September 3, 2024 at 8:00 pmThe team are outstanding and expert, and this was especially important for me when we started as our son hadn’t really seen many people due to Covid lockdowns. He settled in so well and loves all the enjoyable activities and playtime with his friends and team throughout that day. For me, the warmth, engagement and excellent relationships he has with the team are exceptional. Remarkable updates on drop off and pick up, and I adore the app for keeping me up to date. Also, meals are nutritious, and this helped add more variety for my son, who can be a picky eater at times. We could not be happier with Smiley Stars and the incredible team. Our son started here in the March of 2021, and we have had the best journey at Smiley Stars – Mansewood.

She has had a remarkable time in a enjoyable setting and has come on leaps and bounds since she started. Updates between parents and team is second to none, especially with the app giving you multiple daily updates. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to any parent! A fabulous team of attentive and enthusiastic team who go above and beyond to aid the kids’s development.

Updates via the app are excellent for real-time keeping in touch.

October 5, 2024 at 8:21 amThe team are approachable, welcoming and attentive and provided positive experiences for my son to develop and grow. Not a day went by when my son didn’t want to attend; he really enjoyed his time, making it a positive journey for myself and him.
Team kept me updated through the app, which was excellent to see photos of what he was doing during the day.
Sadly the time has come for my son to go to school now, and I can’t praise the team enough for all their hard work! We will miss you all. I would highly suggest the childcare centre. I am very thankful to all the team at Smiley Stars Childcare centre.

Food is varied and nutritious – my girl has enjoyed everything she has been served. Kids take part in a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities every day, which we adore! A massive thank you for everything you all do. Over the moon with how my little girl has settled into Smiley Starts Childcare centre.

He has enjoyed his years within the childcare centre setting, as did my older kids. Lovely team and a fantastic, spotless setting.

They take him outdoors, which I like, and the food seems varied and healthy. I am generally very cheerful with the childcare centre and would suggest. All of the team at Smiley Stars – Mansewood are remarkable with our one-year-old.

Our son has been at Smiley Stars Childcare centre Mansewood for four years and we all adore it there.

The team is really responsible and welcoming. The app is best of all, as it keeps us on track for the whole day of the kids. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre since she was 1.5 years, and we have had a exceptional journey.

The team really care about all the kids, and the kids consistently have a excellent time. They adapt their teaching to meet the needs of the kid and are completely inclusive. I trust them with my daughter wholeheartedly!

Her interaction has been limited to just us parents the majority of the time, so it’s been excellent to send her to childcare centre in a secure, engaging setting. It’s a excellent childcare centre.

The team are all very welcoming, and the routines are excellent.
My son enjoys the food, and I adore how all occasions are celebrated, like Halloween and the rest.
My son’s speech has also come on so well since being in the childcare centre, and he is excited about going to the childcare centre in the morning.
Forever grateful to have found an incredible, secure childcare centre for my son. Stellar childcare centre.

April 24, 2025 at 6:24 pmMy son joined in the middle of lockdown, and the girls in the baby room were excellent with him, and he settled quickly. I have consistently felt reassured and confident that he is in great hands. He is now 20-months and has moved up a room where the girls are again exceptional with him. He is so excited to go to childcare centre and babbles away about the team and his friends before and after. We get regular photos and updates throughout the day and are kept up to date on his development reviews. He is very well looked after, and we are so cheerful to have found this childcare centre for him. Every day the team set out different enjoyable and educational activities for the kids with regular outdoor playtime. The meals and snacks provided are excellent, and nothing is ever a bother for the team, who seem to genuinely care about the kids. Special mention to three particular members of team, who are outstanding at what they do – they are a credit to the childcare centre, and my son is lucky to have them be involved in his care. Incredible childcare centre.

May 22, 2025 at 8:22 pmI am blessed we got him into Smiley Stars as it’s been excellent, and he loves it! After visiting multiple nurseries in the area and never feeling fully satisfied, it is no exaggeration that after my induction, I instantly knew this was the best childcare centre for us. They are super organized and have a excellent structure to their day. I absolutely adore the app and delight in receiving updates on my kid, so I consistently know he’s being looked after well. The app is excellent for anxious mamas like me as I am able to see what my son is up to, what he’s eating, nappy changes and nap times. Overall, it was more expensive than other nurseries in the area, however, hot food and nappies etc are included, so I guess it ends up working out the same. Also, my son absolutely loves his breakfast and lunches; I’m not surprised as the menu consistently sounds delicious! Was terrified of putting my kid into the childcare centre before he could speak but had no choice as I needed to return back to work.

Sad for my daughter to be leaving the childcare centre as she has loved it and has learned lots and gained self‑assurance from going. Absolutely exceptional childcare centre.
