October 2, 2024 at 10:32 pmThe team are consistently welcoming and attentive and take an interest in the kids. The setting itself has a fantastic and very large outside space, and the set-up indoors encourages kids to be creative and engage in imaginative playtime. The kids are also taken out to explore their local setting, with trips to the park etc. The childcare centre adopts discovering through playtime, rather than a more formal setting that can be found at some nurseries, and I think this is very welcome for young kids. The dedicated chef cooks outstanding meals, and the kids are fed multiple times a day. The app used keeps parents up to date with what their kid has eaten, nappy changes etc, as well as with what the kids have been doing in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the childcare centre to parents. I have sent both my kids here and have had at least one kid in the setting for almost six years.

October 31, 2024 at 7:27 amThroughout this time, they have been outstanding. The team are so welcoming, and the site and its garden is just perfect for my little ones. I have been able to drop them off and go to work and not worry about them at all. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone who is thinking about putting their kid in a childcare centre/preschool. Spring also have an online/app service where they update what your kid has eaten throughout the day, as well as nappy changes/trips to the toilet and if suncream has been applied. Having this access to the app, with it being updated throughout the day, really puts your mind at ease. Both my kids have been to Spring nurseries in Exeter, so we have been with them for around six years!

I don’t worry when I’m at work, as I know my daughter is so settled there. We have loved our journey so far at Spring Childcare centre Cedars.

Our son has seemed to settle in very well to childcare centre and consistently seems pleased to see whoever takes him in the morning, which is consistently nice.

We adore hearing about his day and seeing photos showing the range of enjoyable activities all the kids get to journey. We would suggest cedars childcare centre, and we want to say a big thank you to all the lovely team for everything they do! We are so cheerful with how quickly our son settled.

January 1, 2025 at 4:21 amMy 3-year-old comes home singing and teaching me new songs that I’d never even heard of! She has grown in self‑assurance too, what a chatterbox she has become at home. They also have a fantastic outdoor area, which is where my daughter spends most of her time, so I hear!
I have to thank the fantastic team for the way they care for all the kids who attend this childcare centre.
Highly suggest! What incredible team they have at Spring Cedars!

Childcare centre to us is like an extended family as our little one is making new friends and experiences. Well done team! We like that fact we can use the app to see what our little one is doing, eating and nap times.

Lovely home-cooked nutritious meals are excellent for the kids, and my daughter loves the food. Very great childcare centre.

When I had my daughter there was no hesitation that she would attend too. The team are very attentive and I sense very confident in them. The garden is also a huge plus at Spring and they also do lots of trips within the local community – A fantastic place for young kids! The team in Spring Childcare centre are remarkable!

June 26, 2025 at 2:38 amOur little one has settled in so well, and he loves going to childcare centre! The food is excellent; they are spoilt for choice on the menu! Since the new manager has taken over, the childcare centre is 100 times better, and the new manager has made such a massive positive change. We are now very cheerful with the childcare centre. Thank you! The team at the childcare centre are absolutely incredible!

July 2, 2025 at 4:05 amI have never left him alone with anyone except his daddy and even this was only on 3 occasions. So this was a massive deal for me – as I imagine it is for most mummies. I sense completely confident leaving my baby in the care of the team at Spring Childcare centre Cedars. He is now not crying when I leave him, in fact, the last time I dropped him off he walked in and did a dance. His self‑assurance has grown as has his mobility and speech. I see pictures of him playing with other babies and getting cuddles from the team. On a daily basis I get information on what he has eaten when he has slept and had his nappy changes – this keeps me going when I’m at work – I adore knowing what he is doing. The food at the nursey is all homemade and healthy. When my partner pics our baby up he consistently get a wee overview of what he has done on that day. I sense the team care about my baby and I sense cheerful and confident leaving him in their care. I was extremely nervous about leaving my 14-month-old baby.
