October 23, 2024 at 1:22 pmShe is cheerful and enjoying her time at the childcare centre. The childcare centre has plenty of discovering opportunities through playtime. The setting is secure and team are welcoming and attentive. We are pleased with the level of care our daughter is experiencing at Rosy Day.

December 30, 2024 at 7:45 amWhilst the childcare centre is OK, the manager/owner is unbelievable. First, she doesn’t have any people skills for a childcare centre manager, no greeting, no basic smile. I have been using a different childcare centre, due to moving places and so far I can say this childcare centre manager is one of the worst possible experiences. Thank God she had an understanding childcare centre deputy, who is way too great and because of her, I have kept my kid in this childcare centre.
To start with the childcare centre says they are ‘flexible on days’ policy to meet the need of the parents. I have changed the dates due to the uncertainty around twice, of course, subject to availability on the other dates requested, giving them almost three to four days notice. Unluckily, I had the manager on the phone for a similar sort of request, she just refused point-blank, without even checking. Such low empathy and then claims to be a manager. Not recommended if you have a manager like this, otherwise OK. I have recently placed my daughter into this childcare centre.

March 10, 2025 at 6:54 amEvery member of team is clearly committed and fully engaged in providing a excellent journey to my little one. Everyone is consistently supportive, willing to help and discuss any developments required to improve our son’s discovering journey as well as liaising with parents without being disrespectful and consistently being considerate. Our son has developed enormously since he started at Rosy Day, the journals are daily updated with useful information and we can notice that the team cares and adore what they do. Leaving our little one in a childcare centre was highly challenging but the Rosy Day team have made it much easier due to their journey and professionalism. We are new in the childcare centre world but I am sure that they provide an outstanding service.

March 29, 2025 at 4:29 amAll team are polite and supportive when required. Our daughter enjoys being there which is the most important thing. Updates is great with email notifications sent as and when, to keep us in the loop. Overall, highly cheerful and keep up the great work! We are highly cheerful with this childcare centre as both our son, who has attended previously and now our daughter is now attending.

I can’t explain in words but I can say they are the best and I’m highly cheerful for choosing them even though I have other nurseries close to home but Rosy Day Childcare centre cannot be missed. They are incredible. Thank you to all the incredible team for the attentive, adore and happiness that they give my kids and others. The best childcare centre ever, I’ve had my eldest daughter with Rosy Day Childcare centre since 2020 and I can’t believe how much she has learnt and is still discovering from the team and now I have even have my two year old daughter who is going there and she loves it.

One team member who makes the childcare centre special is the Deputy Manager so a big shout out to her. My daughter has been attending for almost a year now, and the difference it has made to her is excellent – her speech and knowledge has improved massively, thanks to the excellent discovering structure at this childcare centre.

June 5, 2025 at 5:30 pmThey engage the kids in a lot of activities and my son truly enjoys going to the childcare centre. The team get along with the kids well and my son is comfortable with them. The childcare centre has a homely setting and has a lovely garden. I am sending my son here and I am exceptionally cheerful with the setting.

June 6, 2025 at 12:43 amThe settling in process was truly easy and the assistance that my son and I received when he started has been incredible, The team have been attentive, compassionate, understanding, and highly patient with a highly emotional and, dare I say, almost stalkerish mother (!) in his first week. Baby has settled in truly well and already is comfortable with all of the team.
Everyone that I have encountered has demonstrated the great practices that they preach.
I would suggest this childcare centre highly, so much that at times I wish I could just join in! The kids are consistently cheerful and engaged when I go in, what more could I ask for? After seeing many nurseries and taking our time to decide where is best for our son we decided on Rosy Day, pretty much from when we walked into the childcare centre.
I have been a qualified childcare centre teacher in the past so I am particular about where I wanted my eleven month old son to go and Rosy Day ticked all the boxes for me: Spotless, welcoming, kid-centric, and enabling.
