September 4, 2024 at 11:13 pmMy little boy loves going to the childcare centre to learn and playtime with his friends; he is consistently discovering new skills and is consistently excited to tell me about his day. The app provides you with everything you need to know throughout the day, along with pictures of daily activities. The team not only care for your kid and build a bond with them, but they also take the time to get to know you as parents as well. Overall, a fabulous childcare centre. As a first-time parent, the thought of leaving my baby was highly daunting, but as soon as I went to look around Shining Stars and met with the team, I was immediately put at ease.

The team are welcoming and promote a welcoming setting to both parents and kids leaving me peace of mind that my kid is not only secure but cheerful while I work. Even though he has only been attending for a few months, I have noticed nothing but great progression in my son’s speech and development in all areas. My son started at Shining Stars after his previous childcare centre had closed.

The team are welcoming and are consistently accommodating and cheerful to help. We receive regular updates throughout the day through photos and updates of what my kid has eaten and how long they have slept. Seeing your kid cheerful helps to put your mind at ease, especially if it’s been an emotional drop-off. Outstanding childcare centre.

Our kid was late coming on with her speech, and this was highlighted by the childcare centre. Working with the childcare centre, a plan and help were put in place to help develop her, and now she is doing excellent.
Our kid comes home cheerful every day after childcare centre, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We have sent our daughter to Shining Stars since she turned one, and we couldn’t be happier with the development she has made.
The childcare centre was highly transparent with our kid’s development through their app, where we can track development, her eating, toileting and naps through.

December 18, 2024 at 11:15 amHe used to leave his previous childcare centre quiet, and he would scream every day and not want to go.
Since we moved, he has come out of childcare centre cheerful and chatting away, telling us about his day and singing songs he’s been singing. He asks for two members of team regularly and is cheerful to go to the childcare centre. No issues – he just walks through the doors.
We get updates throughout the day, and the learnings are usually adapted to match his interests.
Highly suggest. We moved our little boy to Shining Stars four months ago.

January 11, 2025 at 1:10 amShe is cheerful, settled and thriving within the setting. During this time we have watched the childcare centre grow from strength to strength. From management to apprentices all of the team take excellent pride in the setting and genuinely care for each individual kid. They take excellent care in discovering about each kid and planning to their needs. They also hold regular parents events which have been lovely, from bedtime story evenings to informative parent information evenings. They are currently under renovation and have a fabulous new baby room with their own separate outdoor space, with plans to enhance the rest of the building imminently. We would highly suggest Shining Stars to any parents. Our 2-year-old daughter has attended Shining Stars for 18 months now.

February 15, 2025 at 7:07 pmFrom first contact to this highly day, they can’t do enough, and with ease, as they truly know what they are doing, the admin team are so well organised.
If something goes wrong, which it can do when looking after a kid, especially one with additional needs, they have a plan before I even arrive on how best to assistance.
Every single member of team in his room is exceptional; they communicate so well via the app or phone, encourage and assistance interaction and playtime at every step. His key workers are so keen to try new things or adapt things to make them inclusive.
Truly great food knowledge when it comes to allergies etc.
They have such a excellent space, consistently doing different things in different areas.
All his care workers consistently say he seems so cheerful when they visit, and they can see an improvement in his development since he started. They are incredible!

My daughter feels highly comfortable with this childcare centre, and as a parent, I sense stress-free as they keep updating my daughter’s activity in the app on daily basis. Shining Stars management and the welcoming team take highly great care of my daughter ever since she joined the childcare centre.

She loves going to the childcare centre, and she is super excited when she “tells” us about her journey. The team are truly welcoming, highly supportive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure kids sense at home. Highly recommended! Outstanding.

The team are consistently available to help and keep me updated and work well with the kids, plenty of activities that change regularly to keep them entertained. Modern and highly spotless. Five-stars plus. Couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre.

April 19, 2025 at 12:04 amThere’s plenty for him to do, and the team are lovely. My son can’t stop talking about the team at home and is consistently looking forward to go back the next day. My son was nonverbal when he joined, and by months 3-4 was linking sentences. The effort the team has put into my son is incredible. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My son joined in February, and he absolutely loves the childcare centre.

My daughter truly bloomed there, going from a shy little girl to a confident and social toddler. She has some lovely memories from there. My daughter loved attending Shining Stars.

They’ve gone the extra mile to help with challenging behaviour that I was stressed about and spent time chatting to me about it and printing me off resources. I have recommended this childcare centre to friends already, and one moved her kid here from another local childcare centre, and they’re much happier here too. My kid has attended this childcare centre since August 2020 and loved it since day one.

They offer excellent early years discovering journey, with rooms for various age ranges, and they have several playtime areas. They communicate everything and share pictures of what she does in the childcare centre, highly often in the mobile app. We parents delight in seeing her growth and her activities in the childcare centre. Highly skilled team members and management handle the baby’s needs and track the discovering stages and keep us updated.
Absolutely remarkable childcare centre in the middle of town. Shining Stars is an outstanding childcare centre.
