Rockmount Nursery

The very first visit put my mind at rest. The manager and the rest of the ladies who work here are very well‑informed. They assured me that the free settling period would be at my son’s pace which was very supportive. My son had no English but this did not seem a problem as I thought as the childcare centre used a lot of visual information and took a lot of time to reassure him. As the childcare centre is very small they were able to give him time with one of the educators to develop his English and now he is progressing well.

The childcare centre sit’s in a little park and has lovely views for my son to see all day. He goes out at least twice a day. The childcare centre has their own garden and they also have the playtime-park on their doorstep.

My son loves coming to childcare centre and consistently comes home with a variety of pictures and paintings that he has done. There are lots of toys and these seem to get renewed a lot. The childcare centre is bright and spotless which I find very important (some nurseries I visited I found to be quite smelly and dirty looking).

We are vegetarians and the childcare centre has consistently made him delicious lunches (all of which are included into the price).

All in all the childcare centre has made my time in Glasgow easy! I can leave my kid and go on to study without worrying about my son.

I would suggest this childcare centre to everybody. This childcare centre was a blessing to me and my husband at a time where I was in a excellent panic about leaving my son.
