September 17, 2024 at 10:47 amHe’s almost 9 months and waves his arms and beams at the team when they open the door to us. They are welcoming, expert, empathetic and exceptionally well connected to the kids. They keep you well informed on development as well as daily updates from the individual sessions. I would happily suggest this childcare centre to anybody. My son adores coming here, currently three afternoons a week but will hopefully be doing a full day also from March.

September 28, 2024 at 8:09 amLike most places, there have been little hiccups, nothing is perfect, but once any concerns are brought to attention, it is immediately dealt with (I’m a worrier so that’s just a personal thing for me). Over the last six months, possibly more, you can see a huge difference in the setting – management has changed for the better, I’ve met several in the past, and by far, I can hold my hands up and say these ladies (and gents) have been incredible and upped the game. Nothing is too much to ask for; they are consistently on the end of the phone or waiting to greet you at the door with a inviting, welcoming face and a smile. My little boy loves attending preschool, and my youngest is due to start soon too. He is cheerful going in and consistently beaming when he comes out – discovering to sign has been a favourite activity or playing in a well-secure garden area with his friends. Highly suggest to all. My kids have attended Spring Grove Childcare centre for the last 7+ years.

He goes in every day with a smile on his face and comes out at the end of the day the same way. Would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Thank you all for everything. My little loves attending this childcare centre.

November 16, 2024 at 4:00 amHe truly struggled with separation anxiety which affected his settling into childcare centre in the beginning. The team at Spring Grove were remarkable in managing the situation and expectations, working with me as a partnership in order to settle my son. He started off in the baby room and has just progressed to toddlers early on the advice of Spring Grove as they closely monitor each kid and promote progression in the kid’s interest.
It’s clear to see how much they look after, care for and form strong bonds with the kids in their care. The variety of activities they carry out with the kids are truly beneficial for discovering and development. My son has developed and exceeded expectations in his updates and socialization skills whilst being a member of Spring Grove childcare centre. The team are fantastically incredible and take an avid interest in each kid and updates is outstanding. It truly feels like a partnership. My son has been at Spring Grove childcare centre for 12 months.

The management team are consistently cheerful to help and run the childcare centre effectively, consistently having the kid’s best interests at heart. My kid is so cheerful and content in the childcare centre; she can’t wait to go in each day!

January 6, 2025 at 11:55 pmShe has a number of allergies and I was just terribly worried about leaving her in the care of somebody else. However, after just one day of her being in childcare centre, I knew this was the right childcare centre for her. The team are all incredible. They cater to whatever her needs are that day. I can’t thank the chef enough. She is incredible. She cooks to suit my daughter’s dietary needs and without any hiccups.
My daughter has come on so much since being in Spring Grove and all of my anxieties of leaving her, have completely disappeared. I just know how well she is cared for there. Going back to work and putting my daughter in childcare centre at nine months was the most daunting thing for me as a mother.

My daughter has gained so much self‑assurance since joining and looks forward to her days in. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

It is consistently spotless and lots of lovely things going on for the kids. My son’s key worker is lovely as are all the other girls in his room. The management team have consistently been highly supportive and welcoming. I can’t suggest these enough, best decision we made choosing Spring Grove as a childcare centre for our Son. We can’t thank the team enough. My son has attended this childcare centre for 2 years now and I and my partner could not be more pleased with the care he receives.

February 20, 2025 at 10:14 pmI can’t thank spring Grove enough for how they have helped my little one grow and learn and become so confident in his own little way, he loves being there, never a worry dropping him off because he is in such excellent hands with all the team, they are so attentive and adore what they do and it shows. Would definitely suggest! I absolutely adore Spring Grove Childcare centre, my little boy who’s now 8 attended from 18m – 4 and loved it and now my other little boy (2) started at the childcare centre from 8months.

They do so much for all the families, I attended a Mother’s Day stay and playtime and it was lovely. The childcare centre has so much to offer and the management are so supportive. My little girl has been at Spring Grove for over a year now and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made putting her in the childcare centre.

Would highly suggest for anyone who is looking for childcare to choose Spring Grove., they have helped us so much. My little girl recently started this childcare centre end of 2019.

This is a great childcare centre. My boy likes going and has been attending for a year.
He is developing well.
The girls are all highly supportive and keep team updated via PA app. My boy loves all the team, in particular his key worker.

July 8, 2025 at 4:11 amShe absolutely loves coming to school and seeing her educators; they have encouraged her so much with her speech and brought her out of her shell. Team are constantly updating the app with pictures, and she’s consistently bringing crafts home. The team are so welcoming – would suggest it to others if looking for a childcare centre! Cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done; they have brought my daughter on so much.
