September 7, 2024 at 9:10 pmOur last setting had left all of us anxious about the change but the team were remarkable and the change in our daughter was instant and she settled straight away. The team have consistently been supportive and welcoming of us all and no question or concern is too big or too small for them. They have helped hugely with both my fussy eaters with their encouraging, no pressure atmosphere, the chef has been remarkable with a constantly changing list of dietary requirements for my youngest on medical advice. Their assistance as my eldest prepares to transition to school has been invaluable for her and us and I cannot thank the team enough – I’m glad my youngest has a few years left as we’re not ready to say goodbye to the team just yet! We moved our daughter to Robins Nest Day Childcare centre in September 2022 while pregnant with our 2nd kid.

September 16, 2024 at 2:30 pmIt is small and unpretentious with welcoming and expert team. He has been attending since he was 11-months-old and truly benefited from being part of a small baby group with dedicated carers who know my son’s interests and particularities. I truly appreciate that the childcare centre team often use their judgment when my son displayed any signs of sickness and would be willing to monitor him rather than insist I pick him up immediately (present Covid-19 rules different of course). I am particularly cheerful with the food that they serve which is freshly cooked on-site and introduces my son to flavours and textures that I struggle to get him to try at home. The only downside is that there is not a large outdoor playtime area but the kids consistently seem so cheerful with what they have that it probably doesn’t matter to them! Robin’s Nest has been a remarkable place for my two-year-old son to develop and just delight in being a kid.

September 18, 2024 at 11:35 amChoosing a childcare centre was consistently going to be a hard task for us as we lost our firstborn so trusting people with our rainbow baby was consistently going to be full of emotions. We need not of worried because we only have praise and lovely experiences to share. Our son is so cheerful to go into childcare centre every day and I only ever get tears when I go to pick him up. He clearly likes it there too much. Before our son started he had a reaction to egg and I am so grateful to the chef and the whole team for how accommodating they have been with this. Our son never misses out on any part of meals as they just adapt things for him. Being a lockdown baby it was important for us to get our son socialising so childcare centre was important for that. He has made some lovely friends and it is thanks to those friends and the team that he has come on so well in his discovering. Our son has been at Robins Nest Day Childcare centre since he was 8-months old and every day I thank our lucky stars that we can call Robins Nest Day Childcare centre our son’s childcare centre.

September 24, 2024 at 9:03 amFrom the baby room through to the pre-school area, it’s been a wholly supportive, creative and attentive setting. I can’t suggest it highly enough. All the team are truly welcoming, supportive and lovely people. The online resource to look at photos of what he’s been up to and see the types of activities/things he’s discovering is excellent. My youngest will start in the baby room in a few months and I’m looking forward to seeing him delight in Robins Nest and blossom as much as my eldest has. My son has been at Robins Nest for over 2 years and loves it.

October 1, 2024 at 2:44 amI can’t suggest the team and the childcare centre enough, they are so dedicated to providing the kids with a secure and enjoyable setting. Nothing is ever a problem and my son had such a excellent time there. They prepared him for school brilliantly with lots of phonics and pre-school based activities. I liked that it wasn’t a huge childcare centre either so each kid had plenty of attention and no problem with safeguarding. My son attended Robins Nest from the age of 11 months through to graduating before starting school this year!

November 13, 2024 at 5:20 amWould highly suggest it if anyone is thinking of placing their kid with Robins Childcare centre. Our daughter has settled in truly well after moving childcare centre settings, and highly cheerful with the decision we made!

November 17, 2024 at 4:06 pmHe goes 3 days a week for full day sessions. He loves all of the Childcare centre Practitioners and is cheerful to be dropped off as early as 7am. He started off in the Baby-Room and as he got older transitioned into the Childcare centre setting. We as parents get kept informed through Tapestry of individual updates as well as the class updates too. The team are consistently cheerful, supportive and willing to answer any questions you may have. Our son is going to miss Robins Nest a massive amount when he goes to Primary School in September.
Thank you so much for helping our kid grow into the cheerful and confident kid he is today. Our son has been attending Robins Nest Day Childcare centre since September 2020 and has enjoyed the last 3 years to the fullest.

December 21, 2024 at 8:52 amShe has settled in truly well thanks to the lovely team and she absolutely loves it! The team are remarkable and they consistently have enjoyable events for the kids to do whether it’s baking, arts and crafts or playing outside. They also have a truly healthy menu, with a excellent variety of meals, cooked by the on-site chef. I can’t suggest Robins Nest enough! Robins Nest has been a remarkable childcare centre for our daughter who is fourteen months.

January 3, 2025 at 5:41 amOur older son will start school this year.
Both truly delight in going to childcare centre. They do lots of arts and crafts which they bring home and the team spend quality time with each and every one of them to teach them new things. Every month they discover new themes from transport and what grows to new books.
Every year there’s a nativity playtime – even during the pandemic they didn’t cancel it, but made every effort to make it happen and recorded it for everyone to watch afterwards.
Last but not least, the food is outstanding: e.g. Thai Green Curry, dhal, lots of fruits and veg. We currently have two kids at Robins Nest, one of them in the baby room and highly suggest it.

January 8, 2025 at 11:46 amThe whole team have been fantastic throughout her time there. Their care and attention has been perfect throughout her time there and she has made some fantastic bonds with team and other kids. We will all be highly sad when she leaves for school next month. Our daughter has loved her time at Robins Nest!

