplifted the place and moral appears high. I love walking in hearing the children being read to and encouraged to get involved. There is such a brilliant variety of activities indoors and outdoors for the children to get involved in which expands their curious minds, learning a phonics letter fortnightly in preparation for starting school is an excellent idea. Kitchen staff do an amazing job including all the food groups into their diet. Staff are kind, enthusiastic and professional, I feel this has helped with my son’s confidence.

February 23, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son started in January 2020 and has settled in incredibly well. The staff were marvellous at helping him to settle in. He looks forward to attending his sessions and returns home asking when he can go again. He was a very fussy eater but the meals offered have encouraged him to try new foods and his appetite has improved vastly. The staff are superb and are always pleasant and approachable. I would highly recommend this nursery.

March 18, 2020 at 12:00 amOur daughter has attended Harlequin nursery since January 2019. She settled in straight away and we have always felt very comfortable leaving her with the nursery staff. She loves going to learn and play there and talks about all members of staff very fondly. The nursery is always clean, food and snacks served are healthy and yummy, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Even my youngest loves seeing everyone when we pick her sister up. We’ll all be very sad when she leaves to go to school in September but are hopeful that our youngest daughter will be attending from January 2021. Thank you to everyone at Harlequin for taking such good care of her and for encouraging her to learn so much. Especially with regards to reading!

August 4, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has gone to Harlequin since he was 1, and has achieved so much there. However after the lockdown and being at home so much he has struggled going back. The staff at Harlequin have been so incredibly supportive and not only helped my son get back into his routine but also kept us updated to know he’s ok. We love this nursery and couldn’t recommend it enough!

August 18, 2020 at 12:00 amI highly recommend Spring Nursery Harlequin. Both my daughters attend and they thoroughly enjoy each day. They are always smiling and bursting to tell us what they have been doing and what they have learnt. I have no complaints.

October 23, 2020 at 12:00 amI have been taking my children to the nursery for over 8 years now, all of my children have loved it and attend in school holidays when they don’t have to – that is by choice.
The manager of the nursery is truly amazing, she is so kind, caring and understanding she truly is an asset and if she wasn’t there I don’t know if my children would have attended so long. All of the staff are great, obviously, my children have their favourites but I can honestly say I get to work and don’t have to worry about the care my children are in.

The staff work very well and always remain very polite and professional. My child is developing very well since starting here and I can’t wait to watch him grow even more.

October 4, 2021 at 12:00 amSince my twins have started at Spring Nursery Harlequin I have been really pleased. My youngest twin was rather upset when leavening me. The staff was there for my daughter and gave her a cuddle. I’m really pleased with the activities my twins are learning.

He has gained a lot of confidence, and I 100% trust all the staff in the setting. He loved coming to the nursery that much he now attends the after club every day. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. The best in the area.

March 28, 2022 at 12:00 amFrom my first enquiry, child’s settling in sessions to starting 3-days per week, everybody at the nursery has been so accommodating, helpful, friendly and understanding towards us as anxious parents leaving our 8-month baby. We could not be happier and love that we can see updates throughout the day on the app. Our daughter is thriving and experiencing so much through the nursery.

They have gone above and beyond for my son, and he has improved so much since being there! All the girls are lovely, and my son gets so excited to go. Couldn’t recommend enough.

March 30, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter moved from her previous nursery to Harlequins at the beginning of the year, and although I was nervous about the change, it was the best decision we made for her. She has only been going for 6-weeks, but we can’t fault the nursery or its staff. They have made us feel so welcome as a family, and our daughter is so happy there, which is the main thing. She is excited to go to nursery, which she never was before and has grown in confidence since attending. Communication between staff and us as parents has been excellent, and all of the staff we’ve been in contact with have been professional and friendly. We look forward to seeing our daughter grow at this lovely nursery.

Communication with administrative staff is brilliant; they reply to any queries and emails promptly.
I would recommend this nursery to any parent.
Our daughter doesn’t want to leave the nursery when we pick her up, so it means she really likes the place.

It was not easy for him to settle down in the first few weeks, but the staff at Harlequin was very good with him and got him to settle quite quickly. My son now loves the nursery and has started to play a lot more with the other children in the group. I would recommend this nursery to all the other mums out there.

November 1, 2022 at 12:00 amAbsolutely delighted with Spring Harlequin so far! Settling in was a little stressful, but the staff were on hand, attentive and willing to listen to recommendations. The initial sessions were well documented, and we get regular reviews of her progress and how she responds to different stimulations. My little girl has a developmental delay, and again, they’ve been so fabulous with their support and willingness to read any advice provided by other services. They’re always happy to chat and provide information and/or support, and my little girl generally seems pretty happy, so mummy is too!

November 7, 2022 at 12:00 amSo far, so good. My little one seems to be loving it at nursery, and the team has made settling in so easy for us. This is my first little one going to nursery, so I was just as nervous as my little boy, but they made it so easy and always keep in contact throughout the day on the app; it’s so easy to just check in and see how he’s getting on if I’m worried for any reason.
I had one small issue with a potty training incident; however, it was dealt with straight away by the lovely manager, and we have not had an issue since.
