September 10, 2024 at 5:13 pmHe went in cheerful and well-rested this morning (14/02/2022). We were called around 11:30 am to collect saying he had a high temperature of 38.9 C.
Upon arriving within a couple of minutes I took his temperature at the reception in front of the manager and it was 36.0 C. The manager, however, refused to accept this or test him again with the thermometer at the childcare centre.
I just cannot comprehend this as it seems to me to send a kid away on false pretenses. Is this because Snapdragons are short-staffed?
We are highly worried about the safety and well-being of our son during the time we send him to Snapdragons. It is highly wrong to send him home for the wrong reasons to avoid having him back for the next 24 hours. We are highly disturbed by events that happened to my son at childcare centre today.

November 10, 2024 at 12:38 pmShe is so excited when we tell her it’s a childcare centre day and grabs her shoes ready to go. The team are remarkable, highly approachable and well‑informed, and just incredible with the kids. She cannot wait to get into the childcare centre and give the team hugs. Their app is a truly excellent way to keep you informed of your kid’s daily activities, and the childcare centre book consistently comes home with lots of information about what they’ve been up to throughout the day. Your kid’s development is monitored and marked for your information, which we find incredibly useful. It feels like so much more than a normal childcare centre, and we sense highly lucky to have our daughter at Snapdragons Childcare centre Cribbs Causeway. Since signing our daughter up to Snapdragons, she has absolutely thrived.

March 13, 2025 at 10:35 pmThe baby room team have created such a attentive setting and truly know our girls so well. The girls have loved the climbing frame and the messy playtime the most! I consistently have such a lovely welcome at pick up/drop off, has definitely made this transition back to work much easier. Our contact with the accounts team has been excellent too, especially explaining the bit that I couldn’t get my head round! Thank you, everyone! Our twins have had such a remarkable time at this childcare centre.

The app is great; we truly appreciate seeing pictures and activities from the day.
The facilities are excellent, being a purpose-built childcare centre and the ‘vibe’ is of a highly contented place.
The price is perhaps higher than average for the area, but the extra is well worth it.
We have recommended Snapdragons to friends. Our son is highly cheerful at Snapdragon; he seems to have learnt so much at childcare centre.