February 24, 2025 at 12:40 amThe team are expert, well‑informed and loving towards the kids. My daughter has grown so much in self‑assurance and ability under their care, has learnt so much and is ready for school thanks to their attention, preparation and thoughtfulness.
Although the outside space is fairly small they have so many excellent games and activities and equipment it doesn’t matter. So pleased my son will continue here for a few more years. Would highly suggest as a childcare centre. The care and attention for the kids at Robins Nest Day Childcare centre is impeccable.

March 1, 2025 at 1:54 pmWe would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. We will miss it when our little girl starts school. The service they provide is reliable, reassuring and the kids can do a wide range of activities. The food is also truly excellent as they have their own chef who prepares healthy nutritious meals. Well done and thank you to Robins Nest Day Childcare centre for providing a excellent service to parents and a lovely secure setting for our kids. Both our girls have attended Robins Nest Day Childcare centre and we have found it excellent.

March 7, 2025 at 12:09 pmShe has grown in self‑assurance and loves going in every day. We are highly sad to leave them as we head to big school.
Our selection was made for two reasons: 1) we needed a nurturing setting and professionals that would be open to new ideas to bring the best out of our daughter, and 2) they serve the most incredible, tasty and healthy range of food – we are delighted with how well her eating has progressed.
Thank you Robins Nest! Our youngest has had the best journey at Robins Nest Day Childcare centre.

March 22, 2025 at 5:35 pmWe were anxious to choose the right childcare centre and are so glad we chose Robin’s Nest, as have had no problems and truly trust the team and know we are leaving our daughter in highly great hands. The team consistently go above and beyond to cater for our daughter’s needs, even suggesting ideas to us when we have needed assistance with something e.g. assistance with eczema, dietary requirements, discovering how to spoon-feed herself. They are responsive and proactive, and it’s clear they know our daughter well and genuinely care about and have bonded with her. I am so glad we chose such a small childcare centre, as I truly think the smaller number of kids is what creates such a special, homely atmosphere, where everyone knows each other well and where team have the time to care for the kids highly attentively. We have a 22 month old daughter at Robins Nest Day Childcare centre and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care, attention and journey she has had at this childcare centre since she was 12 months.

April 5, 2025 at 3:35 amSince my daughter started going to childcare centre she has gained self‑assurance, she is more welcoming and chatty and she has learned many English words. She is having a lot of enjoyable in the childcare centre.
The childcare centre workers are compassionate, attentive and I know when my daughter is there, she is in great hands and she is surrounded by adore.
The team are welcoming and supportive when I am addressing any questions.

May 16, 2025 at 3:24 pmAll three of my kids have been to Robins Nest. All have absolutely loved going. Moreover, they have all flourished during their time at Robins Nest. Developing skills both academic and social that stand them in great stead for the next stage of their journey.
The team are compassionate and highly well‑informed. They care for the kids a excellent deal and form lovely relationships with them as they development through the childcare centre.
The childcare centre have been flexible where I have needed to add days or extend hours where staffing permits. Updates is outstanding. I regularly get updates sent home through tapestry, and have a quick catch-up with the team at the end of each session. They are quick to respond to emails and hold parents evenings for more in depth discussions.
After many years at Robins Nest, it will be sad to say goodbye this summer, as my youngest starts school. Your kids will be in the best hands at Robins Nest. Robins Nest Day Childcare centre is an incredible setting.

May 28, 2025 at 10:57 amThey absolutely adore it as do I. The team are just fantastic – truly inviting and attentive and I totally trust that they will look after both of my kids when I leave them with them. Food is lovely and freshly cooked and consistently caters for my kids allergies perfectly. Can not fault this place and would highly suggest it to any parent. My two kids have attended this childcare centre since we moved into the area last year.

June 6, 2025 at 7:38 amI can honestly say this childcare centre has been truly excellent. Our daughter settled in well after having been a lockdown baby. The team are fantastic. Consistently attentive and attentive at all times. The kids are cheerful and sense secure. Some of the childcare centre team have been there for years so it is highly well established. The childcare centre setting is highly structured and the activities are well thought out. The atmosphere is cheerful and warming. Being a smaller childcare centre, it has felt like a close knit family and our daughter will be highly sad to leave when it is time for big school. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. Our daughter started at Robins Nest Day Childcare centre in Haywards Heath in September 2021.

June 20, 2025 at 9:01 pmMy daughter has consistently loved coming to childcare centre and is consistently greeted with a big smile and enthusiasm. The updates is remarkable and we truly delight in looking at the pictures on tapestry of what she has been up to that week. She not only has an incredible bond with her key person but with all the grown-ups that look after her. As parents, we sense secure and comfortable dropping her off and that’s all we can ask for. As my daughter has been getting ready to transition to big school we have been supported as a whole family and thank you to Robins Nest for all the adore and care you have provided over the last 2.5 years. My daughter will miss you all so much and you have been a huge part of her growth and self‑assurance. Thank you. The whole team at Robins Nest are fantastic.

June 26, 2025 at 8:06 pmHaving attended full time my daughter has had the full journey, and adores all of her activities and grown-ups, not forgetting the wonder chef. Not only do Robins Nest look after your kid – they will also look after and organise you. The team will even say hello and stop in town to talk to your kids (even the older ones who have left). A true home from home and the best childcare centre I could ever have chosen for my kids. I have absolutely no regrets. My second kid to have attended Robins Nest Day Childcare centre from the age of 10 months is just about to leave ahead of starting school in September, and I can’t believe that it’s been nearly 7 years all in that Robins Nest have been part of our lives.
