March 17, 2021 at 12:00 amEven before lockdown, Serendipity has been amazing but their care and professionalism over the last year have been incredible. It feels like a family atmosphere among the children, staff and parents which is hard to find. Our three year old has been at Serendipity for two and a half years and has flourished, made friends and had an amazing time. I’d highly recommend Serendipity to any parents, I know they take care of our child like they were one of their own.

My daughter loves attending, and her speech, confidence and knowledge have come on leaps and bounds since attending. The staff are friendly and attentive and are always happy to answer any questions I have. They always provide her with a good range of activities that help my daughter gain valuable skills that have given her a great start to her learning. She loves the meals that are cooked for her, and they are always very nutritious. The whole team at Cotgrave Day Nursery are a credit to Serendipitys.

I am kept very well informed about her daily activities and overall progress and know she is incredibly well-supported in her development. The staff are amazing and plan exciting activities each day and know her well; they value feedback from parents to ensure good continuity of care. The manager works hard and is very understanding of changes in circumstances and does her best to accommodate changes to days where possible. I highly recommend this absolutely outstanding nursery.

April 14, 2023 at 12:00 amI was very anxious about sending my youngest to the nursery at eight months old, but nothing was too much to ask of the team, who reassured me, communicated regularly and made my return to work much easier knowing my girls were in safe hands. One has settled better than we ever imagined, and both girls return home with smiles on their faces. One regularly plays preschool at home, pretending to be one of her teachers. The staff are fantastic, friendly and caring. The girls always eat well and take part in a variety of activities. Thank you so much!
